This dealership has come far under new management! Our salesman, Andrew was so easy to work with and very upbeat and friendly. The manager, Whitney is excellent to work with! He went over and beyond to meet our needs and satisfy us in purchasing our vehicle. We will definitely not hesitate to purchase another vehicle again from Bear Dodge.

Just want to say that we had an awesome experience when shopping for a new vehicle. The sales person ( Andrew) helped us find the right vehicle . He was really nice and helpful with all the questions we had. He even helped with helping us put some accessories in our new truck .We bought from Dodge dealerships a few times and out of all of them, this dealership is our favorite :). They seem to have the biggest inventory to choose from . We will be back in the future :)

Glen and Justin are awesome! This is a wonderful dealership. The staff is very pleasant and are straight forward with pricing. Buying a new Wrangler was fun and painless. I ve referred many friends here and will continue to do so. Thanks Bear Jeep!

I've bought around 30 vehicles in my lifetime so far, and Bear CDJR was the best experience I had in buying. I understand that this dealership is under new ownership. My wife bought a new 23 Compass on Nov. 28, 2023 and we had such a great experience that I had just purchased on Dec 19, a 23 Ram 2500 from them as well. Very no-nonsense and professional, from the GM, Michael, who is very hands on and to our salesman, Corey, who answers all emails and texts in a timely manner. A very friendly and professional dealership. We highly recommend visiting Bear CDJR in Berwick

I had an amazing experience purchasing at Bear CDJR. Firstly, the sales staff are excellent! I personally worked with Cliff who made things extremely easy and process seamless. He helped to work a great deal out for me, (especially during this chip shortage). He kept me up to date and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.Then you have Christine in the finance department. She is thorough and effective in her position. She helped to get me great financing and made the process painless. During the delivery paperwork portion, she had everything ready to go and made sure I understood everything.I have previously purchased at many dealerships, but have never purchased at a place where the teams synergy is great and has that home-town feel. I had the misfortune of having vehicle trouble on I 80, 3hrs from home, with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. With AAA on the phone I wanted my vehicle towed to Bear Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram dealership in Berwick PA after researching their high review ratings.My Jeep was towed to this location and I waited inside my vehicle until the Service Department opened at 7:00 am. This is when I made contact with Service Technician Bob who was professional and polite and introduced me to Service Manager Assistant, Jackie. She was proficient and courteous in documenting on the computer, as I described the problem; automatic on/off warning light, check engine light and loss of power.Within a short time, Jackie informed me that Bob was bringing my vehicle into the service area to diagnose the problem as I waited in the service area lounge.During this process, Jackie communicated and informed me at each step; what was diagnosed, parts needed and repair time frame. She did so in a professional, courteous and caring manner.I give a Special Thank You! to Jackie and Bob! I contacted this dealership and was set up with Tim. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every answer in detail, breaking it down and ensuring that I understood everything. I have yet to contact any dealership and had someone as amazing as Tim.

Went to look at a 2021 Chevy Malibu that was listed at 16,995. Went going over numbers they had added a security theft device that was an additional 2600 dollars. Something I did not want to they would not remove it either so listing a car for a price then not willing to remove a device they installed is false advertising. Just moved to the area and won t be using them for any future vehicles purchase.

Not the same place anymore. Have voice-mail on my phone of quote and when I called to tell them to proceed the number doubled. Do your due diligence!

They claim grand reopening, but really new owners. Service is a disaster no one knows anything. The new bald guy in sales is so shady it's unbelievable! Watch your paper work!

I have bought alot of vehicles in my life and bear cdjr was by far the best experience I have ever had. Justin in sales and Kris in financing stayed late to get me in my new to me power wagon. Wish I could give them more stars! This dealership was by far, the best one I have ever dealt with! Mark was fantastic and took care of the recalls before I picked up the Tacoma; Chris was outstanding and explained, in detail, what I have to do once I get back to Maryland for items such as title and registration; Cliff was very friendly as he kept my son occupied with Steeler/Ravens talk while I was conducting business. Glen, I have to applaud you for a very inviting and pleasant experience! I will definitely keep your license plate frame on my truck and will refer every one I know in the Bel Air, MD area to make the drive, because they won't be disappointed! Thanks again for a great experience and great vehicle!!

