Great work! they fixed my toro walk behind mower with a new transmission, they kept me up to date with everything that was going on and fixed it in a very timely manner. Would recommend anyone to go here. Being a landscaper down time is everything and they got me in and out. Also such a great price for the work performed all my future landscape equipment needs I will be going to them!

If I could give this 10 stars out of 5 I would. South hills mower is an awesome company and from the top down did an amazing job with my mower. Barb helped me schedule and plan a tune up and multiple handle fixes on my toro mower. She called me with updates while the fix was happening and was super welcoming in all of my conversations with her.When I picked up my mower, I couldn t believe it was the same one I dropped off. It looked brand new, and had been washed from top to bottom. Glen personally came out and spent 20 minutes talking me through how best to take care of the mower.I ll be recommending anyone and everyone to this company moving forward, keep up the great work South Hills Mower!

I have been taking my lawn mowers and snow blower to South Hills Mower for maybe 4 or so years now, and everytime they take care of my machines, I am so impressed.This shop is amazing in all aspects. A true and honest Mom and Pop business that just does an incredible job.The owners/operators, Glenn and Barb, are just down-to-earth, good, honest people. They are responsive, very transparent, and can work with you if you need your equipment trailered too. They really do a great job, and care about providing a high quality service.My mowers and snowblower always come back running really well. Issues are always identified and solved really quickly, and I get my equipment back very quickly too. Glenn always takes care of small things that I never would think about, that might bite you down the road and cause a big issue. He even cleans my equipment for me too without me asking.Glenn and Barb are always going out of their way to tell me about what any of the issues were, what they recommend to maintain my mowers and snowblower, and tips and tricks that they have found over the years.Their prices are really fair and affordable, they really work hard to keep their prices affordable, even if it seems like they squeeze their own pockets to do it. They really care about helping people and are really looking out for the community and the people they serve. They even helped me trade out of a mower that was too heavy for me because I was having back problems, and that needed a new part anyways, and finding me a lighter mower that was much easier for me to use. They connected me with other people they work with to make all this happen, and helped me keep the costs down too. I couldn't thank them enough for that.I have not found many similarly run businesses, where they really care about you and what they can do for you, and care about doing a high quaulity job with your equipment. And they make it so easy to do business, schedule pickups, talk through different fixes and costs, etc.I cannot believe I have not written a review on Glenn and Barb yet, they have been truly amazing to me. The quality is there, the value is there, and them caring about the people they serve is something that you have to experience for yourself to really appreciate. I commend them for the way that they run their business. You cannot go wrong with Glenn and Barb at South Hills Mower.

I had a problem with my John Deere riding mower, called South Hills Mower. I received great correspondence, they diagnosed the problem and had my tractor up and running like new in a short time. A special thanks to Barb and Glenn who did a great job. I highly recommend South Hills Mower.

We had to have our Toro rider fixed. We called South Hills Mower, they quickly ordered all the parts and made the repairs ON SITE less than one week later. Everything was extremely reasonably priced and all work was done in a professional manner. Will definitely call them anytime we need repairs. Glenn and Barb were a pleasure to work with.

They got my John Deere 240 lawn tractor running, and entire mower was gone over. Barb calls with the part needed and price. Very professional, repaired quickly, detailed and very fair prices on invoice.

South Hill Mower will always be my go to service for lawn tractor repair, based on my experience with them.They assisted me a couple times over the phone to try to troubleshoot the problems I was having with my lawn tractor, in hopes that I could fix it myself.When I did have to take it to them, I found them to be friendly and accommodating. They quickly found the problem and fixed it within a day. They made it nice and convenient to pick up my lawn tractor, even on a Sunday. I ve used it a few times to plow snow and it has worked well.They treat you with kindness & respect and are very fair with their pricing.I will continue to use their service as needed and will recommend them to anybody that I believe they can assist. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Incredibly great service! They picked up my lawn tractor, gave me a lot of advice on caring for it, which I had been slacking at, to be honest.They got it all fixed up and ready for next spring and it was cheaper than I thought it was going to be!!I never would ve waited so long to have this thing serviced had I known how easy this process would be.

