Our car buying experience at Raceway was great. The customer service was outstanding. The buying process was easy and the SUV we bought was exactly what we were looking for. I came in for service for my vehicle and to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was there almost two hours. I was also told by my sales rep when I came in for my vehicle that the scratches on the corner panel of my car would be checked since I couldn t see the car before I bought it and didn t know they would be there. That wasn t able to be done because the detailer was not available. I feel if I have an appointment for an oil change it should take two hours to complete especially on a weekend when people have other things to do

They were able to get me in and fix the issue all in one day. Fast and friendly service. Very helpful to have the shuttle service too!

Heather, my Sales Representative, was considerate, caring and courteous. She was thorough in explaining and describing the new Corvette I was most interested in buying. She helped me better understand all of the questions I had about operating the new Corvette's systems. Heather and all of the members of the Raceway Chevy team made my new car buying experience a real pleasure! From the moment I walked into the showroom; I was treated with respect, friendliness, kindness, product knowledge and attention to detail.

Everything was amazing, Yousef who took care of the deal was understanding, and worked with us to get the price where we needed it to be in order for me to lease it. I was very thankful for his compassion and willingness to work with us, I know it wasn't easy but I seriously appreciate everything he did for us. Thank you for making the car leasing experience a wonderful one.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was nice to walk in and not have the pressure or anxious feeling of typical "car salesmen". The dealership was bright and clean. Closing the deal moved at a descent pace for the paperwork that was involved.Highly recommend!

When I came to visit they had a truck cleaned and ready for a test drive. I was on the road within 5 minutes of getting there. They worked with me on my trade in to get the price of the vehicle where I was comfortable purchasing from them. Jeff the salesman and Amy the manager where great to work with!

Anthony Luizza was the best! Anthony went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted which is hard in todays market. Anthony worked with other dealerships to get me the perfect Chevrolet Traverse with a towing package and all the fancy features I wanted and a great color which is more than any other salesperson would do. Anthony was patient with me through the whole process to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and that I knew everything about my car. I will 100% recommend Anthony and Raceway to any of my family or friends.

Went for my first oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was very friendly from the moment I walked in until I left. Didn t take long at all either. Everyone was friendly. The process went smoothly. Jeff was our Salesman, and is great to work with. The only thing I am not happy about is paying almost 8K over sticker price! We still bought it, because we really needed the truck. I still gave 4 stars because the rest of the experience was great. I realize everyone is over charging right now & it really sucks! It's just the world we are living in.

My son bought a beautiful truck today. We had the pleasure of working with Alejandro. He was knowledgeable and courteous and made the entire prices really nice. Working with Gina to wrap things up was just as nice. She was extremely thorough in explaining things and couldn't have been any nicer.I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
