Read the reviews before you go to this place. Seems like a lot of people are having the same terrible experience. I stopped to look at a vehicle that had bald tires so I said look s like it needs tires . He told me it doesn t then after he looked at them he agreed. I politely asked him if I could check it out and test drive. He told me I had to sign a document stating that I would pay the full asking price before we went any further. He then tried to start the vehicle as it would not even turn over. Apparently this guys time is more valuable than the customers. He was the rudest most ignorant person I have encountered in a long time. Stay away!

I found just the car I was searching for with low mileage and in great, clean condition at Titan Auto Sales. I've had the car a week - it runs perfectly and today it passed a multi-point inspection at my local dealer with no issues found. I'm very pleased. Adel was nice and did not pressure me even though I'm a person that needs time to make a decision. He assisted with all of the paperwork, helped put on the temporary plate and pointed out the way through town to start my journey back to NJ. What more can you ask for? Good experience.

We had a great experience he went above and beyond to get us approved and in our vehicle the same day very happy with dealer and our Pilot will do business again:)

Stopped to look at a car on the lot. The first question was "are you paying with cash." I had cash in hand, ready to buy that day.I was able to start the car, but Then I asked about timing chains, as a good friend who is a brand-certified mechanic told me to. The sales man/owner argued that I was wrong and dumb for suggesting such a thing.I asked to take it for a test drive and was told that he doesn't allow anyone to test drive unless they agree to pay full price. He said "we don't come back from test drive to negotiate. "Nope. It took me less than 5 minutes to decide I would pay too much for a sub-par vehicle from this place. I had a very poor experience. Will not even entertain the idea to look at another vehicle at Titan auto sales.

Adel is an absolutely wonderful man ! Clean, beautiful shop. Well condition cars! Please take a look and I m sure any vehicle you purchase will last you quite a few years my 09 Honda has only had two previous owners before me and my husband and I will definitely be make in the future when purchasing another vehicle ! No problems with my car shopping and purchasing experience at Titans whatsoever. All cars on lot are clean and in great condition. Affordable also which I did not expect to get approved for financing anywhere but turns out thanks to Adel the owner I found out I have a very good credit score. Thanks again sir. My wife and I love our Mazda3 well I guess it s hers so I ll be back for my car ASAP. Cheers!!!

I was worried about buying a used car from a used car dealership. I was very specific about the car I wanted, and found the exact car online at Titan Auto Sales in Berwick PA. I spoke to Adel (the owner) on the phone at first, and found him to be very open and honest. It was a very long trip for us - nearly 3 hours away, so I wanted to make sure there were no surprises when we got there. The car was just as described and we love it! Adel is a very honorable man. Lucky to have found his dealership. Would definitely do business with him again.

Purchased the 2008 Highlander Sport from Titan Auto Sales in Berwick PA. I spoke to Adel - the owner. He was amazing, kind, put up with many questions and steered me in the right direction. I never felt pressured or lied to. The vehicle is beautifully cleaned and made an appointment to test drive before buying. I never felt rushed! We saw one fog light was out and Adel instantly replaced it. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle!

I have purchased 2 cars from Adel. I almost got a third one. He has the patience, professionalism and great attitude to serve every customer the best. I would recommend him over and over. When my son needs his car, I ll know where to go. Thanks Adel. I got the Mercedes and the Volkswagen from you.

Purchased a BMW from here 7/09/2020 2009 with super low miles. Adel is amazing and has patients for you as long as your a serious buyer or looking to FIANCE you pretty much just need a good income before you go to him to FIANCE and if you have 5000 down payment it's better on your behalf and will build your credit once again thank you Adel so much for your help I don't care what anyone says about you you are polite and patience!!!!! WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE I KNOW LOOKING TO BUY IR FIANCE!!!!!!!!

It's been over a year now since I bought my 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit from Del at Titan. So far, so good! Del was easy to work with. Very friendly & accommodating. No charge for my first car inspection & very helpful if and when I had any concerns. Would and will do business with Titan in the future. I love my car! Thanks Del!

I have purchased 3 cars from Adel Fouad. He is very nice. He purchased cars based on quality, not price, and thus he stands by all his cars that he sells. He has a lift and a small mechanic shop on the premise in case you have any questions or need small repairs. The first car I purchased was a 2004 Nissan Altima with 125k miles. So far, currently 237k miles, with proper maintenance I only had to replace brakes, rotors, and my exhaust manifold. Not bad considering how many miles it has.

