This places is totally riped off. It looks like new owner or management. It used to be good place to fix car and I was regular customer of them . Not anymore. Same brakes and rotter they charge me $947 but I paid 500 last year. Never go again.

The guys were fast and prompt with taking a look at my car and fixing it. I dropped my car off around 11:30am and by 1:30pm I got a call back letting me know it was fixed. I m sure it was a minor issue but they were fast. And they called me a half hour after dropping it off letting me know what my issue was.

This place is NOT safe. They left the lug nuts loose on my car after a state inspection. I had to convince them to take a look at it at all and figure out what they messed up only to find out it was the lug nuts! Tried to tell me it wasn't a big deal they were loose, which is a lie.

No stars, I would not recommend them to anyone. Their price quotes are extremely high and do not seem reputable or genuine.

Eric gave me the best deal on a full set of tires.I've used them in the past, and will use them in the future.I appreciate the hours, and their ability to meet my schedule. Called up that morning, dropped off that evening, work was completed well under an hour!

This place tried to rip me off by insisting I needed four all-new brake pads when I really only needed two and that it d cost me $1,000 total which is highway robbery. Additionally, I found out from someone I trust that they never even checked the back brakes because of the way the bolts were set so they lied about that too! And on a separate occasion, an employee said that my card was being declined because he insisted I didn t have enough money in my account and got annoyed when I told him that I d literally just used it an hour beforehand and it was fine, so I had to go all the way up the road to find an ATM and withdraw cash to pay instead all because they couldn t be bothered to fix their broken card reader. Their bathroom is absolutely disgusting too and looks like it s never been cleaned a single time. Stay far, FAR away from this place because it s scam central and the employees will lie through their teeth to squeeze out as much money from you as they possibly can.

I've brought my car here 2 years now for my state inspection + emissions and have been very happy both times. I've gotten the "female driver" treatment at other places but everyone here has been respectful and friendly! Saturday availability for inspections is super helpful and they're easy to schedule.

Steve maybe the manager deserves a pat on the back. All employees were "MINT" As first time customer, it was so cool that they were honest, trustworthy etc... Had to deal with a Carvana warranty. Not good. If there's a way to let the crew know they run a great garage. Its 5200 Library Rd SHOP 244 Bethel Park PA Guys like them deserve a that a boy. Please let me know if u reach out to them. Thank You Robert Camella

I went in to this location with a flat tire. I was expecting a quick turn around but wasn t in a rush. The employees struggled to find the hole because two tires had small pin sized holes. The manager Eagle eye went out and inspected the tires for about 2 hours until he felt confident that he found all of the punctures. I am amazed at the customer service and dedication to their customers. Most shops would have given up and told me I needed new tires. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for anyone looking for affordable and honest work.Thank you!

The service is pathetic.. wouldn t advise anyone to to go there even if it s the last place!!! Worst customer service using f bombs in every sentence!! Refused to perform a service already paid for online! Treats customers like they are beggars!!! If there was any rating lower than zero I would definitely give this branch that rating!!

Monroe tire is a shamefully unethical business that operates by attempting to price gouge individuals that they believe are either foolish enough or simply do not know enough about cars. TWICE, at two different Monroe tires about 3 hours apart, I have taken my car to Monroe tire and they have quoted me at 3-4x the price to fix the issue than the shops I ended up taking it to. If this is the standard, the company no longer deserves to be in business, but rather the subject of a full federal investigation and public scrutiny media campaign for unethical practices.

I had my check engine light come on right before I was due to take my car on a road trip out of state. The guys at this garage were so kind and so helpful! I had several issues going on with my car and they really did everything they could to get me back on the road.

I had an appointment, I did online. I showed up, they tell me they don't have anyone for an oil change. Meanwhile, they are 2 people sitting at the front desk! Never again!

Service and value exceeded expectations. I went to a competitor for a quote before Monro and their price was about 50% higher. Very grateful for Monro and the honest exchange.

Eric Smith the store manager was awesome. Had a flat tire after work and he took a look at it right away and was able to place a plug in the tire and did not even charge me. He had the tire fixed and me out of the place within 5 minutes. Great service. Thank you Eric.

