Shoutout to Cody. The guy went totally above and beyond today. I had purchased some bulbs and wiper blades. Unfortunately the blades I got didn t fit so I had to go with a more expensive pair. Cody came out and personally tried installing these for over 20 minutes with no luck. He was busy and was being pulled from multiple directions by phone calls and other employees but maintained his composure. He ended up having to install the most expensive ones because they were the only ones with the right adapter.All in all everything took about 45 minutes. And I didn t even ask for this but he refunded my money for the 2nd pair and just gave me the 3rd pair. I told him it wasn t necessary and I wasn t looking for something free but he insisted due to all the troubles we were having finding the right one. Tbh, I was really worried how I was gonna pay for the expensive pair so him doing that was a godsend. He s definitely one of the good ones. And I will be back, thanks to him. Outstanding job to this guy.

Can't say too much the price are alittle steep like all auto store. With online being cheaper, dont help your business lower your prices, you'll more business .

When somebody calls to find out if something is in stock so they don't waste an hour of their time driving to your store for no reason. Make sure your employees pay attention to exactly what's being asked for.

The guy working in there gave me the wrong wiper blades now my windshield is all scratched up on top of that gave me the wrong oil for my car which I had to take it to a mechanic and just went and bought an alternator and I forgot my receipt I told her I would go get it I ll be right back instead she puts it on a card which I won t use because I buy my stuff from advance autos and I don t go to the auto store I usually take it to a garage but I figured I go get the alternator my self and bring the part back

They truly saved the day I needed a motorcycle battery they were the only ones that had one out of about 10 different places they were very nice and knowledgeable and save the day for me I was able to get the battery go back to where my bike was sitting put the battery in and it started right up and I was able to ride home thank you AutoZone

They were quick and knowledgeable with what I needed. Perfectly helpful in a really stressful experience, my brakes gave out . They had what I needed and were reasonable priced Both women that helped me were amazing and gave great advice.

Honestly, it was a GREAT experience, all things considered.I was a mechanic for 20 plus years and honestly I never had a very high opinion of Auto zone until today, wow! Great service and the staff was very knowledgeable. At last and for once in a long time I felt like I was dealing with professionals, not clueless people who got a job. I will be calling corporate and telling them, for once someone got it right.

Good place, almost always has what I am looking for. The staff is helpful and will take time to answer questions. Jon helped me the other day and saved me money after answering some question that I had.I wish they offered antifreeze recycling, but nowhere seems to anymore.

Very disappointing experience. I had a problem with a headlight bulb did not work. It previously worked fine but I wanted to change both bulbs after installation the one side that was broken worked fine the other side stopped working. Went back to store with receipt and received no help. Wow!

I have always been acknowledged when I approached the counter, even if it is busy. Staff is exceedingly helpful sometimes to the edge of being annoying, but I prefer that to the type of service, or lack of anything that may be recognizable as service that I am subject to at say, Walmart. Believe me, I comprehend the fact that one of the wealthiest families in the world is paying you no where near what you feel you are worth. I am aware that many of you people are in fact receiving EBT in order to help keep food on your table for your children. Corporate welfare by any measure. I agree with you. I'm on your side, so please don't treat me like I'm invisible, or act as though I'm a bother. Oops, went on a bit of a rant, pardon me for my candor but I have an audience and my mind is full of things that probably shouldn't be spoken aloud in private. Anyway, I can usually find what I'm looking for and in the event that I can't, staff will find out if and when it can be had or who has what you require. They have the rewards card like many retailers, theirs is worth clogging your wallet or pocketbook with. Discounts for various reasons, store credits for future purchases, fairly substantial amounts for buying products that are unavoidable for maintenance of your vehicles. They have a tool rental program, free. You must leave a deposit on the items but there's a lot of money you don't have to spend buying tools that you only use once or twice and then you lend them to a guy from work. It's off to the twilight zone from there. In conclusion, give them an opportunity and maybe you'll be able to call me a foul name like blanking moron, invisible Man indeed. Worst possible service ever. But I doubt it.

I told them make and model engine type I needed a serpentine belt they gave me a belt that was to long had nothing but trouble with it squealing and it would shred the belt on certain occasions had them hand me the wrong belt three times I started replacing idler pulley and was looking at a new tentioner when finally the 4th time around they ask if I have a smog pump so finally got the rite belt but I had the truck leave me sit along the road twice cause they didn't give me the rite size belt.. returning and exchanging was easy and the person I got this last time was very helpful.

Id give auto zone 5 stars..but what really is not good is the computer they hook up to your car..twice they printed out WRONG diagnoses..and i bought wrong parts..eneded up totally different...i know computers arent perfect...but they make it like its sooo great and 100 percent and really they should not immediately start selling u parts..they should suggest GO TO A CAR CARE PROFESSIONAL..AND GET RID OF IT..i hope others had a better experience with it

The staff at AutoZone was amazing. They were able to check various components to see why my van was acting up and provided unbiased counseling as to which battery I should purchase. They also happily replaced my batter for me in the 35� pouring rain!

Absolutely hate. Every single time I go in there I have to stand in line for at least 20 minutes. Today I finally got to my turn in line and a women jumped ahead of me and the old guy rather than asking her to wait, walked out to look at her car... I walked out and went to bloom advance auto they l had my 1200 dollar part and I didn t have to wait. Will never go back to Berwick autozone. Do not recommend to anyone.

Generally good prices (but I still call around) and good service. But, as with most auto parts store be sure you either check part numbers before you leave or bring the old part with you. Eh, everybody's human. Also, the parking lot could be really tricky to get out of onto Route 309