Owner does not want to sell cars. I walked in ready to make a big down payment on a car. He was rude from the moment he saw me. Asked if I could test drive a car, was told to come back with money. When he was asked how I would know if I liked it if I didn't test drive it, he simply said that I would like it. When I was looking at the second car and went to start it the battery was dead, that was fine until he offered to jump it. I said okay and he asked if I was going to buy it. I said I was looking at it and he told me not to make him do all that hard work if I wasn't going to buy the car. This evidenced to me he doesn't take care of the cars he has on the lot, because when the battery is dead he should be starting it anyways to keep it from getting ruined. After all this, I made him an offer on a car expecting to haggle like a normal car dealership. Instead I was yelled at and told that he sells everything by what is 'recommended by the books' and to not come up with figures 'off the top of my head' because I could buy it for that price and go trade it in for more. If he did things by what the books recommended then he would know the maximum trade in value was far less then my offer. When he started yelling at me was about when I decided that I wasn't going to buy a car from him, especially not for the price he was asking. After reading his responses to several reviews on google, found out he doesn't like to waste his time on people who aren't serious buyers. Not sure why I would be looking at cars with a checkbook if I wasn't a serious buyer. It's clear to me he has no sales experience and is not interested in selling cars to people who don't walk in ready to pay the sticker price on the spot. If you are a fan of overpriced cars and terrible customer service then this is the place for you. I highly recommend that instead you go a couple miles down the road to a dealership called Kishbaugh Automotive. Far better customer service and far more willing to give you a fair price on a car. As for this dealership, I wouldn't waste your time.

Adel was very responsive and helped me of all people drive off his lot in a car. He stayed at his place of business very late for me to sign the papers knowing I needed to take a car home. I would highly recommend going to Titan Auto and seeing Adel if you need a vehicle, he takes very good care of his inventory, will not lie and say it's good when it is not like some other big dealerships, will make sure the payments work in your favor and goes above and beyond to help. I really enjoyed working with him and will be back to work with him again in the future. I will not go anywhere else. Thanks Adel for all your help, it is greatly appreciated.

I bought my Chevy Tahoe sight unseen based on all info given to me from the dealership. I was not dissappointed. The vehicle was as described. He was also very prompt and courteous in all communication and helpful is shipping. Five stars from me. Buy with confidence

We have purchased 3 cars including an SUV and a luxury vehicle from Adel and are happy with each one. He is kind, courteous and very helpful. When we need another vehicle this will always be the first place we look.

Terrible customer service and beated up cars that are all rusted and won t star or test drive. Owner is very rude and delusional.Don t come here, not worth wasting your time.You make no Sense when you respond to the reviews. And yes your cars are all rusted even under the hood.

Drove an hour and a half to meet the rude owner. He immediately asked if I was paying cash or financing then wouldn't let me test drive without seeing the cash first. Asked if I was ok with the price when we hadn't even put the key in the ignition yet.Car had been vacuumed but not even detailed. Heard him arguing with another potential customer about the price of a different car. Overall, not a great experience because of the owner. It wouldn't have been worth a 10 minute drive as we were there less than 5 minutes total.If I was a "tire kicker" I wouldn't have driven an hour and a half. I had high hopes of buying a car today.

I just bought a car from Titan Auto Sales. It was a one owner vehicle. I took it to the local garage and had the mechanics check it all over. They said it was a very nice car and that it had been well maintained. Thanks Adel for selling us a good car!

- yesterday was a super long day trying to buy a car with my GF, we have giving up! Until I found this place Titans Auto. It was a gift sent from god ! Adel de owner was AMAZING, he had so much patience and help us in every way he could and we went home with a amazing Car !!! I recommend him 100% !

Titan Auto Sales has been extremely helpful every step of the way as we purchased a car from them. They have a very serviceable staff, and answered any question we had clearly and comprehensively. We have purchased three cars from this dealer, and they have all been in excellent condition with no problems. They also offer free inspections for life as long as the customer owns the vehicle.

A+ dealer, the best! Stunning 2007 Toyota Tacoma the best I've seen in NEPA, Adel takes the time to talk to you about anything and everything about the vehicle. He is very accommodating and a pleasure to do business with.

Looked at a very nice car. When I asked to take it for a test drive the salesman became very aggressive and said they dont allow test drives. What kind of car dealer doesnt allow test drives?! I drove an hour to look at a car I couldn't even drive! This "policy" is unheard of! What are you hiding? Steer clear of this shady dealer!!!! Then I read your responses to a negative review and you rudely say that the person didn't look like a serious buyer!!! Wow! What does a serious buyer look like? I had the cash in my pocket to buy that car on the spot. I guess a hole in my jeans told you I wasnt serious. Don't judge a book by its cover you dope!!!!
