The entire Team: Max, Tony, Allison, Khanh & Karen were fabulous to work with my timely Conestoga Collision repair.There were ALL extremely professional and transparent with realistic process flow - keeping open communications w/ me regularly by email & phone throughout the repair time - for needed insurance authorization, supplies/product deliveries and mechanics installation & clean-up.My additional challenge was the need for an unexpected expedite & rental car - which they met both with ease.I would highly recommend Conestoga Collision to anyone needing AMAZING service & body work. I recently had my Tesla involved in a hit-and-run, requiring collision repair. I have to say that Conestoga is the best, and I ll never go anywhere else for any repairs, they really are the best in the industry. From Allison to Tony to Khanh to Max (and Pete), they are so communicative and help the whole way through the entire process with insurance etc. their attention to every detail to make your car new again are unbelievable. Also I would like to give a shout out to my insurance company in Hamburg, Kay Greenwalt with State Farm, they are amazing! I highly recommend both of these companies. Thank you!

The service was highly professional from the first time I interacted with Conestoga Collision. On delivery of my car, the service representative Khanh was excellent and provided a fabulous customer service experience. The repair job on my vehicle was first-class, it matched perfectly. Highly recommend. Not only the work is exceptional but also their customer service. I never had to call tonasknaboutbstaruses as their software and processes are automated and sends you notifications on every step on the repair process. Absolutely fantastic experience and the repairs are just perfect. Very happy with the results and the overall experience

If I could give Conestoga Collision a 10 I would. They did wonders with my Tesla. It looks better than new. They helped me when I needed a tow and AAA wouldn't cooperate. They updated me daily on the status of my repairs. A huge thank you to Khanh for an awesome job, and for going over the repairs with me. Also, a big thanks to Karen and her husband for sending Conestoga to tow my car.

I brought my wife s Tesla Model 3 in for repair. This was my first time dealing with accident and insurance. But Khanh and Tony were extremely helpful from day one by walking me through the entire process each step of the way and making the repair as stress-free as possible. They always proactively kept me in the loop for repair update so I know exactly what to expect. Great service and excellent quality work! They even got me a ride home at drop-off and charged my car at pick-up. The only downside is the repair time is a bit long due to shipping and parts availability with Tesla. But I understand this was probably out of their control. I would recommend it to all the Tesla owners with body repair needs!

I have never gotten my car repaired there but my mom always goes there. I went to pick up my mom s car and met Khanh. He knew the car and my mom, made me feel like I knew him. He was super friendly and was apologetic for not being able wash my mom s car before I came. Who does that. It s just a car wash that I wouldn t have known about. Being transparent is one of the best things about a business and I m glad I got to meet them. Now I know where I will take my jeep to get repaired.

I am writing to sincerely thank Allison, Tony, and Khanh for assisting me every step of the way with the repair of my Tesla Model 3. They are true professionals which clearly understand and can effectively communicate the fine details involved in any Tesla repair. I was initially daunted by the prospect of having my Model 3 repaired but learned alot about the various stages of the process through several positive and insightful interactions with their Conestoga team. I cannot recommend them enough if you have a Tesla in need of body work repair. Truly superb results!

This was (unfortunately) the second time Conestoga Collision worked on one of my cars. They do excellent work - I would absolutely go back and recommend them to others. They advocated for us when insurance didn t want to cover OEM parts and kept me informed at every step in the repair process. Everyone in the office is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Work is completed promptly.

I got into an accident that damaged my car s rear end. I took it to Conestoga Collision. Even though we can not proceed with the repair (the insurer declared a total loss). I m completely satisfied with the services that Conestoga Collision s team provided to me, especially Khanh. He is so helpful and answers all my questions. He also referred me to Vinny to make sure the insurer gave me a fair deal for the ACV report.

First I would like to say the team at Conestoga collision did a flawless repair and even got me all OEM parts to restore my car back to new. It may even look better than when I first got the car. Tony since day 1 walked me through the process and kept me in the loop when I needed updates. This was a longer than anticipated repair with some parts coming in damaged which did cause delays, but the team had it under control and worked seamlessly with insurance to get through the supplemental process so I could get back on the road. As a customer service representative/ inside sales rep I would like to say things won t always be perfect and you can t make every customer happy but you can always be kind and try and go the extra mile for your customers. I think this shop is a good example of that and it s an added bonus that they do great, not just good bodywork!

Great experience working with these guys, Tony fought with my insurance company getting them to essentially double the amount they were paid for the repair. Khanh was great to work with as well, keeping me in the loop on the process and facilitating an after hours pickup. Doesn't hurt that the work looks great and definitely sense these guys care about quality.

I had a rear end collision for my Rivian R1S. Before dropping my vehicle at Conestoga collision center, i was worried a lot reading all the forums and bad experiences other owners were sharing regarding collision repairs, costs etc and also none of the reviews Conestoga Collision center had talks about Rivian. After dropping my car at conestoga their team was in constant touch with my insurance, providing me all the updates time to time. They finshed all the repairs within a month and now my car is in perfect condition. I don t wish for anyone to involve in a collision but unfortunately if you do and you own Rivian in PA, Conestoga Collision center is your go to place. I m completely satisfied with their work. I got my car back yesterday and i will provide further updates if i see any issues but for now i will give them maximum possible rating.

Such a professional team at Conestoga. Electric cars need to be handled differently during a repair (even if it is body only), and these guys know that.They were very easy to interact with and kept me in the loop with the vehicles progress. Highly recommend.While I hope I never have to interact with a repair shop again, if I do, it will be with Conestoga.
