I stopped 7:30 this morning with a flat in distress needing to take my child to appointment.Staff stepped in immediately to replace tire, he wasn't on the clock and wanted to help us. Thank you for saving our day. Staff and front desk is polite, hard working and professional.Very happy customer!

Service is good,wait time was.I hr 45 minutes to have a tire plugged. They were short staffed and you really need to initiate appointments.. sitting there for almost 2 hours was a bit much! Why do you not have specified appointments? This is my only complaint, staff was very professional, Service was good also,and they were very polite and kind

Honest, efficient, and friendly customer service! These guys really saved my trip when my towed vehicle got a flat. They were friendly and personable, mentioned need for brakes soon but didn t push, and got me safely back on the road in just a couple hours! (Not bad for 2 tires and an alignment with no advance appointment!)

As always, the team at the Benton Steve Shannon's were excellent! They fixed my exhaust system damage from my son running over a deer carcass and did my inspection as quick as possible. Extremely pleased with their service once again! Thanks to Tom and the whole team in Benton!

Easy to contact via phone...workers personally answer...no press 1 for this, press 2 for this, etc. I like that. Tom Fulmer was quick to get me an appointment. He called me when an additional problem was found. Very good service.

I'm very dissatisfied with the way they handled things. Broke a tow bolt off and replaced with regular bolt not manufactured bolt required for on it. Bought 4 brand new tires sensor and they broke one and replaced it with a aftermarket sensor no ac delco as i purchased.

Benton location. Quick response to getting car appointment. Took overnight to repair. Then part broke after fixing. No one at fault but more $$$$ and more time. Kinda expensive according to ot h er garage quotes on same issue.

Had a late-night blowout on our pop-up camper on the way to camping in Benton. Before we left town, Shannon s quickly replaced one rim and both tires, even expediting delivery of the rim from their warehouse. Service was excellent and price was very fair.

Dropped car off at last minute and the staff was able to fit me in there schedule to rotate my tires. They always do there best to accommodate customers needs.

The crew at Shannon Tire in Benton rescued me after one of my odd size run flat tires blew out. They were able to locate and install two new rear tires and get me back on the road.! Thanks to all!

Dan, the manager was a life saver. While driving through the area my truck ran out of gas in front of his store. When I went into the store to let them know he offered me a ride to the gas station and let me use a gas can. I will never forget Dan.

We re from out of town and the car started acting up with the engine light on. We had no idea where to go but this shop was recommended by a local.The guys were wonderful; very friendly, nice to our dog-we had to bring her in the shop with us- got the parts (they insisted that the parts store bring them to the shop that day as we had no place to go), and did the work in record time. Fair price too.Shout out to Sean, Tom, Frank and Dan for the extremely friendly, efficient service!!
