The owner Karen was very nice and made everything go smoothly. Pro rated my last set of Goodyears we purchased here in 2019.Saved us alot of money.Service on a Saturday was very convenient . Owners son got us in and out very quickly.Will recommend these guys to everyone!

After the purchase of a new vehicle in Maryland we were 30 miles into the trip to Bethel Park, PA the low tire pressure icon appeared on the dashboard and we had to keep adding air to continue. Searched for a tire service in the Bethel Park area and by chance we pulled into Rich's Tire Service. Thank the heavens we did! It was a great experience and we would highly recommend Rich's Tire Service. Tire was odd size and Karen had to search all of her contacts for a replacement which she was able to make happen before end of day. Karen also discovered the original tire had a defect from the manufacturer. She went above and beyond to seek reimbursement for us and was successful!John and Denise Schaefer

Excellent service and very reasonably price for their work. We just had new tires installed and a parking brake issue fixed by Rich s and are very pleased. We previously were loyal customers of the other guys tire place by the Sheetz, but over the years the service level went way down and the prices went way up. Karen was really friendly and helpful and had the issue with our truck diagnosed quickly. Highly recommended and we will be using Rich s in the future

Honestly a really great garage. They are attentive and upfront about the expected expenses, no surprises when you go to pick up your car. All the staff I've interacted with is very professional and you can tell they really care. 100% would recommend this garage. I was able to get in relatively quickly too.

Karen and her crew were wonderful. Had a few problems with my motor home two days before I was scheduled to leave for vacation. She was able to fit me in on a Saturday, and the repairs were completed promptly and at a fair price. Highly recommend.

First time customer of this place, and let me say, I am a impressed so far.I had them install new Honda genuine OEM TPMS sensors for my 2010 Honda CR-V that I purchased and provided for them to install.Most of the other shops in the area would not install "customer provided parts" - even if they were new OEM genuine parts, and then can't understand why I am unsatisfied with them choosing to use generic Chinese aftermarket parts (Dorman) instead.Here is why I am satisfied and impressed with Rich's Tire:1) Rich's Tire had no problem installing the OEM sensors I provided, and charged a reasonable price for each wheel. They were very flexible with scheduling (drop off) and had it done earlier than estimated.2) The office area is huge and clean, so you can easily wait there if you want. Some other garages have small, cramped waiting areas.3) The ladies in the office are EXCELLENT and provide great customer service. Always very pleasant on the phone, answering any questions, and calm. This is what most shops get wrong, and it feels like you are a huge inconvenience to them trying to give them your business! When I picked my vehicle up, all of the paperwork was ready to go, and was explained in detail what was done.4) The quality of work was great and done properly. They torqued the wheels to factory spec (80 ft-lbs), and inflated all the tires back to the proper inflation (30psi). I don't think I have ever had both of these done properly anywhere else.From now on, this place will be getting my business when it comes to tires, and I will be recommending other folks to go there as well.

I love Rich's and highly recommend them. I have been going there for I think about 10 years now and I've moved out of Bethel Park a while ago. I referred my whole family to them. They know all of us and our cars and are very reliable about taking notes and being able to look up the car's history if there is a need to refer to any past issues. This is the first place I went to for car maintenance where I didn't feel intimidated to talk about car stuff. Karen is very approachable and will explain what is happening with my car very patiently until I understand. I even experienced the mechanic himself come out with parts to show me what was happening and what needed to be changed and why. I never feel like they are asking me to pay for more than I need which has happened everywhere I went before Rich's.This is a great, honest, and caring family business that provides quality work.

My family and I have been taking our cars here for years with no problems. The last time I took my car there for an inspection I was told what was wrong and they wanted a lot of money for the job. I bought the parts online and did the job myself for a fraction of the price. When I took it back the mechanic "found a new problem" that he "didn't catch the first time" and failed it. I took the car to a different mechanic and it passed inspection without any issues.

Called in early Friday, they were able to get me in the door very quickly. When I got there I felt like I was welcome. I came in to switch out my tires, also had a small issue of my brakes squeaking after I had changed them. While working they found the cause and fixed it. Overall I felt that my business was appreciated. Thank you. Will be back!

Great place with great service. I was especially pleased today to see they had a small selection of toys for my toddler to play with, which made the wait very fun for her. I don't think she was ready to leave when the car was done!

Outstanding service! Purchased 4 tires from them and got a great price! , and unlike most places they didn't try to upsell me on a while bunch of unnecessary services... (we've all been there before!) .. one of the most important things to me was, the lady behind the desk "karen", took her time to show me all the different tires I was interested in and explain the differences.. she even printed out multiple spec sheets for me to take home and look over. And this is why I will be a return customer.. it's the details...

Honest, fast, and friendly service. They offer good advice for future issues that may arise and explain why but let the customer know if it's something that can be done at a later date. No gimmicks nor sales pressure.

My 83 year old mom took her 2004 Ford Taurus there and they are reasonably priced and they take such good care of her. They even let her know when it was time to stop investing in the maintenance of her Taurus. RIP Tsurus. I will take my car there.

Great place to go for tires. Reputable, dependable and professional. When you get tires here for your car you can drive away knowing the tires you have a of good quality (unless you bought cheap) and where installed correctly. Free rotations for the life of the tires as well. The only place I will go for my tires.

I purchased four new tires and had them installed on my vehicle the same day. The service was excellent and the personnel were extremely friendly and eager to please. I would come back again without a doubt!

I got 4 new tires here and am very happy with the outcome. The wonderful receptionist went out of her way to help me and reccommend the best tires possible for me. The service was done well and in a timely manner, I highly reccommend this business!

I scheduled an appointment, They had my car 24 hours, needed my winter tires put on, went to pick it up and they hadn t even touched it yet! Poor customer service!

Owned and run by very knowledgeable women. A crazy mix of commercial truck customers and suburban moms & dads. Play corner for children. Always a good deal.
