The Manager, Gene, sold me a 1993 Viper as a remote customer in Orlando, FL. As you could imagine I had to instill trust throughout the entire transaction, including the cars condition. Gene was transparent and sent me tons of pics and additional photos every day until the transaction was complete. It s not a surprise they sell a lot of cars - I would and plan on doing business with this dealer again. This post was totally unsolicited and I hope Gene isn t uncomfortable that I call him out on being a great business partner. Idk who owns the dealership but can you please know he s a gem and a great client advisor.

I purchased an Audi q7 in October. My engine light came on, towed it in and the staff was great. They were able to fix spark plugs and a coil but there was an underlying issue they were not able to identify. I have to take it to an Audi mechanic. I stopped in to ask for copies of their diagnostics, work that was done and their notes. They were so kind and helped me with everything. Matt was the service writer but the other lady and gent was great too! I will be back for basic service. Being kind should be standard for everyone! Nailed it there!

John and Matt in the service department are awesome! They are very responsive. We have had our car worked on a few of times for accidents (large repairs) and general maintenance. Their quotes are always right on the money, they have actually told us we didn't need a few services we requested. I have never trusted anything any other dealership service department has ever said, but you can trust these guys in South Park Mitsubishi. I always price check: repair parts, tires, brakes, oil changes - you can't beat their prices. It's really not worth doing the work yourself even if you are capable. Everything from purchasing the vehicle to even the repairs has been a very good experience. I highly recommend purchasing from them and servicing through them.

Purchased a used car plagued with issues that the premium warranty does not cover. Dealer would not stand behind the sell because it was a consignment? I would not recommend this dealer or their janky warranty company. Almost a year later and I'm still dealing with issues.

I purchased an Audi RSQ8 fromSouth Park Mitsubishi and couldn t be happier with the experience. I live across the country and was a little apprehensive about purchasing a car sight unseen, but Gene made the process seamless and easy. He facetime d me multiple times, sent me HD videos of the entire car and interior, showed me the minor cosmetic flaws on the car, texted me daily updates, and even arranged for enclosed transportation to my house that went off without a hitch! He even found me better financing that I had lined up. It was an incredible experience and I can t recommend them enough. Thank you for everything !

Hands down the best experience! I bought a preowned Mercedes Benz, from South Park Mitsubishi. Being a little nervous because I am female, the car buying process is a little intimidating. They treated me with the utmost integrity and honesty that I could ask for. Further more I always service my Mercedes here as well, and their service department is just as good.

I have been thinking about getting an Outlander for a year now and I'm glad my husband and I decided to go yesterday. Nick White was our salesperson and he was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our experience and the whole staff handled us with urgency and kindness. I was stressing going car shopping, but I enjoyed my day. I forget the lovely woman's name who helped with the paperwork, but she was a gem as well.Thank you all!

My husband and I bought a new car here last week and had a great experience. We chose the car we wanted on their website and got pre-approved for financing as well. The dealership texted us immediately to set up a time to test drive the vehicle which is when we met our salesman (Torre) who was incredibly nice and helpful (and not at all pushy). The finance dept was really efficient and worked with us on our down payment options, so the whole buying process took less than 2 hours. A few days after we bought the car, Torre checked in and answered all our questions. All in all, this was the easiest and least-stressful car buying experience we've ever had.

My fianc� and I met with Torre to test drive a Subaru and I wasn t expecting to leave the same day with it, but we did! When I had gotten my previous car with a different dealership, I had to wait a few days to pick it up, so I was excited when I found out I was getting it the same day. Everyone was friendly and it overall was a great experience for us! Thank you again Torre, for walking us through the process!

It s been over a week I ve waited for a phone call about my wife s car. They fixed it for a cracked full tank and due to me living over an hour from the dealership it was towed to, being in 12 hour shifts at the Air Force base, my wife away as well; it sat after repairs were done for about a week/week and a half. This is what was discovered and I was told they aren t liable even though it s on their property and was parked right next to the maintenance garage. Even my son s car seat was eaten to pieces. A $300 car seat I now have to replace, can t have my son in the car because of the rat piss smell of the toxins. Nothing has been done. The seats, car seat, floor mats, and wiring was chewed. They told me it was my fault it sat there so long and they can t do anything about it, this is what I m left with. with Jennifer Stoltenburg.

South Park Mitsubishi is awesome! My porsche Cayenne S got wrecked while I was in India. I needed a car and found a Porsche Cayenne E-hybrid at Southpark. The sales manager was super helpful and sent me detailed pictures and videos. We did the deal on text and a phone call and I wired the down payment from India. It was the best car buying experience ever!

Your Salesman, Torre Kohl, is fantastic at his job! I felt very comfortable and he was very clear about prices. I went to a different dealership the weekend before and was talked down to. When the price of the vehicle had come out it was 5,000 more than what we had spoken about. I was afraid to go to another dealer but Torre completely changed my mind!

Completely lied to me about a bad part still under warranty and charged me to tell me that its not covered. When in fact it was defective. When I provided evidence to the fact that the part was defective and not damaged by something else I was told there was nothing else they would do. Needless to say first and last Mitsubishi and will certainly be a loud advocate to discourage anyone I know to consider one and certainly not this dealer

Jim was easy going, professional, and personable. Dave was also easy going. The environment inside was quiet, laid back, relaxing easy to talk, negotiate. It has a great local neighborhood or community feel with the car purchase. Which we liked. Great follow through and follow up w Jim and parts. Very responsive.

After spending maybe two hours with a very friendly salesman, Jake, he quickly sorted out the paperwork and I took home my used 2017 Outlander Sport ES. It was not the exact car I test drove, but had the right mix of features I desired.This was a few months back in the fall, and it was around dusk at the time of my final walk around and visual inspection of the vehicle.Unfortunately the following morning, looking out a window and wanting to admire my new-to-me purchase, I noticed a few fairly significant dents in the roof of the vehicle. In the dusk light and against the silver paint color, they were practically invisible, but in the morning sun they were unmistakable. I was horrified.I called and spoke with Jake about the discovery, honestly I was fairly upset feeling like I'd been taken advantage of, which I would immediately regret because Jake and the owners at South Park Mitsubishi treated me very well, repairing all of the dents and some minor paint damage that was also discovered in the light of day. The repairs were handled very quickly by an off site body shop they're partnered with and the car was returned promptly with almost no sign of the damage remaining, at no cost to me! I couldn't ask for a better solution, South Park Mitsubishi really stood behind their products and service!Great experience! I'm happy I chose to be a South Park Mitsubishi customer!Ay Jake, you rock bruh!

Torre is hands down one of the best salesmen I ve encountered. He was very helpful and he asked all the right questions to make sure he got us the best car for the best deal. The whole team worked past close to make sure we drove out of there with a new car and happy. This is our second vehicle from South Park and we will continue to buy our future vehicles there. Highly recommend buying a vehicle from them.
