I've been taking my car here for the past three years and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new mechanic. Service has always been very good and prices are consistently reasonable. Staff are professional and easy to talk to.

I left my car with them the night prior and was told it would be the first car in when they opened in the AM. All they did was pull a code and i had to call them to get any answers 2hrs after they opened. The part they quoted me for replacement was up-charged a ton. I was told if i went with a different brand for the replacement part that they would no longer guarantee the part (understandable) or the labor (what??) . Regardless of what brand of part you put in, why is your labor any different? I called around and was quoted about $100 less than what they were charging me and labor took about 20 min.Also, when i went to pick the car up the lady in the office was not super pleasant (guess cause i decided to take it somewhere else for repair although i still paid $66 for them to pull a code lol). I was looking for an honest mechanic that doesn t overcharge, and i did not find it here.

Spending money on fixing your car is never fun. Ever. And I never felt I could trust the shops I take my car to. I don t know a ton about cars so I m at the mercy of the shop I take my cars to. But Kudlas has ALWAYS been reliable. They don t try and sell you parts/repairs you don t need, they always explain why you need the repairs they suggest, and their pricing is always better than any other shop I ve been too. Their hours aren t the most convenient but the fact that I always feel like I can trust them, makes working around that well worth it. Customer service is fantastic and the ladies that work the front desk are amazing and always work with me. 10/10 would 110% recommend.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Such a great group of employees! Dan patched my tire last minute on Saturday after I was told by Dean Honda that it was not fixable (Honda tried to get me to buy a whole new tire). They re honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone!

Barb is the best and Kudlas does a nice job with all of my older cars and newer german cars too. I got 4 new tires out on my car along with an alignment. At first I was so happy about the price and how my car was driving, then I took it on the highway. My car shakes when I got over about 45-50 mph, so I proceeded to call them back to see why. They had bring it in a few days later and proceed to tell me my rims bent. Funny they hadn't said anything about that when they put my tires on. It's also funny that they filled my oil without me asking when I already had a scheduled oil change planned, but hadn't filled my almost empty washer fluid. I'm just extremely unsatisfied as a female who feels she's been played by mechanics.

Very impressed with Kudla's service. I was a first time customer this past week. I asked if repair work could be done earlier in the day than later as I had a doctor appointment in the afternoon. I had a call reporting the work needed and price within the hour and the work was finished the next hour, with two hours to spare! I was impressed they provided this level of customer service as if I was a long-standing customer! They have earned my continued patronage!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

This place is great! Both car and van broke on the same day and Kudla's was able to repair both. Employees are very helpful and kept us well informed. Since we moved to Bethel Park a few years ago, we have been extremely satisfied with our service at Kudla's. I would recommend to everyone. Had to get calipers, brake rotors, lines and pads replaced. Every other place quoted me an obscene price. Kudlas was upfront with everything that needed to be done, and provided ways I could lessen the bill.
