Brought truck in for oil change. Air filter and tire rotation. Had an 8 am appointment. Took them till almost 10 to get my truck in the shop. They did 2 out of 3. Did not rotate my tires. Bill was nice and got to say hi to Courtney who is great. If you have an appointment for 8. For an oil change. I would think I would be out of there at 9.

This place is easy to make an appointment at as they frequently have availability and their prices are pretty fair. I've been here multiple times for services and, in general, I've been satisfied.However, their big problem appears to be length of time. They frequently take an extremely long time to finish jobs. Even simple ones.Several times, I brought in my car for simple oil changes and inspections. Nothing complex, yet my car would remain there for 6+ hours. A few times, I notice I would get a call shortly before closing time making me wonder if the only reason my car was done is because they were forced to finally get around to doing it.Overall, I would rate this place mostly good. I just don't recommend scheduling a job on a day when you have to go to work or be elsewhere.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I can t say enough about Nick and the service team at Bethlehem Ford. I kinda bent a tie rod two days be for leaving on a trip to the dunes. Nick had the parts ordered and truck back in my hands in plenty of time.

Drop my car off for a recall. They didn t have the parts so I had to wait 2 days. Then when I get me car back the steering wheel is turned all the way to the left bout is driving staring and my ac wasn t working. Drop off the car again only for them to tell me they didn t tighten a bolt on the steering wheel and didn t plug in the ac.

I can not Stand the automated scheduling It is lousy and not easy to get around This may be good for the common joe but I have a Fleet of Trucks and at times several issues! I much rather speak with a Human and not a computer

They always do an awesome job. This means all aspects. Polite. Acknowledge You. Tell you expected wait time..offer service to take you home & pic up. Explain what needs done & a ckecklist of how the car systems are functioning . And what You may need to address with next visit. And of course things are taken care of well. Price...well competitive...nothing with car repairs is inexpensive. Oil change is not a problem. Take car in for jobs like brakes etc. Ive been going here for at least 10yrs without switching to anyone else.Now they send a video of mechanic working on carService: Oil change

I was very pleased with the scheduling process, drop off, payment and pick up of my vehicle. But the best thing for me was the video step through of my car and it s condition. That made sense to me and helped me to understand my car on a different level. I am very disappointed with the service department. They did not communicate at all and had my truck for two weeks and essentially only did an oil change. I was informed my truck was ready to be picked up and when I arrived the truck was not drivable. Then I was informed they would make sure to have it ready by the end of the day to come back to pick up unless I received a call. I did not receive a call or voicemail, came to pick up my truck again and still not ready. Between the major lack of communication, the amount of time my truck was in service and only receive an oil change is truly poor service. I went for an oil change n tire repair. I was told it would be a quick service, they had me there for over two and half hours. When I finally got my truck back, it had a brand new scratch on the driver side door. They took responsibility, but it's unacceptable. Waiting to get the car fixed.

I even arrived early and they started working on my truck promptly. My car was kept overnight for an oil change, no one called that day or the following day to provide an update. I requested my car to be done by 12pm due to an engagement I had. When I called at 12pm, I was sent to a VM, I left a message for a rep. I gave me approximately an hour to respond and no one did. I then called again and a rep informed me that my car had not yet been serviced and stated I would receive a call back. The previous day I had informed that I needed a shuttle and one was not offered to me, for pick up. I received a call back and was informed that I needed to be there by 3 pm or I could go through the sales side and pick up my car after 3pm. I had to look for a ride there, and when I got there the sales team were like deer in headlights and were unaware that I would be picking up my car. My car key could not be located at first. When it was located I inquired about using my ford points to pay and the rep informed that he did not have access . Note, I have paid with my ford points in the past without any issue. And to top it off I then received a coupon in the mail the next day for the oil change. It s apparent that things have changed at this site. I will not be returning.Service: Oil change

I had my oil changed and tires rotated. They did a full inspection of the car. The service dept was phenominal (thank you Bill) and everyone was professional, helpful and very friendly! I also looked at a new vehicle while I was waiting and Hugh was sooooo very helpful! We have purchased four vehicles from Bethlehem Ford and will continue to purchase our cars/trucks from them in the future. We will also continue having all of our maintenance done there as well. This place constantly tries to push unneeded services for my vehicle since Koch 33 took over. I don't mind knowing about them but its obvious they are trying to take advantage of those who don't know vehicle maintenance. They also made some recommendation for swelling lug nuts and falsely claimed they couldn't do the rotation originally. Its not a bad price for just the oil change service but these other headaches aren't needed.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I had check engine light on, called and was able to get in the very next day which was great because they were able to diagnose the problem and return my truck with the problem resolved in 2 days. rob at bethlehem Ford was great. so friendly and also made me feel validated and cared about. bethlehem ford was able to pick up the piece where koch 33 was unable to assist and complete their job. the honored that I paid for a service elsewhere and didn't get it completed and did not charge me for the tire rotation. they also made sure they sent the correct tire tread left. he has dis a quick safety look at things without asking. that is what I call service. someone that goes above and beyond to make a customer feel safe in their care. I would recommend this facility and again rob and his team was great.Services: Transmission, Vehicle safety inspection

My family and I have purchased several of our cars here. Most recently my husband purchased his truck. We ve also taken our cars to their service team and without fail, they always do an exceptional job. Whether it s scheduled maintenance or an emergency, such as needing a tire looked at for loss of air pressure, they have always gotten me in quick. I was able to drop off my vehicle and leave it over night. They scheduled me for a 1pm appointment but they looked at my car first thing in the morning, patched up my tire and I was driving home before 10am. The communication is excellent and I love the videos where they show you what they ve done/found/recommend. Thank you Bethlehem Ford! They did air condition diagnostic for me. They had amazing customer service from beginning to end and I really appreciated there courtesy pick up and drop off of my vehicle at my place of employment it was so convenient. Issues with the radio. They are working on it.Hasn t been resolved yet but, the experience so far has been a positive one.UPDATE: (after a few months, since being fixed) Aug 2023 -It took several shots at getting the radio working. Chasing down many wires The entire team had been great and patient with me as my patience was very thin. They assured me they will get it right. Gave my phone number to service guy and had him read it back to me to clarify number was correct, waited over 4.5 hours, NOBODY called me to tell me my car was finished. 10 minute job they did and no respect to do the entire job for a vehicle purchased 2 weeks ago. $24,000 car and nothing but a run around. Frustrated? mad? upset, grab a chair the list goes on and on. After the service I received from that place yesterday, I don't recommend that place to ANYONE. First time buying a car too, and the service I got afterwards is mindblowing BAD!!!!

I brought my car in for inspection emissions and an oil change at 8:00 a.m. they did not finish my car until almost 11:00 a.m. they had a new mechanic that did not put some sensor back in my vehicle and it kept having an error. They had to drive it around the block for the error to clear off my dash. This was very frustrating waiting this long. The service manager in the department was very apologetic but the new mechanic In my opinion needs more training but all the staff was very friendly.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