Wow! Talk about a great experience buying a truck. No pressure at all, the truck i was interested was priced well and the trade in allowance for my old truck was a fair fo me and them.And no B.S. going back and forth like some dealerships do.Our salesman Cliff was great to work with as well as all the rest of the staff.We live an hour and 15 minutes from the Bear dealership and it was worth the trip. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking fir a good deal and great vehicle shopping experience.

So for 2 1/2 yrs followed all adds.. been looking to upgrade my 1999 1500 4�2.Add appeared no pics...i called and the salesman fed me its the nicest 2010 you will see on a lot.....Blah blah....he said he would hold it untill 4 pm the next day as it was 2 1/2 hours away.2010 1500 5.3 4wd. 8' bed...Didn't care about which color. But was/is a nice silverBLAH BLAH WAS TRUE TRUEAs I was driving down the street it was already in front of the bays....i knew I was buying as soon as I saw it.Took it 1000' test drive switched 4 high and 4 low.About 4 mins.Paperwork filled gone in 45 minutes.Its been months since I bought it....just went to Eastern canada , 2200 miles round trip...My Harley in the bed my boat in tow.6hrs 15 mins with my first tank of gas ...93 and 495 north mass.Truck purred since I bought it.Not only is the truck great but the people at bear are top class.Met right inside the owner.Everyone was class.Thank you for fulfilling my needs.Highly recommend.Don't forget our deal when the previous owner trades in his truck i want a call for my next one.Your Silver Silverado owner Rob

My experience at Bear was no stress. Mark Andrews was a down to earth salesman that only had our best interest at heart. We bought a beautiful 2021 Ram 1500. We wanted running boards for my wife. Mark had us scheduled and they were put on in two days .Its a really nice dealership. I want to thank mark, chris and cliff for everything. Before you try another dealership give Bear a chance, you'll be happy you did.

Today I had my car in to replace headlights and check on some slight damage under the front bumper. They were wonderful. They did the work in a timely manner. They replaced the headlights and any missing pop rivets that had come off. Everything looks great!!! Thank you to everyone at Bear. From the kind and courteous Women in the office to the mechanics. Oh, and you too, Dave! From your favorite pain in the butt Customer, you guys are the Best!

The whole team at Bear CDJR is easy to work with to help you get behind the wheel of a suitable vehicle. It starts with a great sales team. Justin, Cliff, and Glen will not lead you down the wrong path! They are knowledgeable and trustworthy! No car sales horror story stereotyping here...they are great guys who care about your needs.Once the Sales team helps you, Chris will then help you find the right bank and also be sure to tell you about your options of GAP coverage, extended warranties, disability insurance etc.Then you have a great service team to help you maintain your vehicle for years to come.You CANNOT go wrong with this dealership!

sales dept is very accommodating. let me take a truck for an entire afternoon test driving it to see if i really liked everything about it. came to their lowest price within 15 minutes, met my needs, and i purchased it. service dept also very efficient. i have bought 2 trucks now from bear.

Can't say enough about Bear Chrysler Dodge. Over the years I only had one hick up with the service department and just purchased a brand new Durango for my wife. Cliff is our salesman and he goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with your new car & terms.

Appointment was 1030 got out just before 12. Oil change and adjusted headlights. Service specialist are nice. Waiting room is chilly. The TV wouldn't let me watch history chanel, says not part of the plan how cheap is the manager.

I had just drove 500 miles Memorial Weekend to visit my family and my brand new car gave us trouble on the road. I called two other dealers in the area (Tamaqua and Hazleton) who would do nothing for me. I finally took a chance calling The Berwick dealer and right from the beginning they were wonderful. The customer service was outstanding. They were busy, but told me to bring my car right over and they would take a look. At least fix it so I could get back to Michigan. This was the best experience with customer service and the service department I have ever had. Wish I could take my car there all the time.
