I love supporting local small businesses, and Dorsey's is no exception! Most of my family are regulars for state inspections and routine maintenance. If anything needs done to our vehicles, they call and let us know what it is, and exactly how much it will cost. They do no more than is necessary, and provide outstanding workmanship, prices and customer service. Highly recommend!

I've known Tad and Brian for many years. They have always been trustworthy, dependable and honest. I took my truck to a dealer for inspection and emissions and an oil change due to a deal they had. They told me I had a loose bolt in my exhaust system and it would not pass inspection. They could not fix it unless they replace the entire exhaust system at a cost of $1200.00. I told them forget it. I stopped at Dorsey's that day and spoke with Tad. He was booked up for a month but said to drop it off that night. The next morning he called and said he and Brian had the whole thing fixed. Total cost was $169.21 parts, labor and tax! Passed inspection! I could not thank them enough. They just saved me over $1000.00! They are the best neighborhood auto service and I would highly recommend Dorsey's.

Tad and Brian are great to work with. Tad helped me out after a recent accident and I can't thank him enough. I use their shop for my car repairs and inspections and recommend Dorseys Highly. Both are great people.

After many years of my father taking care of my vehicle needs, I was clueless where I could find an honest and reasonably priced garage to take over the care of my vehicle. Someone suggested Dorsey s and I couldn t be happier with my decision. Brian is always accommodating with my busy schedule and goes way beyond the basics. Just a recent example, got a battery from Pep Boys (which they gave me the wrong one) and stopped in to see Brian who called Pep Boys and got it all straightened out for me and installed the correct battery....and didn t charge me a penny. Great business, integrity, and value.

Dorsey's is by far "The Best" Auto Service business in Pittsburgh. Their honest and meticulous attention to each detail is what I want in my mechanic. I receive quality work at a fair price. One look at the cleanliness of the shop will tell you all you need to know. I want to give them a 10++

Tried to call two/three days before I needed a tow and was told I don t need to schedule that you can just call in the day you need it. I called the day I needed the tow. I was told they can t do it until the next week. I also talked to the same person. Do not recommend.

Both Brian and his father are very easy to talk to and respond in a timely manner, they even showed me the old parts and what they had done in the engine so I could understand what exactly was going on with my car which I really appreciated. Sadly I have moved away from Bethel Park now and Dorsey auto will be one of the things I miss about it. Would recommend to anyone.

Have been going to Dorseys for years - they always get me in right away... address problems with me by phone - make suggestions to lower my cost- but get the job done. I have referred friends who are also very satisfied. They know what they are doing, have been in Bethel for years, and don't rip you off. Highly recommend.

It's not easy finding a decent honest mechanic. I've found that with Dorsey's! Honest, dependable, and they do great work. I've been going there for a few years and I could not be more pleased with the level of service and professionalism!! Highly recommend them!

This is a really honest shop, my car had a tpms error and they fixed it just (re-learning), another shop told me to replace all the sensors, so.. they are honest and you can trust. They make state inspection as well.

I have to say that this is the best garage I have been to in a very long time.. The service was helpful and told me exactly what I needed and did an oil change for me. I have experienced great service and would recommend this business to all my friends and family.. thank you !!!

These folks are truly honest. I've been price gouged by a lot of chain, this is no longer an issue. Fair, honest pricing and the guys are very friendly! I couldn't recommend this place more!

Work truck broke down in my driveway this morning . They picked it up had it repaired before 1 o'clock .All my vehicles have been repaired there since moving to Bethel Park in 1983. Always done right and on time !

Good for basic work, had an electrical issue with a headlamp that was abandoned and left me to seek another appointment at a local shop who did resolve my issue
