I was in a bind and needed a last-minute patch or replacement due to a slow leak in my tire, and my experience here was perfect. Brandon was so friendly and very quickly assessed the problem, and they were willing to let me come in an hour before they closed despite my short notice. I was in and out the door in less than an hour, and everyone there was friendly and informative. Highly recommend this location!

What I love the most about this team is their down to earth, approachable manner. No matter what the issue, or need, they are ready with an action plan even if that location cannot help. We needed new tires for my daughters Jeep Cherokee (she was literally home for a weekend) and while the Library/Bethel location couldn't help us that day--they worked with the Pep Boys location in the next township to ensure our daughter could safely return to school. When my BMW needed tires, they once again helped and gave us a better, smarter tire option (and less expensive) than the dealership. Great service. Smart service and timely service. Kudos to this team and the Pep Boys brand. I'm very glad this is still a local option for my family's car needs.

Dave set me up with an Uber to and from work since the garage was fully booked, and my car repair was so involved. These guys are true experts. Just give em a clue about what problems your car s having, and they ll usually know the root cause immediately. They definitely do the best quality work I ve found anywhere.

We use this location for all of our car needs. The mechanics are knowledgeable and helpful. I recently came to the store because my car would not start. Corey and his staff went out of their way to help figure out what was wrong with my car, which was a faulty battery that we had purchased elsewhere. They had us fixed up and on our way quickly. Thanks for a great experience.

Great service and very kind, i had an issue with my tires and they got it fixed quick with no issues. Ive gone here for all of my tires and if you are looking for a good place to go pep boys on library road is the best!

This is by far the worst experience I've had with ANY garage I've ever been to. My appointment was for 1630 to have my tires changed, I'm writing this at 1900 while still waiting. The place closed at 1800. There is no excuse. I'm so angry I'm at a loss for words. I don't even know what to type. I wasn't the only one waiting for hours for them to do something that should've taken minutes. So many good reviews how could this happen..?? I'm just speechless for this entire debacle.

I went to Pep Boys in Bethel Park for a simple car inspection and oil change. Little did I know that I needed all new tires to drive safely on the road. Corey, one of the employees there, was so nice and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I couldn t be happier with my decision to come here!

Great service friendly to chat with. Took care of my problem with the tire. Thanks Corey you know how to treat a customer so they come back again. Pep Boys Bethel Park if you need service done on your vehicles go to them treated me with respect.

I had my Dodge Nitro in for new tires. The Pepboys in Bethel Park, Pa were great. The service was great, fast. Nice personable staff. I highly recommend these guys. I'll be back for the front tires shortly

Took my truck there for its first oil change and it came back with two greasy handprints on my hood. Then I luckily opened the hood and they left a rag in there! The guys were nice, only reason they got two stars and not one.

Pep Boys associate Dave was graciously able to help me with my tire at the drop of a hat no questions asked. I was driving around with loose lug nuts and Dave assisted me instantly. I m so thankful kind hearted people are willing to help out, especially with a situation that was no fault of their own. I will be returning and referring Pep Boys in Bethel Park to everyone.

BEST SERVICE EVER. They squeezed us in before my family left for vacation and put four brand new tires on our car at a very reasonable price (half of what we were quoted by two other businesses) Even wished us a safe trip and a great vacation.

My car appointment was for 10am Saturday. The display on confirmation said it would be completed by 5pm. I asked the advisor if it would be done sooner than that as I had other plans that day. He said that they would be. I called at 4:30pm and my car had not even made it into the shop yet. The advisor that I talked to over the phone said "There were other appointments and larger jobs that needed to be taken care of."... I made an appointment for 10am on Saturday, I WAS ONE OF THOSE APPOINTMENTS and my car wasn't touched until Sunday morning. I called at 10:30am on Sunday to see if my car was done. It was being worked on, but said they said they needed additional information - of which I had sent on Saturday (insurance card) as soon as I dropped the car off. I never received a confirmation that the car was even done, so I found a ride to drop me off at 12pm because I hadn't heard from the shop. This type of "customer service" is absolutely inexcusable, especially if an appointment/reservation is made. They left me carless for over 24 hours... with an appointment that should have taken 1-2 hours (as I experienced at the dealership.) I would have lost my bananas had I waited on-site as I originally planned to.I also was not actually told by the advisor who checked me out what services were completed. I had the receipt emailed to me and there is a line item that is there and I was charged for, but has no explanation for what it was for other than "Shop Fee". There is no real signage as to what is included in an oil change so I hope it was all completed.I thought that my first occurance of iffy customer service last year was a fluke, but nope, it just got worse. Never again, the cost savings is not worth the bad service. (If you're understaffed or overbooked STOP taking appointments, instead of wasting customers' time.)

I paid nearly 11k for a brand new engine. In less than 3yrs and only 16k miles it died. Returned it to the store and they had it for almost 6mos to put another one in,and when I finally went to go pick up my vehicle,I started it up, and before I pulled off the engine light came on. They said to drive it for a few days and it should go off.If not, bring it back. So I did what they said to do and guess what... IT'S STILL ON!! So back it goes.

The store was ready for me at my appointment time and quickly diagnosed my tire/wheel problem. They were very helpful in working through how best to get me back on the road. I will go back to this store.

Went in for a flat tire repair on a tire that had previously been patched, advisor estimated an hour and a half even though I had an appointment. After that time he called and said it wasn t flat but my valve needed replaced. Asked, he said it d be another half hour. Was never notified that it was ready. An hour after the estimate I finally called, my car had been done for some time. Now my pressure sensor isn t reading anything on that tire, but it was working before. I ve never had any of these issues before at other locations, I will NOT be returning to the Bethel Park location. Incredibly disappointed by my experience.

TOOK MY TOWN AND COUNTRY IN TO GET MY THERMOSTAT REPLACED AND DURING THAT VISIT CORY NOTICE THAT I HAD A SMALL LEAK IN MY TRANSMISSION LINE AND CHECKED THE FLUID LEVEL FOUND IT WAS DOWN A QUART THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL MAY HAVE JUST SAVED ME 5K ...OIL CHAGED. LEAK FIX ..VAN RUNNING GREAT THANKS CORY

Don't use online appointments, drove 25 minutes to get 2 tires changed, also marked that I would be waiting for my car to be done. Unfortunately they wouldn't get to my car until tomorrow morning. Things like this can be avoided with a phone call. Not a conversation once you get there. Review is based on customer service.

Needed an emergency appointment for a broken wheel bearing. Cory fit me into their busy schedule and on a weekend. I am happy with the repair, and the entire staff was friendly, courteous, and respectful. So appreciate the effort to get my vehicle repaired and safely back on the road! Great job, guys!

Pep boys of Bethel Park have never cheated or treated me or my car d srespectfully. They are prompt and curt ous.
