They are so slow and wasting time, 3 person working but at least 1 person keep wasting time. also only 1 car was lifted inside it and oil change was doing on that carand I didnt say anything at all but they ended up telling me no service for me. Only request I had tire rotation and I dont want to add air in my tires since generally they are filling little higher than normal so tires melting faster.

Came in for a oil change and tire rotation. Staff was very nice and communicated all details in the prices. Very minimal wait time even with a couple of cars in bays ahead of me. Great service.

Great service and management. My truck was falling apart, grinding and smoking. They replaced my truck front bearings, sensors, brakes, rotors, fluid and spark plugs at a reasonable price. Very unprofessional I pull up to get a oil change and there worker says there on lunch and to come back in 30 minutes so I do so just for the same worker to tell me and start screaming walking back and forth talking about he s not doing a ten dollar oil change which the company has a contract with jd byrider to do ten dollar oil change. Worse place I ve ever been to

I pulled in at 5:45 on Wednesday. I did not realize the business closed at 6 and the employees never acted as if I was holding them up. I got a full synthetic oil change and Ron was very good about getting everything done well. I was out the door at 5:55.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I started out just getting oil changes here but ended up using them for any auto issues they were equipt to handle. Theyve always been kind, fair, honest and professional with me - which is a very big deal as a single woman who comes in. The new manager Seth was amazing. He helped us out so much with my Nissan. They made sure that our brakes were good and changed the oil in record timing. He also helped us look into tires that we will need this October and showed us where we could get the best prices. Super helpful and great customer service. Will definitely be going back for all my car needs.

I visited the Jiffy Lube in Bethel Park on Library Rd todayRon and his team were super pleasant and so helpful not only with taking care of my car, but answering questions and providing recommendations to my cars rust and paint issues.First impression was a home run!I will definitely be back for my next oil change!Thanks Ron!

Great service. Went for an oil change because my local Pennzoil closed. The guy that met me was friendly and the overall service was fast. The waiting room area is big which is nice when you have a toddler running around. Will definitely be back.

I called ahead on my way home from work for a state inspection and 4 new tires for my car. They told me to stop by and they could get both things done. I was in and out in about an hour. Friendly and professional staff. The manager Heather was very professional and customer service oriented. Would recommend this business to others. Very pleased. Keep up the good work!

I usually don t have problems here but the last time I went to get my oil changed a day later my ac started acting up. Water started spilling on my floor. I figured maybe my car was just older so something else was going wrong took it to my mechanic and found out someone shoved a snap on screwdriver up in my drain and made my ac fill up with water. I don t know why anyone would do this other than to get me to come back for repairs. I wanted to take it to the shop but is anyone going to admit they did that?Service: Oil change

In and out for an oil change in less than 20 minutes. Saved me a lot of time rather than going to the dealer. Great staff.

Went to pull into an open oil change stall and was greeted by 2 employees. I was told they were busy working on another vehicle (points to pick up with 4 employees standing around it) says it would be at least a few hours before they could change my oil, haha. Probably wouldn't of even stopped if I would of read these previous reviews anyway. Left and went to a locally owned shop and was in and out in 10 minutes. Lesson learned.

So impressed with the honest and friendly customer service.I called before going in with a few questions. Seth answered all of my questions with great patience and honesty. He even advised me on the appropriate Groupon to get. I just thought that was so nice, not in his job description and yet he did it so nicely.It s clear to me Seth loves the work he does and takes pride in making sure you and your car are taken care of.

Had a great experience at Jiffy Lube and will retirn again! I was in and out within 12 min. The manager Matt was wonderful, he let me know some concerns with my brakes, since he knew I always have my children in my vehicle! Thanks Guys! Wonderful people, fast service!

I m a busy working mom and I m never really sure where to take my car for stuff. Dave took care of me form the moment I drove up. I needed a lot done - oil change, inspection, brakes. I was in and out in 2 hours and that s while they had lots of other people coming in. Above all though, he was incredibly courteous. He was training a new guy and you could tell customer service was the top thing he was trying to drive home with him. Dave mentioned he just took over as manager in April and is trying to make some changes for the positive there. I have to say they re off to a great start because I m really happy with everything they did for me today.

On the way home from work, I decided to stop by Bethel Park Jiffy Lube. I requested a routine oil change and Ryan F. (store manager) was assisting me. While getting squared away with my oil change Ryan suggested for me to get a tire rotation. I agreed. As Ryan was doing the tire rotation he discovered that one of my tire studs was stripped. Concerned, Ryan made his way to the waiting room to explain to me what was discovered; he questioned me to where I last got my tires rotated. I explained to Ryan that my last service was conducted at the Sinking Spring Jiffy Lube location. Disappointed in the last service that I received, Ryan told me that he would make the repairs free of charge.Ryan mentioned that they did not have the part in inventory and he took the time to call all of the surrounding part stores until he found the correct part. This took several minutes. While waiting for the parts driver to show, Ryan made sure that I was comfortable. He offered me coupons to a near by restaurant and made sure that fresh coffee was made. Although I was stuck at the Jiffy Lube in Bethel Park for a couple of hours, Ryan and his team shown great work ethic and customer service. They made sure that my car got the best care and was safe to drive. I will be forever grateful for the customer service that I received from this particular location and I plan to get all of my services done by Ryan and his team.

Kudos to Noah, Troy & Jordan for exceptional customer service. No idea what I needed for my new car. The Bethel Park team went above and beyond to make this oil change a great experience. I went in today to get an oil change and inquire about a brake replacement. They were very welcoming and accomodating and helped me with pricing as well. They ensured that I could take care of everything today and even informed me of a couple of things that could go wrong in the near future. Excellent place to go and they truly care for their clientele. Have been getting my oil changed here since I got my car, now I will likely use them for all of the services they provide going forward.

Just stopped in here today for a full synthetic oil change and the new store manager David was beyond helpful. These guys were great, gave great feedback and customer service. Not to mention I was in and out even though they had to order my air filter. Highly recommend

Great experience. Seth, Evan and Megan were extremely professional, thorough and took the time to educate me on proper wear and tear involving my high mileage vehicle. They changed the brakes without any concerns of my own and again very professional. I will definitely be back. Thank you all!

They are prompt and reasonable. In addition, stopped back in a week after oil change because vehicle was making a noise and we were going away the next day. Totally above their job, they diagnosed it in 5 minutes as an AC door that was stuck. Gave us piece of mind that we weren't going to break down. Appreciate them!

Had them price me up 2, studded, snow tires. Much more than a regular tire shop but said could be in next day. Asked again if would be studded. Tires came next day. Went in and asked again if they would be studded. Was told yes. After waiting an hour they said they needed a special " tiger tool" for van rims and it was on it's way from other store. 2 hours later, tires on, but surprise! No studs! Left with 2 brand new, unstudded snow tires.
