Nice quick stop always clean, fast service , tons of parking, they have alot of gas pumps, I love how subway is connected and also has a nice clean restroom ! I love the little gift Souvenir section for all ages and wide variety of snakes sodas this place has improved over the past year and is very pleasant place to visit now thanks for all you do!!

Awesome place for truckers! There is plenty of space to walk your dog so we played frisbee, right behind the field there was giant eagle, rite aid and other stores within walking distance what a connivence. This is the best Pilot I have ever been too! Please stop if your in the area!

Subway was great how ever on the day of October 1rst at 12noon I went to do laundry there after a long hard week on the road put my laundry in the machine detergent like everyone else does went to pay the machine and it won't take any cards so I went to the cashier up front told her about and her response was oh yeah your the second person who said that. No wouldn't you think that maybe you should put a sign up saying card reader isn't working so not use. Well obviously she did not poor work attitude and standards here not recommended moving else where have to give 1 star

Bad place to park overnight. Went in to get a sandwich at Subway, they closed at 6:30 PM! I asked the lady behind the Pilot counter who said they do that all the time and don't care.When I woke up at 12:00 midnight, I could not get out of my parking spot due to inconsiderate truckers parking just anywhere they please.

Got gas here going to Star lake. Staff was friendly. The price of gas was a bit higher than I'm used to paying. Store was clean looking. Didn't use the restroom, can't write about that. Parking lot was nice and big.

Stopped for the night and used shower, it was very dirty, toilet bowl had stains and hair on it. Shower curtain was gross, spider was crawling on floor. The shower water kept stopping, the pipe would make a banging noise then the water will shoot out extremely hot, be careful. The staff was ok I guess, reserved a parking spot and when we got here none was available, 1 of the girls came out and asked someone to move that didn't pay for us.Left the shower feeling icky.

This is a regular stop for me. Parking can be sparse but when is it not now a days. I always get good service and the food is pretty good. I will continue to stop here and would recommend others to stop if need be.

This Pilot is great! Across the street from one of my jobs warehouses. Nice staff and good service as well. My first two years in PA haven't been to bad. Maybe I'll stay awhile longer.

Absolutely the worst. One way only roadways take you right to a dead end with no turn around. The prices of things inside require you to download an app and ask a million questions. Took me 15 minutes to try and find the cost for a bag of chips I scanned the code for. Just took it to the register when I gave up on the app. At least the actual human employee was super nice and helpful. All the diesel pumps were down with no notice prior. Just a terrible experience with little other options nearby.

People were very helpful and friendly here. Although I did see lingering people who smelled of weed here. The employees were nice and even gave me a disposable funnel to put oil in my truck which was nice since I had one already but couldn't find under a load of stuff in the bed at the time, didn't want to get another one. So I was pleasantly surprised at how nice they were.

Wow! This place was lacking in so many supplies and coffee items, as well as cups. Subpar for a Pilot - could be a supply issue. However, the floors were filthy, women's restroom hadn't had toilets cleaned in way too long - I had my pick of four and choose the least disgusting one. For newer looking bathrooms, they were also subpar for Pilot. Anyway, sit-to-potty people should use facility somewhere else, and I wouldn't take little kids here to potty for sure.

Nice employees. Showers are amazing with the best water pressure you can get. Subway was closed last 2 days. Not sure why but there is McDonald's and burger King right next door . the eagle grocery store was great to have beside. Great to grab some good eats. Although the mens restroom only has 3 stalls. 1 was locked, do to being out of service I'm guessing, 1 stall has no lock; so every other person tries to open, and only 1 fully functional stall for all the truck drivers here. Stars would be better but that restroom needs fixed.

Disgusting bathroom today. One of the stalls had a tampon in the toilet and it was all bloody another had toliet paper everywhere and the other had pee on the whole seat. So disgusted never had this happen and I was only able to use the one clean stall cause that's all they have and they need more soap in the soap dispenser.

Subway is always closed. They allow the manager to pick and choose who works for her by if she likes them or not, not if they are fit for the job. Most people are rude. There is never hot food half the coolers arent stocked and they are simply going down hill. Do not recommend to stop here if you are hungry at all

One of my favorite truck stops. The staff is very friendly. Great place to stop and park your truck when you want to get some sleep.

Very rude and disrespectful people.They dont cear if you a truck driver or not if they need you to leave at 2 am they'll whacked you and ask you leave becouse you didnt pay for parking if you sai I'll go and pay right now they refuse to just get you out off youre spot. There is a female on a car i guess she didnt got a man for long time thats why she pist on a drivers. Subway employees was doing something in a kitchen i had to wait 35 minuts to get something to eat asa soon asa they show up they war going to take my order i had to ask the person to but a plastic gloves on his hands and then make a sandwich for me. Long story short I'm very disappointed that i parked in this location. Long story short i do not recommend this location at all. When she got me out off my spot i couldn't sleep another 2 hours after that to be able to drive to my drop off in a morning 6 am, i ended up to park in a BP gas station cross the street and looking if someone else going to park in my spot where i was parked gass what nobody didnt park there she lied to saying that she whiting for a truck to com and park like i said i was going in side to pay she refused it.

Easy place to fill up on gas, definitely the best place in Bentleyville for it! Easy to get in and out of the parking lot and there are some different food options here at this stop. Great location overall

I like this locations everything is available and the employees are good workers they cash out people quick so I don t have to wait in line like most other fuel stops, and everything available for truckers and also I just wanna see some cheese pizza available because I m allergic to pork.
