Got an alignment on my Audi at another shop. They couldn't recalibrate my steering and took hours and multiple visits without success. German Auto got it fixed in under 5 minutes. Got an oil change while I was there at a super reasonable price. I won't be taking my Audi anywhere else. Thanks guys!

Recently bought my first Jetta. Dealership was a little sketchy on what they had said was done before we bought it. Took it here to just get a once over. Explained everything that needed done, as well as what the prices would be. Very fair and very honest. Won't take my Jetta anywhere other than here.

Jamie and Lori are both great to work with a local family owned business that never disappoints only place I can confidently drop my MK6 R off and know it will be treated even better than I treat it! cant recommend enuf!!

If you're looking for a German Auto Mechanic, These guys are Absolutely One of the Best!The Owner and Head Mechanic is a certified Mechanic trained by Audi.He and his crew are Knowledgeable, Thorough and Professional and They will treat your Car as if it was Their own.Their prices are very reasonable, they use factory replacement parts and you only pay for Honest Work done.I give German Auto Outfitters a Rating

Exceeding happy with the service at German Auto Outfitters. They treat our 2008 Passat (made in Germany...that we have owned for 13 years) like a work of art. The quality of work and prices are both wonderful.

I've called them twice in the last year trying to have service done on my car. both times I told them what I thought I needed, and she said she would talk to the guys, ask if they could do it, and call me back. also, both times, I never got a call back. I was disappointed both times cuz I like to stick to all VW mechanics, and I've heard good things about this shop and it's very close to my home.*note*my stars DO NOT reflect the mechanics work or abilities in anyway, as I've never got to receive any work from them.

These guys are the best. They worked with me to put a new transmission in my car when I broke down over Thanksgiving. After lots of hunting for a replacement we were finally able to get the right one drop shipped and they immediately put it in for me. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and very reasonable pricing. If only your shop was closer I'd have you do all my work. Thanks!

This family owned business is wonderful! Very friendly and trustworthy!!! They will call before buying or replacing anything on your car to get your approval! Very honest and genuine couple. Very experienced with knowledge of foreign vehicles along with a fair price!! Will only take my car to these two! Don t care if it s only for an oil change I d rather my money go to people like this!!! 5 stars keep up the great work German Auto !!!!

Replaced the turbo on my 2016 Tiguan, but not before an attempt to repair the original. Very knowledgeable, informative, and fair. Great service, no pressure, and saved $$$ vs my local dealership. Highly recommended.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

This place is really solid. I bring my cars from Pittsburgh for them to work on them. Beyond being reliable and fair, they bring the old-school values to the table which are hard to come by these days. For instance, on my last trip they topped off all of my fluids without me even asking. I was bummed because I forgot to add windshield washer fluid before I left Pittsburgh and when I got my car back it was topped off. Great place for your German auto needs.

I have been taking my VW and Audi to Jamie and Lori for 4 years now... Every time I go I am always leaving happy and satisfied.... They are hard working, fair priced, and the work is always excellent!!!I won't take my cars anywhere else... (I did take my car to the dealer for a new key once and it cost me!!!)SUPER JOB Every time!!! I wish they worked on Volvo's too!!!
