Was told by local Toyota dealer that my car needed an alignment even though I hadn't been noticeing any issue. Went to nearby Shannon's instead to have it done - only to find out that my car actually DID NOT even need an alignment!! They knew I had been told it needed one & could have easily taken advantage, but THEY WERE HONEST ABOUT IT!! THANKS AGAIN GUYS - GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

Brandon and the guys are so great. Very easy-going excellent to deal with. Keeps you inform of what going on with your vehicle. This store may be Steve Shannon store #7 but you guys are #1 to me. Keep up the good work guys

Steve Shannon's in berwick has always treated me very nicely and has worked on my last 2 vehicles I have had. No problems with anyone there and they are quick and tell me if I need something or don't need something when I ask them about it. They are very pleasant to work with when I drop my car off for oil changes or inspections.

Will be going elsewhere in the future too much run around and inconsistent quality of care.Bogus inspection results. Flagged a front lower ball joint as bad. Never said they could replace it. Sent me on my way without giving my paperwork back.I took the truck to a dealer who said there was nothing they could find wrong with the ball joints. This is one of many recent bad experiences with this company.

Went to get oil changed, waited over an hour. That's my only complaint. The people were very friendly and professional. I had a question about my car and one of the mechanics showed me how to take care of it on my own. I'm very impressed with the service & will definitely be a returning customer.

5 star review for Brandon and the crew. These gentlemen identified and fixed a brake/rotor issue that another dealership had missed during an inspection. Thankful to get it fixed and will return for future work.

It's so good to have a local family run garage that you can ALWAYS trust! After realizing on the 29th of Dec that my inspection is up the end of the month, I called that morning and they were able to fit me in if I dropped my car off! Over the years we have had everything from tires put on, oil changes and inspections and would use them for any work needed! Highly recommended!!

They get to your vehicle eventually, and i would not recommend speaking to the service guy. First time waiting and like everyone else they are short staffed, took over 2 hours for oil change and a tire rotation. Ill do my own oil from here on out.

I called from the interstate and asked for an oil change and told them that would try to get there by 11:40 they told me they would try to get me in before lunch. But they couldn't do anything hey told me a guy came in at 1:00 and that is all he does. He would take it in as soon as he got there. I had to use the van to pick people up. At 1:30 he still was not done. I had to go to the manager and rush them up. It should only take 15 minutes max for an oil change. I was not real happy. Otherwise everything else except the amount of time was really good. This includes courteous personal at the store

I have gone to Steve Shannon's Berwick location 3x now. As a women, I didn't feel like I was being misled in any way especially going to a garage. It was more cost effective to have them work on my car instead of me doing it myself. They are kind and respectful. I highly recommend their services. Only downside is the parking lot not big enough that someone dinged my passenger door. Really.

I was losing air in my tire and headed to the Poconos to go skiing, so I popped into a Steve Shannon location to have them check it out. They put me in the front of the rotation despite not having an appointment and took care of the problem - removed a two-inch nail and patched my tire. $31 and about an hour or so later, I was on my way to the slopes! Thanks guys!

Had a good experience but the oil change and tire rotation took from 9am until I called at 4pm. When I called, it was just finished, right. I think they have become like other maintenance shops...forgeting to call until you do and when you do, oh it just got finished.

The people at Steve Shannon were amazing, and I am so thankful for them. My daughter was in an accident driving back to college. Her tire was losing air due to debris in the rim. They were able to clean the debris, put the tire back on the rim, do an air test, and make sure she could get safely back on the road. When she called to say they were pulling her car out of the bay, she seemed less shaken than earlier. When she called to say she was getting back on the road, she was her upbeat self. This mama can not express how happy and relieved that made her feel. Thank you to all the staff at Steve Shannon!

I took my truck to Steve Shannon of Berwick for tire balance and rotation on a four-wheel drive vehicle I believe that the tire should be crisscrossed and both front tires end up in the rear in the rear tires end up in the front that is not what took place on my truck one of the front tires was moved to the rear and one is still in the front . It was the end of their work day and the three guys working on my truck none of them paid attention to where the tires went back on the truck. disappointing..

Can't say nothing less than AWESOME! We're new to Bloomsburg area & our vehicle is still registered in Lebanon County which is 2 hours away. Steve Shannon Tire & Auto in Berwick had a guy & took us no appointment. We were in & out in no time. Great job guys, we will surely be coming back!

I hope this review serves as feedback to the owners and not as a tool for the managers to have an excuse to make the employees work harder. The employees are perfect and can't do their job any less painful to customers unless the business have appointment options.My horrible experience in the two locations (Bloomsburg and Berwick) where both the result of not having an appointment system. You guys expect your clients to waste their day away by waking in and praying you don't have a busy day. I understand as a business you can fill your day with appointments and then everyone cancels, and you didn't make a dollar that day and overstaff the shop, but to not offer an appointment option for clients even for those that are willing to pay ahead of time is nonsense.The location in Bloomsburg was awful after waiting for 2 hours when they said to give them the key and they will see me soon was crazy, but what's worse is asking for an ETA after 2 full hours of waiting to be seen "soon" and they tell me we don't have a way to now when we will see you. So, you have no option to schedule an appointment and you don't have an ETA even after 2 hours of waiting.The location in Berwick although a lot nicer, told me arrive at 7:25am and it will be in and out, as you might expect next day 7:25am there was 5 people already waiting. I was there for 3 hours and a half. They apologies and didn't charge me for the tire rotation but waiting 3 and a half hours for tire rotations is Ludacris. I appreciate the attempt to make me feel better by not paying but I promise you I would have pay double that to be out of the shop sooner.In conclusion, Owners, please set a schedule system. You can charge for services ahead of time and make it nonrefundable if people don't show up but give the option to people to set appointments. You can then analyze traffic, see what is more common, appointments or walk in, and allocate technicians base on demand. You already have an appointment system for other services and excellent customer service at least at the Berwick location but no matter how good they are its impossible to make a customer happy when they wait 3 and a half hours for a tire rotation and the employees don't have a way to estimate ETAs.

Service is always good although many times very busy.The waiting area has a stale odor and most times has a strong cigarette smell near the rest rooms. It was too cold to wait outside today.

Steve Shannon-Berwick always my go to location for tires and inspection. The team at the front desk is helpful, welcoming, and always pleasant! The quality of work is top notch!
