Excellent repair service at fair prices. Customer is kept informed every step of the way as to what needs to be done and costs of repairs. Customers are first told of what needs to be done and if they agree to the repairs. Associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have taken my 2008 C30 to Keystone Volvo for service since purchasing my car from them. I have always been satisfied with the work and prices.

No pressure, no hype is their motto and they mean it. Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. Not an ounce of pressure, they held the car for me until I was finished all of the test drives I had scheduled for the day and I ended up purchasing it. I got a fantastic deal on a fantastic car. I love the car and I will be purchasing all of my cars from keystone from now on.

Great service. I had a fly tire requiring a new tire. I was out of town and it was a Sunday when everyone was closed. Keystone got me in their service first thing on Monday and did the repair. Very appreciative. High level of professionalism and friendliness. Thanks

Smooth efficient service. Comfortable waiting area. Not an unpleasant experience, if you re a once-a-year maintenance guy like me. Prices are no bargain, but reliability is expensive.

As first time Volvo owners, I'd like to be able to share a pix of my new S60 plug-in hybrid, but we won't pick it up until tomorrow. My positive experience at Keystone, primarily with Antwian Robinson in sales and Jordan Pavillard, the finance guy, I feel is due to the 3rd generation family ownership history that creates a no-pressure convivial atmosphere. Both gents were affafable and professional and caused my wife and I to feel welcome and to actually enjoy the process. Clearly everyone likes their jobs which certainly contributes to the low turnover rate and builds customer loyalty. At my previous dealership, the experience changed when private equity added the place to its vast portfolio and things started to change. No more free car washes, fewer porters and loaner cars...staff would confidentially share their unhappines in their work. My wife and I are thrilled to have found a new manufacturer and a new dealership. We expect to be loyal Keystone Volvo customers for a good long time.

Great sales experience at Keystone Volvo. No pressure, no hype is their motto and they live up to it. Nasir Kahn was my sales person and he was a delight to deal with. He s knowledgeable about the cars and focused on what s best for the customer. I liked that they have a tech specialist who connected my phone and went over all the features at delivery. The whole process was seamless, responsive and quick!

Tire bubble on the side wall of tire not picked up at the time of PA Inspection. Makes you wonder what if anything is actually inspected. At any rate we have the car at Mavis being properly fixed.

We have been using Keystone Volvo Service for 30 years. Our cars have always been well cared for & the Service Associates are knowledgeable & dedicated to assisting us with our vehicle maintenance & repairs. Our cars are well maintained because we only have them serviced @ Keystone. A Valet recently damaged the front passenger bumper of our new 2024 V-90 without our knowledge. Since we were unable to claim the damage on insurance, Greg suggested that we have it repaired by a gentleman that Keystone uses to specialize in these types of repairs. He did an excellent job. You would never know there had been damage to the vehicle. Many thanks to Greg McDougle for taking care of us.

Very pleased with my most recent service experience. Booking a time was easy, loaner was available for the duration of the repairs and my car was thoroughly inspected. Docking a point because there were some grease marks left behind on the interior - but still appreciate the efforts made to return it to me clean.

I visited the service department for the replacement of a recalled safety part.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting area is comfortable with complimentary snacks for the customers. In and out, easy as could be.

All went well and on time for the final sales appointment before driving off in my brand new Volvo S60. All the extensive paperwork was well organized and clarified when necessary. Alan Kirsch was exceptional in helping me with my purchase. While I didn't buy my car from this dealership, I'd like to give a shout to Dave for his 5* customer service and going above and beyond to give us an experience that would make us come back.We came here to pick up our fleet car. The person responsible for fleet took the day off - miscommunication between him and my wife on our appointment date. Instead of sending us back, Dave took it on himself to turn this from a negative to Uber positive experience. He made a few phone calls and figured out how to get us the car, with the formalities, paperwork et all. He even spent a good amount of time sitting with us in the car , walking us through the features, basics and installing the app/user profiles etc.Dave, thank you man. Need more like you.

I spoke with a Sales Executive and prior to that I was very clear on my figures. Mr.Nazir was at the Sales and he hung upon on me mentioning "Im not a good buyer" . He was adamant on me as if he thinks he has the only knowledge on lease and Keystone Volvo is the only Volvo dealer in PA.I would rephrase his words as "He is not good seller". Im a customer who is looking for options and his job is to only keep the deal . I was honest and respectful to him and Im expecting the same. Shame!!!

I just completed my second lease with Keystone Volvo and it was, once again, a fantastic experience. It literally took 30 minutes to complete the paperwork followed by another 30 minutes with their technology specialist to program the car to my liking and I was on my way. Thanks to Dave Jerguson and everyone at Keystone for getting me in a great car at a great price!!!

Timely, courteous and professional.Went the extra mile to provide customer service, however, please be more communicative in the future. I expected my one tire to be checked, not all four. LOL.Try something like this..."Yes, we will check the tire you requested, but, we will also check your remaining tires as well. That's just to make sure .....Thanks again for a job well done.
