As a female who is not knowledgeable about cars, I came into this appointment very nervous. The staff did everything to help me to the best of their abilities. Everyone was very quick, efficient , kind , and professional throughout my experience. They gave a great deal and I will definitely recommend everyone to them.

Called on a Saturday after realizing my tires were shot and that I needed an inspection. They got me in the next day for new tires and pointed out I needed brakes/rotors (which I figured I did) however I was crunched for time that day so they did what they could in the time I had and had me come back another day to finish up. They didn't pressure me into anything else like most shops would. Price was reasonable for everything I needed done. Staff was professional and extremely nice! Definitely recommend.

Went to this place last week for a simple oil change. They kept hounding me about buying unnecessary work! Gary, the alleged "store manager," did nothing but bad mouth his old staff. I'm really saddened by the fact that Bryan left the company. He was truly an excellent manager! I don't blame the old staff for quitting. Who would want to deal with this Gary character to begin with! I'll never return. You have lost me and my families business for good!

I can't give 6 stars so 5 it is. I had complete confidence in the Berwick store. The are a class act with concern for the customers safety in their vehicle. Caught things others missed. Helpful and very polite professional employees. They deserve some serious recognition. All questions answered. Showed the problems with the vehicle. Gary and his staff are the best.

I went in for an oil change and was welcomed right away. They checked my car over as a courtesy and found extra things that needed to be done. Kevin, the manager, and Anthony were great people to work with as they explained in a way that was easy to understand and professionally. They also worked with me financially which I appreciate a lot, helping me find the best deals. Thanks guys!

Went in for an inspection today. Dealt with Bryan. Guy was plenty friendly and not in a rush to get me out the door. When my car was done, they let me know what it needed, and what other optional things would be beneficial but not mandatory. Essentially not trying to rake me over the coals just to make some money on an inspection, which I appreciate. Definitely will have repeat business from me. When ya go in hopefully you get Bryan, nice dude, I'm sure they're all good guys though.

Not jack Williams! This place is ridiculous. The whole tire pressure and valve stem was left inside my tire. They told me my tire pressure sensors where off and they were not,they reprogrammed them and my low tire pressure light was on and stayed on all the way back home. They said they reprogrammed sensors and said they were now working...they did change the tire, which was the only thing I went for but there was Nothing wrong with sensors to begin with. Only Needed them to fix the tire. Now Suppose to go back Monday for new tire pressure sensor. They are a joke. I will not pay for this appt. And I will be finished with this new company. I would love to give no star rating, but that's not available.

Their technicians are experienced and nice. They won t charge high price just normal market price no appointments needed so they give fast repairs to us.Other repair shops nearby need appointments and very pricy.Next time your car has problems remember to come to this good tire shop

I was able to set up a same day appointment with Mavis for an on the car screw in the tire. Bryan was really helpful and I was in and out in record time. Super professional garage team. Will absolutely return next time I need tires. Made my day!

Ordered tires and realized i was going to need more than that done. Even though they were short staffed they went above and beyond to make sure I was going to be driving safe. Will definitely go back. These gentlemen were so nice and friendly and did everything they could to help me out.

Went in this morning to get my car inspected and they had it checked and inspected fast, and recommended what I should get fixed. The staff was amazing, and respectful (even to the customers who are self absorbed). Shout out to Kevin and Anthony - they both helped tremendously and got me setup for the next year. Thanks for helping me find out what was leaking oil as well! Definitely recommend and will be back for future fixes/checkups!

This place & people are AWESOME! Michael, Brian & Anthony hooked me w/a great deal! They give U the best deals. Take very good care of you!! Y'all won't be sorry to have Mavis take care of your car needs! Excellent Service!! The Mavis guys(Michael, Brian & Anthony) have excelled in their services once again for me!! I had a little fender bender. ( 1/6/24) I was being paranoid about the damage to my car.. I stopped in today & they fixed me up right away. These guys are going to be my "go to," guys for all my car needs!!

Ok, so I have been to these guys 3X now. Once for an oil change and the other 2X was because some jerk decided to stab a metal piece into my tire. Each time, they were prompt and got the job done ASAP. Not only to mention, they didn't charge me for the plug they put in the tire so I could get to work. I came back the next morning, and they replaced the tire, and I went on my way. I appreciate their hard work and kindness!

I m SO grateful to Kevin, the new manager & his crew for taking such great care of me & my car. I ran over a large bolt on brand new tires (purchased elsewhere) & Kevin said I could bring it in anytime & they d work me in. I wasn t there more than 1/2 hour or so & it was fixed. As I pulled out my wallet to pay, he just said Merry Christmas & said no charge. I m so grateful & have shared my story with family & friends. l highly recommend this business to everyone.

1st time I went there for an oil change only. Told me 5 different things were wrong with it that were not, bc I walked around the car a few weeks before as it was inspected and no issues were found.2nd time they did tires for my truck and went well.So in final thoughts be careful with them about additional work and ensure your vehicle is fine bc they may just make up something. Employees are friendly.

Sunday I had gotten a tire from a different location and the following day it was flat, but Kevin was amazing at getting me in on the only day could come in. Although there were no punctures in the tire they were very thorough on finding out what was wrong with my tire. They ended up giving me a new tire since the other one wasn't any good. They also communicated with me through every step they were taking with my car. Definitely would recommend and go back! 10/10

Great deals on oil changes the manager is very nice and knowledgeable on newer cars the crew in the garage our also do good work has well. Took my flaggerforce truck here and thought I needed a new caliber but they greased up and didn't need one they did my brakes for me at the last minute so I didn't have to miss work and the manager actually communicates with you what is going on with your vehicle and doesn't rip nobody off he tries to fix the issue before he tells you need something unlike other shops they just tell you need this that and everything else but u really don't need it.

I have to say, the people who work here have hearts of gold. They were concerned about my well-being and finances. No one will look out for you like these people here.Bryan is the assistant manager answered my questions, Anthony helped me about and made sure I was safe getting a few things from my car, Ken had been really helpful looking up parts and being positive, and the mechanic is the new favorite person on my list, very passionate about his work. These are people who make a company and are the structure of a good community.

Had my 2022 hyundai elentra brought it for a decent amount of front end repair. Gary was amazing along with the rest of the team. Car was done within a few days of dropping it off and will definitely use again god forbid something else goes wrong!

I could not be any happier with my experience at Jack Williams. They were very accommodating and got me in right away. Their prices were fair and they even price matched my tires. They were friendly and courteous. They did exactly what I asked and answered my questions without pressuring me for extra services. After a poor experience at another business, they were a breath of fresh air. I definitely recommend them and will be returning for future services.