Just fantastic to work with! My lawn mower wasn t running - they got it running, tuned up, and even a new pull handle! I ll be a customer for life - no issues with price, they did the work for the lowest possible. They could have charged more but they didn t. Good, honest people!

Recently had Kubota lawn tractor and Lawn Boy mower serviced by South Hills Mower and was very pleased with service provided. I chose this shop based on positive Internet reviews and it was a great decision! They are truly nice folks and very customer focused. No doubt, they've earned my trust and I'll be relying on them to maintain my equipment on an annual basis.

Barb and Glen are absolutely wonderful. My tractor was picked up....new belt, new deck, oil change...and checked over for me...Barb made phone calls to me...giving me updates on the work being done...then delivered back to me today.....what made it even more special, Glen knew me and my husband when he was younger, and was at my home occassionally.They say it is a small world.....so thankful for the work he did...and to have my tractor back home....THANK YOU SO MUCH....Cindy Smith

After trying to start my mower for the first time this year failed I took it to South Hills Mower. The next day it was ready and when picking it up I was told there was no charge as no parts needed replaced. I also got some free tips on how to start the mower after it sat all winter. I thought this was very generous of them.I also recently purchased a tractor from South Hills Mower and upon delivery they would not leave until they felt I was totally capable of operating this equipment.On both occasions I found South Hills Mower to be professional, friendly and had extreme knowledge of the above mentioned items. I couldn't have been more pleased or have asked for better experiences.

I found South Hills Mowers via google search last year when I was looking for someone to service my mower. (Oil change, check carbonator, sharpen or change the blade) and I settled on these folks after places closer too me sounded too busy. South Hills Mower turned my mower around in less than a week. I also had them service my snowblower a short time later and they did so with their pick up and delivery service. Recently, on the same mower, my front drive failed. I called South Hills Mower and they repaired it for me quickly and I had my mower 4 days later. They are great people and provide great conversation. If I need other repairs or service I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

I went in without an appointment and they started working on my mower immediately! Fixed a few issues, gave it a nice tune up, gave me some tips on how to get more life out of my mower and charged me an extremely reasonable price. Will definitely be returning next time I have issues with a mower.

I would highly recommend South Hills Mower for anyone needing services needing repairs for all small engines. They were prompt, courteous and honor all veterans, elderly & handicap persons. Five Star service.

They fixed my generator very quickly and the price was reasonable. It's a small neighborhood place and the owners are helpful and friendly. I will definitely take my stuff to them again. I wish every repair place was like this.

I have lived near these great people for years now. And my family has known them longer. Every piece of equipment I have brought to them has been fixed and usually done within 24hrs. Very reasonably priced and very kind they always strive to do their best. Than you for all your hard work!

This place is wonderful! I had no way to get my monster snowblower to them. They came to me and repaired it right away (less than 24 hours after I called!). The price was great and the service was amazing. I would not hesitate to call them again. You won't be sorry using them. I highly recommend them.

What a rip off the place is. Took my self propelled mower to be repaired. They said the transmission is bad. $230.00 to repair it. I said no thanks. Took it to Rolliers Hardware store for repair. Turns out it was just an $8.00 belt. Don't use South Hills Mower. Bad people, they lie.Your reply is a lie. No work was done on my mower by you. The belt was bad and had a burn make in it. The lawn mower was put my friends truck by him and I. You told me on the phone, before I brought the mower to your shop that the diagnosis was free, no charge. More lies by you!Why would I lie. I don't know you people from Adam & Eve.

Guy said he fixed my snow blower that wouldn't run without the choke on and was real hard to start. He said it was fixed and just needed some run time. That was BS, I don't think he did a thing because it ran just as bad as before. Ended up taking it to a competitor in Jefferson Hills and they fixed it right the first time. That this guy works out of his house should have been a red flag. Price may be low but you get what you pay for.

He was great. Cheap and thorough. He explained everything to me and even saved me money recommending me to buy something online and fix myself! Awesome. Had me fixed in a day and gave it back washed and waxed. I'd recommend him to anyone.