They were wonderful and honest! Didn't try to scam me and I really appreciated that. He was able to get my car in and out the same day and all for a very reasonable price!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone! Thank you again for all of your help!

After stopping at 4 different shops in the area and being told they could not do a flat repair, I stopped at Monro. The manager immediately took my keys and got me in right away. These guys went above and beyond to help me out, I'm so appreciative. They took the time and fixed my tire on a Saturday afternoon and got me and my daughter back on the road. Definitely will be back.

First of all, they are open on weekends which is a plus. James, the manager was happy to address some of the concerns I had with my vehicle, took me out to look under my car so I could inspect the frame and he explained other noises I was hearing.

I trust the staff at this Monro to do quality work at a fair price. The work and price are always discussed with me up front so there are no surprises. The work is done in a timely manner.

I have used Monro Muffler and Brake twice. The first time the person at the desk was rude, gave few details, even when asked. So, I thought, maybe the person was having a bad day, no problem. Now, for the second visit... Same as the first with the bad attitude spread wider throughout the shop. Walked in at 8:15 am, again, rude, little information, little effort explaining. Also, the person at the desk had no mask during this COVID outbreak and the general cleanliness of the lobby was not good. Even with this, I had faith, maybe this was again, just a glitch in customer service, so I left my vehicle and headed home.A few hours later, I get a call from the service technician, with a list of items required for repair. Ok, at this point I am still patient, listening no problem. However, I would say, based on my experience building custom cars and race cars that some of the suggestions made by the technician were questionable. Anyway, knowing that I can do the work on my own, I thank the tech and do not agree to the work, instead deciding to pick up my car and complete the work on my own. Again, no problem. Now, heading down to the shop to pick up my car, still not bothered as the tech seemed at least friendly. But, back in the lobby to collect my car, now another person at the desk, this time wearing a mask, thankfully; but same bad attitude, not friendly, no answers to friendly questions, just short answers with a quick push to payment. No problem, but getting annoyed by now, but still I am trying to be positive. Car now moved out of the shop, I should note that I have seen less organized auto shops, but not many; tech again, friendly, but no mask, not even a wipe of the steering wheel, again COVID and few precautions in place .I don't dispute that possibly some have had good experiences, but I never have, and won't go back. There are many other quality automotive shops in Bethel Park, I would suggest avoiding Monro Muffler and Brake, my two cents. Thank You.

Steve, the Asst. Mgr., reassured me that they could handle the issue with my smelling gas and seeing a drip. I was prepared for the worst and VERY PLEASANTLY surprised when he called to say it was my fuel filter and provided an estimate below what my mind had envisioned. And, the repair was completed as indicated and within just a couple hours that the disruption to MY day was absolutely minimized. Can't say enough how pleased I am with what could have been high anxiety provoking circumstances that resulted in the complete opposite experience. Great work, guys! Thank you, Steve & Monro!

Got me in and done in the same day, knowing I needed it done fast to make it home for my baby brother s graduation! Literally called the day before, made an appointment. There are also so many good stores and shops around so waiting was not an issue!

Good service, way cheaper than everywhere around. The dude that works the desk can be a little short sometimes but it seems hes just busy. Always does good work and they top off and check things even when brought in for other simple stuff like oil changes.

I personally did not have a good experience with this place, I came to them for break service last month but they just fixed the back ones and never check the front breaks. Later , my front breaks start to make noises and when I explained the problem to them, the guy who is at the front desk was rude and told me I m hinting that I want them to do it for free ? By the way he said he is the manger. I won t come to this place again.

This shop will fail your inspection no matter what unless your buying breaks, tires or spending at least $500

I was recommended by a friend to get my car serviced here and I couldn't be happier. I've now had both vehicles inspected here and the experience has been great. Eric, the manager, is a gem! Thanks for all you do.

Correction-state law does not give a mandatory grace period,it is something a reputable shop does as a courtesy.Personally I have never had to pay for a re-inspection after I have fixed the issue.Eric, the manager, double charged me for a failed inspection.State law gives a grace period to fix the issue and have it re-inspected, it wasnt worth the arguement to me.I wont be back.
