Ponce's auto is seriously one of the best. They diagnose the issue quickly, fair pricing, no appointment needed, always INCREDIBLY sweet, and SO FAST. I would recommend them to anyone. Truly a great business.

I was lied to about what was wrong with my vehicle. Told me I had water in oil and it was going to be very expensive to fix, at least 2500-2800. I took it to different mechanic and the only thing that was wrong was water pump leaking, Serpentine belt and rear tire sensor needed to be fixed. Grand total 469. Unbelievable!!!. Will never go back. Very disappointed.

I ve been a customer for the past three years and I would highly suggest only going here for quick services as that seems to be the only type of services they put their full effort into. My car was making these noises and shaking when I pressed my brakes for a while since about February and I visited on several occasions asking what the noise was, each time I went they told me something different one time it was my brakes and they had to replace them however Ponce didn t do all of the breaks and told me to come back for the other ones. I rode off and the sound I was originally their for was still happening, I went again in April to have tires replaced and to have my hood looked under for the sound, they replaced my tires but the sound was still unknown. I went again in May to have my car serviced for an oil panel they fixed the oil panel and I went off but the noise seemed to get worse and my air wasn t working so I went back and explained that I had no air and to ask if they can again check my under my hood for any problems that may cause the noise and shaking they fixed the air (temporarily) because I drove off and within the next two days my air again wasn t working and as far as the sounds they said they weren t sure what it was. I went again two weeks later for the same sound and a guy told me it was the shutters I got that fixed and drove off the problem was still happening fast forward to now I don t have a car because my transmission blew out. My dad also had a problem with their services as he felt that they would rather rush to get your car out rather then take their time fixing it and giving a true diagnosis. He s actually the one that suggested this place to me. Overall my new car will not be serviced by this place ever.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto brake replacement

I own a chevy suburban, and a Dodge Ram. Ponce's Auto has been keeping both vehicles on the road. Best mechanics in Bensalem.

I was recommended to come here by a few co workers. I now know why they said go to Ponce's. It's a wonderful family owned mechanic shop in Bensalem. The parts and labor are reasonable for this day and age. I'll support mom and pop shops over Corporate anyday.

Last night, Franklin (the owner) saved me! I was driving home from NYC back to Philly when I found myself with a flat tire around 9pm. I live in the city and was not familiar with the area. My boyfriend was away, no friends were picking up, Geico wasn t helping and the man at the gas station wouldn t let me leave my car overnight. I suddenly saw the lights go on at Ponce s and walked over. Franklin was so kind and took everything out of my trunk to get the spare and noticed it was low on air. He pumped it up and put the spare on for me and then put everything back in my trunk. I was really stressed out and he chatted with me and made me feel comfortable. His kindness and professionalism meant a lot to me and my boyfriend (who was on the phone making sure I got some help). Thank you so much Franklin!

I can't say enough about how Sergio treated me. Very knowledgeable, but down to earth too. Was referred by HR Clutch (see my review on their shop in my previous reviews) and was happy with their service all around. They installed the clutch components that HR Clutch fabricated for me. I've been driving it for a week now and am very happy with the performance and the work that they did. They were also very reasonable on not only the price of the job, but also the tow that had to be done to get it there. I highly recommend this shop and will be taking it back this week to get inspected. I trust that Sergio and his crew will do only the work that needs to be done and don't anticipate any sticker shock based on my first experience. Will keep you posted...

Amazing people that went out of their way to help my parents and I after our tire tore and blew on I95 ! They gave us a great price on a tire and did all the labor themselves in a super fast amount of time. I have been here to have work done on various cars . They are always honest and do great work. I was really impressed after having a front bumper and fender installed they detailed my car for free ! Plus the work was done one day sooner then expected . The owner / mechanic personally test drives cars after fixes to ensure his work. This is all around a great place to do business !

I brought my Jeep here to get my PA inspection and emissions done. They beat most shops price by a couple bucks, were very quick and professional, and didnt try to upsell me when I brought my car in. It was a great experience and a comfortable environment.Highly recommend them for anything. I've been in the car industry for a long time and they were great!

Not usually one to write a review, but this shop deserves one. After having trouble in the past with other mechanic shops I was worried to be disappointed again. Upon walking in, the family atmosphere made me feel welcomed and important. Very impressed and pleased with their service. I ll definitely be coming back again.

Have been taking all my wife's and my own vehicles here with Ponces for around the last 10 years and will continue due the professional satisfaction and the treat you receive as well as the price of all repairs. Once you bring your car in you can really say see you later instead of soon.

In all honesty i only goto ponce over any other mechanic. I stumbled across this shop a few years back and wont go anywhere else. Honest mechanics and they are super friendly and reliable and prices are reasonable.

This owner sold me a car for 6,000.00 dollars .They put something in the system to slow a leak.This froze car up cost me lot of money . Still don't work. Have to junk it . l only drove a little when it happened..

I paid for spark plugs and ignition coil packs to be replaced . They only replaced 1 ignition coil pack. Car broke down a month later. Keep your receipts!
