Had issues with our car on a trip through PA, stopped to see Ross at R&R. Wish we lived closer to the area because we were extremely happy with Ross s service. Honest and professional, has amazing prices, and is just an overall joy to talk to. He explained the issue in an easy way to understand, and I can t recommend him enough. You can t go wrong with R&R Automotive.

Ross is a boss. Made sure to understand my issues and walked me through the process. Fixed several mistakes from another shop installing my exhaust and long tube headers. Definitely recommend and will use in the future

Ross is absolutely amazing. He not only took the time to show me everything that needed to be fixed on my car, it even cost much less than I was used to with other places. Great repair work and quick. Serious suspension work required to pass inspection. Owner Ross knee budget issues of underemployment. Called multiple parts vendors to get me within budget. Also able to prioritize mine so that I could wait rather than need to leave car and catch a ride, which I did not have available.Car rides super smooth now. Passed inspection and hassle free for another year again. Very personable and seriously easy to speak to and work with. Great mechanical work too.Finally someone who thinks about the customer, their concerns and not just his own. Rare. Had a great experience with R&R today. Moved from NJ and needed a PA inspection. R&R got me scheduled right away and completed it on time with outstanding service - even gave me a ride to and from the shop! Wow! Also gave me the heads up on some possible service issues that could crop up down the road, which I greatly appreciated. Friendly, dependable, and most important for me - timely, got it done when he said it would be done, all with door to door service. I highly recommend you check them out. Great team. Worked within my budget to get a car inspected from NJ to PA that needed serious work. Willing to do the extra mile to get me legal by using their extensive contacts for parts and super repair skill on labor hour reduction by pro techniques.Back in the road.These guys are great mechanics. Incredible service experience. Head mechanic and owner Ross diagnosed immediately the exact issue. Was able to accommodate me right away and I was out quickly.Affordable and honest. Great experience. I came into the area for business and my wheel hub assembly broke down. Being in an unknown area I was weary of going to a shop I was not familiar with, but Ross took care of me and fixed the issue. He even went out of his way and provided recommendation and directions for a place to eat and stay for the night.

Ross and his team at RnR are second to none. Hands down the best and most honest repair facility i have ever used. Im a member of fire departments and will be sending all of my colleagues here.
