I went into Autozone today to get new wiper blades and headlights. Dave was absolutely wonderful. He helped change my wiper blades and helped changed the headlights.

Everytime I go to the Bentleyville AutoZone, I have a good experience. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. If I buy a part and for some reason it isn't what I need, returns are easy as long as it's unused/unopened and I have the receipt.

I was coming through town, on the last half of my 8hr trip home when my check engine light came on. Not knowing anyone around, and with dark and snowy weather coming any minute, I wanted to check and make sure I wouldn't be stranded. Will and Dave went above and beyond to help me diagnose and fix the issue. Back on the road again, sans check engine light! Thanks so much guys!

The employees were very helpful when my car broke down and needed a new battery. I was in and out with a new battery installed in under 10 minutes! Dave and King were great!

I had the BEST experience today. I had a burned out brake light and needed a bulb. Vic helped me out on the phone, I drove down (Carefully! I didn't need a ticket or points on my way. IYKYK.) And Lukas hooked me up with everything I needed and a complimentary install. I couldn't be happier. I can't recommend them enough, they were professional and so kind.

I had a great experience at this AutoZone! The guy working today did a great job helping me. Turned out I needed a new battery in my car and he was very helpful and changed out the battery for me! 10/10

I have been a auto zone customer for over 30 years today I walked into a store I'd never been to it was clean it was neat it was organized good atmosphere greeted by 2 employees when I walked in the other one was just coming on shift so I didn't notice his name his regular employee the manager who was helping me because he had a gray shirt on his name was Mike He was very responsive very polite very nice very engaging it was a pleasant experience even though I told them ahead of time I was just shopping prices for vehicle I just bought and I didn't know what it needed but I wanted prices so I would know what it will cost for what I do or don't need. Mike took care of everything very nice and polite the whole time I will drive out of my way to go to the store, great job Mike nice clean store, nice overall, until the employee I'm sorry, I don't know your name, the red shirt who just walked in, he was also very polite and courteous, and offered assistance in other ways. Just a pleasant experience,

Dave and his team were so helpful this evening in helping me find the appropriate light for my vehicle. He also helped me install it into my car because I was having a hard time getting it in myself. Pure professionalism, great customer service and the only auto shop I ll continue business with.Somebody give these guys a raise and bonuses. They deserve it! Especially while dealing with not so car intelligent people like myself!!!If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

This store deserves a 5 Star rating because I had a burnt out headlight and they took care of me like I was family. Luke and the Manager David were so kind and went well beyond my expectations. I live 45 minutes away and it will be dark soon. David installed my new light bulbs for me so I do not have to drive home in the dark with 1 headlight. The store was also very clean and I was greeted immediately with smiles. The next time I am in the area, I will be back to replace my high beams!

Need to return a part and they cant even find the transaction in their system. Really disappointed that im out $350 for a part that never worked.Update: i finally resolved the issue after going back and forth a little with customer service but was still met with a lack of helpfulness. The employee acted like it was such a bother. Mind you this part never worked, and caused more issues than i had to begin with due to electrical malfunction. At that point i took my truck to my mechanic and he determined the pump that i bought was no good so he bought another pump and boxed up the one i purchased for me to return. It took almost 3 weeks to return the part. Im glad everything is resolved but i doubt i will return to autozone in the future. This was an unnecessary hassle during what was an already stressful situation.

Terrible, Terrible, terrible! How many times does a person have to see someone before they know they work for a garage that has a commercial account? Wasn't even trying to put anything on the account, just wanted the discount bc it was a tool for work. Thank God advanced auto is next door, they know everyone by name there, zero questions, just wanna help out unlike bentleyville autozone employees.

Love these guys! They are eager to help and WILL go out of their way to satify customers. Guy we saw changed our battery for us, had a good conversation about deer hunting while he did it despite it being like 15 degrees out.

I come up from Florida and my wheel bearing/hub went bad. Went here April 30th around 2pm to order and buy assembly. Was told it would be approximately May 1st by 4pm. Called and was told it was guaranteed to be there today, May 3rd and would be called. Called again because I still wasnt called. Was then told it was ordered Sunday, May 2nd! Went to store and was told by the manager that he reordered. I asked why I wasnt informed about the reorder because I had to make an appointment to get the assembly on vehicle (which I made thinking the parts would be here for May 4th). He said "he didnt even think about it". Now, because of this, I have to reschedule appointment (and hope I get in ASAP) and miss another 48+ hours of work, family, and friends. Not even an offer of a discount because of their errors, or even an air freshener! I will not be doing ANY business there from this point on!

Good luck getting the parts you need. Everyone that knows anything about cars either got fired, quit, or is quitting. They don t care if you get the right parts or not. They want your money. They just want to shove a packet of something down the customers throat. No one really needs a packet of Vaseline labeled as bulb grease if there is no moisture problem.Go shop at any other auto parts store and see if they try and sell you useless stuff like that.

Car shop bought a battery for my Toyota prius and the warranty was only for one year. At 1yr and 8 months the battery is no good and everyone involved never told us about 1 yr warranty so now they want me to pay another 2500 for another piece of junk. No help from them so I won't do business with them anymore I'll go to the dealer much more reliable.

Everytime we need anything for our car we stop at the Bentleyville Autozone. We are always greeted and treated better then at any other locations. Kelly and Gavin(maybe Devin, im bad with names) always go above and beyond to help us with our needs. Which is why we always frequent this store. I couldnt ask for better people to deal with.

This Afternoon (6/28/2014) My car broke down and My son pushed my car into the parking lot of this Auto Zone and an employee of A.Z. Came out and helped My son push the car to a spot. THEN He lifted my hood and proceeded to examine the car and show us our problem and proceeded to FIX the car himself!!!! His name was Steve. He was/is an Angel in disguise. All of the guys were very helpful and super sweet. Thanks guys for being awesome! It may be a little over an hour from my home but If I get the chance I would do all my auto shopping there.

They check your check engine light for u for free to tell u what ur car is trying to tell u...very helpful place for car people. I always get parts here for anything and trust it'll be good and what I want each time too!
