Jeff Evans is a true professional in the auto industry- despite overloaded with work just like every other shop, he still made time to communicate with me and discuss the needs of my BMW and schedule an appointment. I installed a Haltech ECU and he helped me get it running so he could tune it. I appreciate Jeff s patience with me because I was admittedly unprepared at times. But my car has never ran better and I am beyond happy to put a two year issue with the Megasquirt ECU to bed. I also can t stress how important it is that Jeff is serious enough about his work to offer appointments even though they may be months out - several other shops I ve dealt with lately just say to call back in two weeks and won t give you an appointment. Jeff is a standout in this industry.

Jeff s knowledge and relaxed attitude was amazing. I was the mechanic on an s2k build project and we had a few small hiccups during the tune and Jeff didn t hesitate to give advise and not make us feel rushed while we fixed them. I highly recommend Jeff for all your tuning needs. Very knowledgeable. Easy to work with. I definitely will be using his services in the future. I had around a 4-hour drive one way. He is worth the drive for a great tune.

Recently had my 1998 Civic with K20Z3 swap Etuned by Jeff. Very pleased with the outcome and how the car runs. Also very pleased with how quick he was able to start tuning it and also allowing me to make a few quick changes to the car so that it would make the most power and run more smoother. Thanks again Jeff and will definitly use your services in the future. Highly recommend Evans Tuning!!!!!!!

Jeff and Andrea are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly. From setting up the tuning appointment, buying the AEM through them and the tuning itself. No issues at all. My car runs much better and stronger than before. It was definitely worth the 3 hour drive down and 3 hour drive back in the pouring rain. My only issue is that they're not located closer to where I live! I would highly recommend Evan's to anyone in need of quality tuning.

Had a great experience with Evans tuning! From the first email to continued help after the tune Jeff and Andrea have been great. Jeff took his time with me and went over a lot of what was going on with the tune. He also took the time to explain what to do at the track and what to change if I wanted to adjust some things as far as launch control, boost setting along with some other great tips. The car ended up making some great power and more than expected. I was extremely happy with the work they did and will be using them again.

Jeff is an amazing tuner! If you have a car needing a tune or work and looking for a reliable tuner take it to Evans. Worth every penny, he knows his stuff for sure. Took my car there in January of 2016 hit more power and torque than I was expecting with a safe reliable tune on my 2005 Honda S2000. It was a cold rainy day on a Saturday, he took him time didn't rush and made sure everything was working in perfect order before sending on my way. I highly recommend anyone looking for some good quality work to take your car to Jeff Evans!

I've been coming to Jeff to tune my cars for years and he never disappoints, this last time was no different. He exceeded my expectations on power and greatly increased the drivability over how it came in. I drive 4 hours each way to make sure my car is in the most capable and caring hands when it comes to tuning. I suggest any and everyone to come to Evans Tuning first and leave with a properly tuned car and peace of mind. Thanks again Evans Tuning crew keep up the great work!

After hearing about Evans Tuning from multiple close friends that have gotten tuned by Jeff, I finally took it upon myself to being my EVO up to him. Was well worth the two hour drive up there! Also wasn't expecting it to be personable either. He takes the time in the beginning to talk to the customer and figure out driving habits and what the tune will be intended for. Much appreciate the work that Jeff does and has done! Highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a good tuner!

Drove 8 1/2 hours from Ohio to get my Turbo s2000 tuned, because of the way Jeff conducts himself and his shop its worth every minute and every dollar. I had an absolutely phenomenal experience, has been able to help and provide insight every step of the way. The tune itself is great, haven't had a single issue with the car since the tune and he did a very good job with driveabiltiy for what my setup is. Would and have recommended him to multiple friends and people. Will definitely be returning in the future, and it doesn't stop after the tune either. He's still willing to help even after the fact.

This past summer after an exhausting search for a competent tuner I decided on Evans Tuning, it was the best decision I made. Jeff was able to transform my car; power, drivability, it was all there, amazing considering he had never tuned a car like mine. Today I returned for a retune, and the service was just the same as the first time; cordial, professional, and informative. I can't say enough about the level of comfort I have knowing that my very rare pride and joy is in Jeff's capable hands.

From start to finnish Evans was great!Jeff is a master at his craft, him and Andrea are super knowledgeable, friendly and professional, they not only tuned my car amazingly, but also answered all my questions and gave me some great suggestions.The end result exceeded my expectations,my car is running awesome!I will definitely recommend Evans and will be returning again.

Evans tuning is by far the best, most customer friendly tuning shop I have ever encountered. Jeff and his wife were a pleasure to speak to and they made my appointment and tune a blast and a breeze. Definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get that little extra out of your car that makes it all work together.

If your looking to get your car tuned this IS the place to go! Jeff is a very knowledgeable guy. He was able to answer all my questions quickly and accurately. I would not hesitate to recommend him to ant of my friends or any person I meet thanks to his professionalism and expertise!! I am very pleased with how well my car runs after having him tune it!!

The reviews don't lie folks! The whole experience was phenomenal, from scheduling a dyno appointment online, Andrea calling me within an hour of scheduling, finalizing a time and date, Jeff sending me a safe map just to drive there, and of course the tune. Jeff and Andrea are great down to earth people, Jeff and I talked about everything from his first car to how he met his wife to how they are a successful business today. I've driven the car 1,000 plus miles since then, No engine lights, smooth and consistent throttle response and I still get better mpg than my stock Subaru Forester believe it or not. Andrea was great over the phone, running though a few items not to forget. These 2 people make a great team! Truthfully, I would do it all over again tomorrow and wouldn't think twice about sending another vehicle there in the future.

