If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible drivers, with no consideration. They also threaten people who comment on their illegal driving ways. Hopefully they get shut down soon. Not the only one to complain about drivers.

Who could think having your car break down could turn into a positive experience? After calling a dozen other tow truck companies, I got a hold of Midnite Towing who were extremely helpful, provided great service, and charged a fair price. Tow truck drive that arrived was very professional and great at their job, as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.Service: Car towing

We were on a family trip, and our car broke down. Midnight towing was beyond helpful. They brought a bigger truck so that we could fit the family on the tow truck, so that we would not be left stranded on the interstate.

Joel came to my rescue this past Sunday afternoon. A friend had rear ended me on the highway. Very stressful situation all around. Waited 2 hours for state police to show up. By the time we called AAA, it was 3-4 hours before we got a tow truck! Joel was just so kind, and so understanding when he got there. His main goal was getting us off the middle of the highway. We got my Jeep to the hotel that he suggested. I made the call the next day to get my Jeep towed from PA to MA. Joel showed up. He brought my baby home in better than excellent terms!!! I would absolutely recommend them again!! And if I ever get stuck in PA, I know who to call. I could not thank him enough.Services: Special vehicle towing, Long distance hauling

This place, and its owner Joel are absolutely fantastic. I m from way out of state, Driving on interstate 80 and hit a deer this disabling my vehicle. Joel, the owner, showed up in person did some extraordinary work to straighten my bumper get my vehicle on his truck and off to his shop to do some emergency repairs and get me on the road again. Not only Joel but his crew moved heaven and earth to get me going. The whole operation is truly a class act and I urge you to go there and do your business because there are no strangers to them only friends they haven t met yet.

Got hit by a brake drum that fell from a semi truck and blew two tires yesterday evening; it s the first accident I have ever been in, and I was extremely upset/rattled. Joel, the owner of Midnite Towing was very kind and professional which meant a lot after a scary experience far from home! He really went above and beyond helping me get safely to a hotel for the night. Truly could not have asked for better service in this situation!Service: Car towing

Dear late-night stranded traveler,If you are reading this, no doubt you are stranded somewhere near Berwick PA. Chances are, you have never been there and you were just passing through. Instead of throwing insults at this company, I'll tell you what you need to do to avoid their deception and thus a very long delay:1. If it is after hours and you call AAA, this is who will come and get you. It took 3 hours from the first phone call placed to AAA. Unfortunately, that's about as good as it gets, so just hang tight.2. *** READ THIS*** If you need a battery, alternator, fuel pump, etc. replaced and that is why you're stranded, he will offer to take the vehicle to his shop. DO NOT DO THIS. AAA allows you to tow wherever you want. A few potentially better options are Steve Shannon's or Don's Towing (if you have the money and they're still open, call Don's to come tow you and bypass Midnite altogether.)3. If you're reading this after you allowed the guy to take it to his shop, I'm very sorry. This is because they put you as a very low priority. The majority of their business comes from towing, especially tractor-trailers. This is why they will leave your car in the bay and NOT EVEN TOUCH IT. My repair ended up being very simple and would have taken 5 minutes to diagnose and fix up on a lift IF THEY HAD EVEN LOOKED. Instead, I spent two nights in a motel while they lied to me over the phone for an entire day. They told me they were still trying to figure it out; really they were off trying to make money off other people like you.4. You will no doubt be in a motel while this is all going on. DON'T JUST CALL THEM FOR UPDATES in your cozy bed. WALK/CALL A CAB AND GET DOWN THERE. As mentioned in step 3, they won't touch your car until they get around to it. Only when I walked in the door did they finally start on it. It was done and I walked out 5 minutes later. Completely ridiculous.5. Get all the documentation you might need at the end because they might even try and send you out without an invoice. This is for whatever lawsuit you might take on if they screw you around like in some of the other reviews I've read. The ones on facebook are really quite bad.On the matter of the motel, if you have furry companions with you, I recommend the Super 8 in Mifflinville. It is cheap, decent enough rooms, and they allow pets *LIFESAVER*.I'm not one to hurl insults, just an advocate for the truth. Their business model does not include customer service. I just hope I can help another stranded traveler.

Complete idiots. They were supposed to be here between 3pm and 8pm to pick up my vehicle. Called to get an estimated time and they said they weren t coming. I had to leave work early to be here and they never showed!

Called to see what a local tow costs. I was pretty shocked to hear the cost is $75! Depending on how local, it might be a good deal. But I wasn't going to pay that just to travel a few blocks.

After a driver of theirs unloaded a neighbor's vehicle improperly which in turn caused my car to be totaled they refused to pay damages or even cooperate with their insurance company. I was left hanging with no vehicle and a $16k bill.

If i could give less stars i would sold my mom a kia for 5k van was totle junk. kept bringing it back and they kept beating her around the bush. less then a year later the van caught fire. NOT RECOMMENDED!

These guys are unprofessional. They quoted me two very different prices when I called to setup an appointment verses the day of the tow. Is this just their standard procedure or is something shady going on.

Took my truck to them for for repairs. Tool a little longer then estimated, but I am satisfied with the results.
