There is no way this place is based in Pittsburgh area and if they are they use an answering service that isn't.Over $300 to move a car a foot max, over a 12 hour wait. Get serious. And hung up when they quoted me a price and I said no *asked my budget*.SCAM.

My vehicle broke down and my roadside assistance dispatched them to tow my vehicle. Within minutes I received a call from Frank detailing the arrival of the operator. I don't usually write reviews but I definitely feel this one is well deserved. I called them on a Sunday because my skid steer broke down. He said 45 minutes to an hour. He showed up actually on time. With an up to date truck, and the correct equipment to get the job done correctly. It was pouring down rain, thunder, and lighting. No complaints, just got out and got the job done. He was actually concerned about my machine and didn't want to just hurry up and throw the machine on without figuring out how to put the transmission in neutral. When we got to my house, he took the extra time to back the truck in my narrow driveway in a tight alley way and got my skid to be placed EXACTLY where it needed to go, that way I did not need to start the engine and risk anymore damage to the machine. Thanks Robert for you help, and I would highly recommend him. When most people think of tow truck companies they tend to get a bad vibe or not trust them as much, Not with R LINE Towing. I will never use another tow company as they have earned my business and my recommendation.

Absolute horrible job. I was very surprised to see the good ratings for this company. I requested a tow tonight and after waiting more than a few hours, they had said that the job was completed when it very well was not because my vehicle was still with me. This was 2 hours earlier. Then, as I continued to wait, they attempted to say that the job was complete once again, when it was not. Rick bold faced lied to me and my insurance company, stating that the job was complete when it was not. I do not suggest that anyone use this company as they will give you the run around, saying that they are nearby when they are not and lie to you. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Sooo I own a lowered vehicle, which is awesome until it needs to be towed. R-line was not only able to tow my car but came well before another company I had spoken with a day earlier.Fantastic service and great guys who know what they are doing!Will be using again!Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

We had a company vehicle break down the other day. I called R-line with the location and where to tow it to. We were able to take another vehicle to get to our customers. R-line said their driver would call 10 minutes before pickup to confirm everything. They were on time when they said they would be and everything went perfectly smooth. Thanks for getting us out of a jamb. I grabbed a stack of their business cards to make sure I could hand them out.

The whole experience was excellent from beginning to end. Tow truck arrived a few minutes before their ETA. The driver/owner, Robert, was very nice & very professional. The tow truck was also very clean and well taken care of. All around great service. I would highly recommend to anyone.

What started as really bad day resulted in a great experience! I run a small business and can appreciate great service. Just bought my suv less than 2 months ago and only did so because we were welcoming our 5th addition to the family. Needed a larger vehicle in a pinch. Long story short, truck broke down at the worst possible time. The response time was great and the driver was amazing! He called when in route and gave an accurate ETA. When he arrived, he had a smile and hand shake waiting. I'm in the "on call" industry doing HVAC work and it's not always easy to be pulled away from your plans and or family on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. This guy was a true professional! When In the truck he even offered me a water. The conversation on the ride was friendly and welcomed. I asked his advice and he stated he couldn't give advice, only offer suggestions. This showed his respect for the company contracting his services on behalf of myself and my family. The ride was under the allotted mileage and cost me nothing. Attempted to tip the guy for the exceptional service and he refused. Cannot express my appreciation for the service provided. Asked for business cards and will gladly recommend them to anyone in need! Only wish his name was on the business card because I'm horrible with names. Would love to recognize him specifically. But I was picked up at the CVS off of 376 near Carnegie and taken to steel city collision in castle Shannon. Thank you guys for the great experience!!!!Justin T.

They were prompt and very professional. The driver was knowledgeable. I would give 5 stars but they misquoted the service fee by $10 and forgot to mention the credit card service fee when price was quoted. This resulted in a $20 price difference.Service: Battery serviceService: Battery service

Excellent service, great people. I've used R-Line Towing a few times, and they always get to me fairly quickly. Always around the ETA they give me. I've met 3 different drivers who were all extremely kind and I could tell they knew that they were doing. I will always recommend R-Line to ANYBODY I know who needs a tow.

I locked myself out of my car on my lunch break. Justin with R Line arrived quickly and I was in to my car in no time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. R Line made the experience way less stressful. Great company!

Brand new car would not start and could not jump start. Had to push car out of garage and get it on the tow truck. John gave us excellent service and was very knowledgeableand was very careful not to damage a car with less than 300 miles. Would recommend to anyone to have the job done right. Justin just left from transporting my classic car. I have dealt with a lot of haulers over the years, but I can honestly say Justin was the friendliest and most careful hauler I have ever met. He treated my car like it was his own and even helped push it in to the garage. All at a fair price. If you need a haul, these are your guys.

I give u 0 stars if I could u people are lazy my jeep needs towed and yens won't tow it if u don't want tow vehicle s then get out of the business of towing and then guy was being racist about the person who was Indian that got me the tow from my insurance and they never towed my jeep

RLine wAs very helpful on the phone. They dispatched a tow truck promptly and delivered my disabled car to the garage for repairs. The tow trucker driver, Rob, was friendly yet professional in his dealings with me. I'd call them again without hesitation

My husband and I went to Pittsburgh to move our son back to Bucks County Pa and we broke down. Rob was so knowledgable, helpful and kind and took the stress right out of the situation! His professionalism and kindness went above and beyond and we are forever grateful! Many thanks to his great employees - especially Lettie!

Even after working 12 hrs, Rob was pleasant and very friendly. Sometimes you don't know what you're going to get from a tow company when they show up. I would be happy to call them again for my towing needs!

It was a cold Sunday morning and R-Line towing was able to have a truck dispatched to me within a half hour, the driver was extremely friendly (his name is Robert) and provided excellent service. I will be sure to give them another call if I ever need their assistance again.

Robert got to my location (376E at Carnegie and Greentree) within 45 minutes of calling at 1:30a. Got my car loaded and en route to repairs very quickly.

I had a difficult towing job that needed done fast, at least 10 other towing companies couldn t help me, R Line did not hesitate to help me out. Save yourself the time and hassle and call R Line first

I broke down in Uniontown and called r line towing cause I couldn't find a tow truck that could handle the weight of my truck....and all I can say is they have a very professional business and reasonable rates!!! If I ever need a tow n hopefully I don't but they will be my first call!

Picked up my step-dads vehicle from the house because it was not drive able and took it to the shop, it really helped us out a lot! Great service!