Best tuning experience I've had so far. My car has been to three other tuning shops that were not able to satisfy my needs, one of which blew my engine. Jeff Evans will only be tuning my car from now on. Jeff Evans is very knowlagable. If you need a car tuned either it be domestic or import this is the guy to get it done right the first time. Very very happy with the end results.

Drove almost 4 hours after hearing from a friend who lives in California that this is the place to go out East. Jeff took the time to answer my questions over email for almost a week straight then during the tune answered more on a Saturday so I'm sure he was ready to leave but nonetheless took time. Car drives awesome now literally like a new car. When he tells you it'll be night and day, it will be more than that! Well worth the drive Evans tuning is the place to go.

Can't say enough great things about Jeff and Andrea Evans, over at Evans tuning. Was hunting for a high quality tune shop for a while, to take my EVO X in for a custom tune. It was a 2 hour trip both there and back, so about 4 hours in total. Every second of the drive was worth it! Had a great experience from start to finish with Evens tuning. I've been on the tuner scene for about 15 years, with a number of different cars and it's always a real pain to find someone you can trust your car, your investment with! I'll tell you first hand this is the place to bring your baby for sure!! Do not hesitate to give them a call or a email! I promise you will not be disappointed with there high level professional approach to there business and clients. First class knowledge and experience, extremely friendly and great to talk to. Jeff will answer any questions you have at any point of the appointment. I had a great time just B.S.in with him about anything cars while he prepped my car for the dyno. He gave me some great direction on what my next level of mods should be to optimize my power gains and cars well being. You can tell he really has a passion for what he does and loves it. Treated my car as if it was one of his own.

I contacted Jeff for eTuning on a Haltech Elite system. He was able to quickly get the engine from a base map to performing excellently within a matter of days. I had my 2.4L all-motor 2002 s2000 tuned at Evans Tuning this past Friday by Jeff Evans. Jeff's understanding of the s2000 and AEM infinity is truly remarkable. I could go on and on about Jeff's abilities, experience and just how nice he and his wife Andrea are. Evans Tuning is such a breath of fresh air in comparison to the other 2 shops I had my car tuned at previously. Jeff explains everything and listens to you if/when you have a question or concern. His results speak to the amazing command he has over his craft. Yet he charges very fair market prices (same amount I was otherwise fleeced for, in hindsight given the awful results, by other incapable tuners). And Jeff was super quick with the tune (bulk of the time was spent wiring up the ABS sensors to the AEM infinity so he could enable Traction Control support). I drove 500 miles round-trip to get my 2.4L stroker tuned by Jeff and I'd do it again in a heartbeat!Jeff only saw the need to go to 24-25 for ignition timing, he reduced VTEC crossover to 4000 RPM, he used closed-loop and did an amazing job setting up the 2 VE tables (for low and high cam) in terms of TPS -- the VE table tuning is something I don't think other more average tuners really understand. He also leveraged all my extra sensors (oil temp, oil pressure, fuel pressure) by setting up all the appropriate failsafes. He calibrated knock tables and identified a source of knock and helped remove it.A huge benefit to Jeff's tune is the improved fuel economy: I was only getting 17 mpg with my previous tune (AFR ranging 12.8 - 13.5 while cruising on highway) on the way to PA. On the way back from PA, even with driving more aggressively than on the way down, I averaged 26 mpg (with AFR ranging 14.8 - 15.1).Jeff's tune really unlocked my 2.4L's underlying raw performance.Result is 259HP / 190TQ peak on Jeff's dynapack (previous tuner's dynojet tune was only 219HP / 166TQ)

I also like that they get back to you in a timely manner if you have a question or need help with something. I recommend Evan's tuning to all my car friends.

Jeff is amazing tuner. No nonsense and knows exactly what he needs to do. He's been tuning, professionally, for over 20 years. I drove 5 hours to get here and it was worth my time and money 100%.

I drove 280 miles to evans tuning and 280 miles back, and it was worth every minute. Jeff tuned my all motor 15 si perfectly. I could not have imagined it coming out this great. It made a ton more power on a very hot day, and on the trip back i averaged 12 more mpg than i normally got. No idea how he does it but he squeezes all the power out of these cars and still maintains the daily drivability. Jeff is very knowledgeable about almost any car and is very helpful. He even did some E tuning for me to make sure my tune was perfect. Jeff and Andrea are very friendly and answered all of my questions. Definitely check them out!!

I started dealing with Evans Tuning in 2011. Since then they have done work on two of my highly modified cars. I have had them do extensive work for me to include installing suspensions, clutches, motors, transmissions, turbo systems, fuel systems, wiring, custom fabrication, welding, top-to-bottom engine build, custom transmission build with aftermarket parts, sourcing OEM and aftermarket parts for my build, and tuning both vehicles. They have even continued to help me with support even after the tune and made minor adjustments as necessary. I have exchanged hundreds of emails with Jeff, Andrea, and Phil. They have worked very hard to make both my projects come together and everything has been perfect. If you want it done right then look no further; they are the reason I drive 900+ miles each way to have work done on my car. I hope to continue doing business with them for years to come.
