Kevin and sean are awesome. They always have the time to take care of me. Whereas the other lawn mower guy in the neighborhood is dealing mostly with the professional landscapers and doesn't have time for a home owner.

Kevin and Ryan know customer service! They have been maintaining our fleet for the past 3 years. They are honest, fair, and always looking to help you out when in need. Their turn around time is excellent. I really trust them to do the job right, and price it fair. I recommend them to friends, family, and anyone in the lawn care industry.

Our generator simply would not start. I tried everything I knew how and finally decided to call Berwyn Lawnmower. These gentlemen pick up my generator at my garage door on a Monday and had it repaired and delivered back to my garage door by that Thursday. I never had to lift a finger. The generator starts up wonderfully and has worked consistently ever since. They even gave me fantastic advice on how to maintain the generator during the off-season. Working with Berwyn Lawnmower is like dealing with a small town family owned business where honesty and integrity matters and good quality service comes at a fair price. I am so glad these guys are in town.

I highly recommend Berwyn Lawnmower! I bought a plow that had a slight manufacturing issue, and Kevin was able to fix it for me in less than 24 hours. Everyone that I spoke with at Berwyn Lawnmower was polite and friendly and you can tell that these guys are ethical and will do the right thing for their customers. I wouldn't consider buying from anyone else in the future!

This was my first time purchasing a snow blower and I feel like the luckiest guy on the planet for purchasing here. Not only did I get the last one at a really good price the customer service was also outstanding.I appreciated their patience with me and answering all my questions. Keith took the time to fully explain to me the operation and maintenance care of the machine as well as gave me typed instructions on how to store it for the summer so that I don't ruin the carburetor. He even broke down the handles of the machine and loaded it into the back of my SUV. He also said he would register my warranty for me. I can't thank Berwyn Lawnmower enough for the courtesy, customer service, professionalism and for a great job!!!I will definitely consider only purchasing all my tools from Berwyn Lawnmower in the future.

Wow! Can t say enough good about these guys! Kevin & Ryan are just top notch to say the least...I had a really bad and expensive experience with my previous dealer in West Chester. So, I sought out a new place. Found these guys on the web and decided to give them a chance. Man, best move I made!Back in April, I ended up selling the mower I had. They gave me such a fantastic deal on a brand new one that I couldn t refuse. Even delivered it to my home free of charge.Now, recently, it was time for routine service. They took me in on the spot and had me in and out in an hour. Even fixed a problem that was my fault.By no means do I expect this from any business but they appreciated my time constraints and made it work. This is what sets them apart.I absolutely recommend the guys at Berwyn Lawnmower, today, any day and twice on Sunday.I d give them 10 if I could.We need more businesses and owners like these guys.

Asked Kevin and Ryan to install a dump bed on my pick up. They are my go to guys for all my landscaping needs. Buy all my equipment and let them do repairs on all my machines I can t handle. They are easy to deal with and and give honest prices.Do yourself a favor see them first .

Ridiculous lead times over (two weeks). Poor customer service. Inflated pricing. Go down the street to the other shop and save yourself the hassle with this one.

They picked up my 2 snow blowers, dropped them off on Monday before the snow started ( just in time). They quoted a price (which was very reasonable) then when I used them, started first pull ! I highly recommend Berwyn Mower. Thanks guys, great job.

Ryan & Kevin were great. Super responsive and knowledgeable on any questions I had. They delivered the mower in the time frame they stated. Will be coming back for any landscaping/maintenance needs in the future

Great place. Very responsive. I took my mower, leaf blowers, and weed-eater there. Prices are good and turn around time is usually sooner then what they quote. Highly recommended.

After a great deal of research and talking with many stores and dealers, I decided to go with Berwyn lawnmower. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was reasonable and arrived on time. The big box stores only carry the low end models. They carry all the models...mid and high. For the same price or a little more the mid grade equipment is worth it. Do your research and go to Berwyn Lawnmower.The lesson in using the tractor was very helpful.
