I sent my car here after getting in a pretty bad accident. They were able to fix my car and they did so in a very timely manner! Everyone was incredibly helpful and informative to me throughout the entire process, especially Ryan and the two owners. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and patient! My car looks great and I was so happy with it when I got it back. I would highly highly recommend, amazing customer service and work!

Powell s Auto Body has been nothing short of exceptional during every experience I ve had with them. From impromptu bumper repairs to paint chip fixes I ve never had more trust in an auto body shop with my vehicles. I would, and have, referred family members and friends to Powell s Auto Body and will continue to do so in the future!

Took over two months to fix my truck in the first place and when i finally got it back they used cheap replacement parts and billed for oem. Then it took them another two months to even get the oem parts in that were availbe next day from solomon ford and would t fix my truck until a check was in hand from insurance company which approved the work People lie cheat and steal at powells auto body Double billing for work they have to do twice because they dont it right the first time Very odd Stay away horrible experience Now they wont fix my truck at all told my insurance company to cancel the check. Horrible experience. Bad business thats for sure

This place is absolutely AMAZING... I had visited them a few years ago when we hit a deer with our vehicle. They did a great job!. We had another issue where our vehicle was damaged pretty badly by a wood chipper. They did an absolute amazing job with our vehicle. It looks like brand new. They cleaned the vehicle inside and out. In addition everyone that I dealt with from Randy, to Stephanie and Alyssa were nothing but AWESOME..They helped me with the insurance company at fault. They took the pain off of my shoulders and took the lead on working with them. My recommendation is if you're looking for a place to have your vehicle repaired, go here. These people know what customer service is all about.Hands down the best around..-Jeff

I would recommend Powell's Auto Body to anyone! I had my car in for repairs a year ago after hitting a deer, and they did an excellent job. Everyone was friendly and so helpful. After a recent rear-end collision, I took my car back. The customer service was exceptional! They explained everything and called me with updates. The work was done within a week and my car looks brand new!Service: Body & Trim

Powell's is a hishonest shop. They are poor communicators. They make promises about repairs and do not follow through. If you are looking for a reliable honest shop, this is not that. . Our representative was Ryan. But we also spoke to the owner. The owner was not helpful to us and complained about our expectations .Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Powell's has fixed several of our vehicles. From deer encounters to undercarriage rock damage. Their work is perfect and my vehicles always come back detailed and beautiful.

I recently went to Powell for the first time and was very impressed with the customer service provided by Carl and the staff. They were very prompt, professional, and always gave me updates on my vehicle repairs. The facility is very clean and welcoming for an auto shop. I highly recommend!

(3/2019)I recently had my 2016 Honda Accord repaired by them from being rear ended. They were very nice and very speedy with the repair. They even cleaned the inside of my car! It really needed it too! I would recommend them to anyone who wants fast, reliable, and best of all courteous people.(8/29/2019) I recently had to return to them for the tensioner rod in my trunk being weak from the accident. They got the part really fast and got me in to have it repaired very quickly too! They were so nice and just wanted to make sure that I was happy with everything. They even gave me a couple garbage bags for my son to sit on for the ride home since he was jumping in puddles. Lol

I couldn't be happier with the quality of the repair on my gti. The paint looks perfect, all of my panels line up exact. You can't even tell that an accident had happened. They kept in touch with me throughout the entire repair and made sure I knew what was happening. I would highly recommend and would come back again

These folks did great work on my car after a minor accident. They were both friendly and helpful. They even cleaned the car inside and out. When I picked up my vehicle it was even better than before my accident.

When it comes to Customer Service this place is at The Top of the List! They go above and beyond to do everything they can for you and as for their work they get 5 Stars! My son had a minor accident and they took great care of him and his car!

I had an 18 inch scratch on the fender. We were in and out in an hour. Great work ethics, clean, courteous, job well done. I can't tell where the damage even was .

Unfortunately my car has been in their shop 4 different times. Each time they did a fantastic job on the repairs. I recommend this place if you need any body work on your vehicle.

Only cares about fleet contracts average joe doesn't matter. Called and lied to me about repairs then tried to spin it and blame State farm. Used them many times in the past there just getting to big to care.
