This shop and the employees are fantastic. They keep you informed, they are all very nice, they know what they are talking about, and they are super helpful. The place is clean as well. They keep you up to date on what is going on and how long things are going to take. It was a great experience. They detailed my car and it smells and looks brand new!

I had a great experience at caliber collision in bethel Park. They were always keeping me informed of the process of the work, they were incredibly friendly at the shop, which put me at ease through the entire process. And the resulting work looks like the car is brand new from the factory. Not one problem, issue or anxious moment.

From beginning to end, top to bottom, the customer service and the work on our vehicle was top notch. They were especially good at keeping us informed on progress and had it ready earlier than estimated. In addition, they helped us with arranging for a rental and returning it - something they did not have to do. I cannot say enough good about the experience and how they went above and beyond! I just want to start by saying if I could give a star rating above 5 I would absolutely do so. I have worked with other collision repair shops and none of them begin to touch the level of service that I received at Caliber. Sheri and Victoria were the most accommodating people I have ever met. They made everything from the estimate to dealing with the insurance company to getting a rental car an absolute breeze. Victoria sent me daily updates on the progress of my car. They had the parts there before I even dropped my car off to provide a speedy repair. The body guys did an amazing job. They seriously do top notch work. I can't even tell that the rear bummer or back hatch was replaced. My 4runner looks like the day I drove it off the lot. I could seriously go on and on about how amazing they are. If you are reading this, then clearly you are in need of some repairs. Do not hesitate to take your vehicle to Caliber Collision, I promise you won't be disappointed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The manager may is soo sweet Hoeven the gentleman that started my scheduled appt was RUDE unkind and unprofessional . He said "I wouldnt even worry about that ..if I went around to every car they would all be off a little." I said well how do we know if there is damage underneath the black side bumper that was pushed in..He said "I would have to take you car apart to see that and pointed to another car with its bumper removed etc".. he also stated "mam Id have to tear your car all the way apart" he rudely said... Mam I have an entire garage full of cars that need done... do you want me to write this estimate... and he stormed off... this was an older adult not a young teen... I went inside and shared my experience with the front desk lady and she sent the manager out who haf good customer ser ive skills.. she got under the car and started looking song and showed me a part that was broken and would need replaced and explained the can only write an estimate for what the can see... and they wouldLet the insurance company know any additional damages etc. Once they tore the car apart...This man was beyond rude and there is No way he would've spoken to me that way if my husband was standing there...I'm very disappointed ...I guess that's what happens when things change from a Mom and Pop store to a National Chain...

I've now had two vehicles repaired there. Both times the entire process, from start to finish, went very smoothly. Victoria and the entire team did a great job and both vehicles looked great when they were finished! It was great doing business with Victoria and company, being a direct repair shop they where able to handle all aspects of the repair to the insurance and rental car company, I received a phone call or text everyday keeping me in the loop with the repair. Most important my vehicle was returned to pre accident condition . I would recommend this collision repair facility to anyone.Service: Painting

Caliber Collision has been fantastic to work with! As a recent victim of a major hit and run accident, it has been a very stressful time dealing with the police and the insurance company. When I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision, I was immediately graced with compassion and understanding. Victoria has been amazing. She has been extremely thorough with her communication and attention to detail. Additionally, Caliber is organizing all the rental car accommodations, which obviously a huge help in making things a bit less stressful. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Caliber Collision.

Went there because of a rear end collision. The whole process went very smooth and I was kept informed through out the entire process by my adjustor Victoria. The vehicle looked great on completion! My wife and I hit a deer and let me tell you we thought our dodge journey was done for. Our baby dead but nope it went in to the shop an with in days they had looked everything over and ordered parts. No work completed yet, just the appraisal. Very professional appraisal took less than 6 hours that is a half hour for the look at and four hours to get email To me and the insurance company.

Had to redo some of the work, had to get a rental car and then waited until part came in. After a week it was fixed in half an hour but the rental car charged us since we couldn't use a small car. The rental should not have been charged at all.
