My AutoZone battery died on me and I walked it in to this Advance parts store. The customer service went far beyond any I am accustomed to. One of the parts guys here actually drove me in his car to the AutoZone so I could use my warranty there. Then they drove me back to my own vehicle so I didn't need to walk with the battery. They truly helped me out and didn't expect anything from me. Great people here! AutoZone was cool too but Advance really rocked. Thank you!!!

I dropped off a package here for UPS for the first time. The employee who waited on me asked for my email address for a receipt. He said that he recognized my specific email address and that he was discussing it with someone the other day. I have a unique address (not my name) and I don t know how he could have been discussing my email address with anyone. I will take my UPS packages somewhere else.

I stopped in while driving through the area due to needing Freon for my car. Sue provided top notch customer service. My car knowledge is limited so she truly went above and beyond to help get everything squared away for me. She even taught me a few things about my car!! I am very grateful for all of her help! 10/10 service (:

Less than worthless as a UPS store. No Tape, no scanner. I will not shop here for my car because of this also.

Don't carry everything i need,but can get it shipped in quick. The workers here are also very nice an down to earth an main reason I go here first.

People here are very helpful. Haven't had a bad experience yet. The few times they didn't have the part I needed, they checked their other nearby stores and I was able to go,there and get it right away, or they would have it brought up to this store a few hours later.

Stopped in to drain a little oil from my van...( filled it a little to high) came across 2 very friendly and helpful staff! I didn't catch the ladies name, but the gentleman chris was very kind and very very helpful and friendly!

my Advance Auto parts is like family. Bill, Sue, Doc , treat me like family and always solve my Auto needs..I worked in the retail parts business and repair most of my life and this is the best and only place I'll shop..Auto repair is difficult enough with all the little surprises so, having a knowledgeable staff to help me is the greatest..I'm thankful for Bentleyville, Pa Advance. Buddy

Very happy with my experience there. I been having a problem with a car I bought at tregembo motors right next store. I have had the car for 4 months and I have taken it back to tregembo 3 times for the same problem of it not starting. My buddy moved the car from tregembo to the parking lot of advanced the other day so I could pick it up after tregembo closed for the day. Well needless to say, when I went to pick the car up in the parking lot it wouldn't start (AGAIN) and the battery was dead for some unknown reason. So, the next morning I walked into advanced there with my buddy to buy a new battery. We explained to the sales manager Bill what happened and he recommended testing the battery first before buying a new one. So, he tested the battery and it tested 4 volts out of 12 volts. So, instead of buying a new battery he recommended that he just take the battery out let it charge in the store all day and put it back in the car later and see if it starts. So, we did that and the car started right up and is fine now. I was very happy with my experience there and happy that Bill was so honest with us and instead of being like oh okay new battery he told us the truth and helped us out. Instead of spending $100 on a new battery I spent $0 and have a perfectly fine battery now. Highly recommend this advanced and I am so glad my car broke down in their parking lot. Thanks so much advanced and I will come back soon.

Its in the shopping center with Giant Eagle. Nice smaller advanced auto. It has been there for a long time with many seasoned employees. They are willing to help if you know what your talking about.
