Went in got an oil filter they were curious I payed for the part and left.

Not bad at all. Didn't have brand of spark plugs I needed, but did have another. Was told to return if there was a problem. Clerk was fine. Service was good.

I go out of my way to support locally owned business and usually have favorable results. Today I was discriminated against due to having a medical condition that keeps me from wearing a mask at my local Napa. had to go down the street to one of the chain stores.....they took my money and I got my parts. unfortunately this is the second local small business that discriminated against me for my condition.

No matter who you talk to THEY ALWAYS KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT " knowledgeable ", BIG, HUGE PLUS FOR WOMEN. Have deals all the time, some parts are not what they use to be but it's NOT THEIR FAULT. CHINA, THAILAND, DORMAN EVEN MOOG NOT SO GOOD ANYMORE. It's like that everywhere though, unless YOU WANT PAY THE BIG BUCKS FOR SPECIAL AFTERMARKET OR OEM. GREAT AUTO SHOP A+
