I only went there more because I needed a new tailpipe for my van! I also had them do state inspection and emissions test since it was all I drop off! My bill was higher then I thought it be for the money I spent you would think they at least top off my fluids/windshield wiper tank especially since our 1st snowstorm was almost upon us at the time so that why I only gave them a 3 star and that as generous on my part!

Amazing fast service. I got there earlier than my appointment and they took me right in. Very professional. I went in for a state inspection. I waited it there in the lobby. They kept me informed with texts and by coming out to tell me what they found and what they are doing. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and very talkative. He made the hour go by fast and was very informative.

When my 2007 Lexus SUV broke down on 95 South, 25 miles north of Philly, on Black Friday I was upset to put it mildly. My daughter fortunately saw the stellar reviews for the Bensalem Meineke Car Care Center which was the best thing that could have possibly happened. Our car was towed there and Rob was amazing! He kept me apprised every step of the way and was very conscientious in his recommendations. He knows what he is doing as does Brian, as well. My car was repaired quickly and very reasonably priced. We had the pleasure of meeting Brian in person when we drove from Maryland a few days later and my only 'regret' is that we do not live closer. I have highly recommended this shop to family and friends we have living in the area and I am doing the same for anyone reading this review. You will be happy you chose them!

I needed to have to have my 2018 F150 inspected. So I found a Groupon for Meineke Car Care Center. I called and scheduled an appointment. The manager Kevin was an absolute pro from the 1st phone call to the time the repairs were made and we drove out the door. He is an absolute bonus to the Meineke organization.

My first appointment was for a state inspection and it was canceled within 15min before it started after I had already driven up to the area. But it was due to a family emergency of the mechanic so obviously that is fine and it happens.So I rescheduled my appointment for later that week at 12pm to get it done during lunch at work. When I arrived, I was then told that 12pm was their lunch hour and no one would start working on it until 1pm?! No one had said that when I booked it and it doesn t say it on their website when you book either.Well I needed to get it done so I had no other choice but to wait. Once it started, the inspection took about 60min and they sent me the report saying that I needed my rear struts replaced immediately to pass it. So at 2pm they began the rear struts. I was incredibly quiet and patient most of the time while reading a book but this ended up taking 2 MORE HOURS and I had to ask multiple times for updates and an ETA as I needed to get back to work. I was told something was stuck and they were delayed. It was 4pm when I left after originally going for a state inspection Finally when I go to pay, I ask if there s anything he can do for me now that I have missed a half day of work after already being rescheduled once, being catfished for a 12pm appointment that was actually 1pm, and all for something that should ve taken only a few hours total ended up taking 4hrs of my work day. Rob at the desk told me he couldn t do a discount or anything to compensate my time or poor service because he would get in trouble . You would get in trouble for giving good customer service and trying to keep a customer? I find that hard to believe and it was selfish. Will not be going back.

I will NEVER go there again. I had a flat tire and they said they could not plug it that the hole was too large and then tried to charge me almost $340.00 for one new tire. I called Mavis and they quoted me $137.00 for a new tire so I went to pick up my car and took it to Mavis. As it turned out, the hole WAS able to be plugged and it cost me $37.00. This Meineke is not honest and they are thieves!!! I will tell everyone I know never to go to a Mei eke!!!

Fraudulent inspection report. They put several fraudulent items in the inspection report and tried to charge me an extra $1000. Luckily I took it to the dealership and the only found one of the issues on the report to valid. This was my second time taking it here for an inspection. The first time they replaced my brakes and everything seemed to be fine, not sure what happened this second time.

I made my first appointment and dropped my vehicle off and the process was simple with no waitingBefore any work was done I had received a call & pictures informing me with other found issues that needed attention.COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT !!NEVER BEEN AT THIS LOCATION BEFORE, BUT I PLAN ON RETURNING

THE MANAGER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPLETED MY STATE INSPECTION AND SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE. APOLOGIZED FOR THE NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA MEINEKE BEING CLOSED WITH NO FOREWARNING. INSTALLED THE THERMOSTAT Assembly AND THE GAS VALVE ASSEMBLY EVEN THOUGH I PURCHASED THE PARTS AS THE OTHER MEINEKE TOLD ME TO DO SO.VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL.

Absolutely will always bring my cars here. They break everything down so I can understand, they are very respectful and get everything down in a timely manner. I made an appointment for an oil change at 11:30 am and expected to be done in 45 minutes but instead it took an hour and a half. It wasn t until I asked how much longer it would be that I received an update.

Charged me $385 to tell me yeah my window rolls up and down slow I need to replace everything in my door.If I wanted the service they were gonna charge me over $2500

Very friendly yet professional. Even gave a returning customer discount. Worked quickly. Oil change, tire rotation, check pressure and fluids. Checked my battery and was honest, no need for a new one for a while. Inspection revealed only 2 new tires needed. Done in 45 minutes. I've been coming to the franchisee for years and am never disappointed.

The oil change was fine till I realized they didn't rotate my tires. I know that because my wheels in the front are both scratche and when I came out to check they were still on the front. I asked and he told me he rotated them. Sorry I'm done with your store and I will tell my friends.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My 19 year old son took his car to Meineke because the muffler was loud. This location turned around and said he needed $2,600 worth of work, basically replace the ENTIRE exhaust system, including replacement of the catalytic converter. I told him NO WAY, get a 2nd opinion. So glad he did! Took it elsewhere and ONLY THE MUFFLER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED! I read reviews from other people about this particular location OVERCHARGING people and NOW I BELIEVE ALL OF THEM!!!!! SHAME ON YOU FOR TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS TO JUST PAD YOUR POCKETBOOK. YOUR BUSINESS SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Had gotten battery here in2022. Noticed it was leaking. Took car in. Within 30 minutes had car back with new battery in .They not only backed the battery warranty but the service was great. Made my day !

I highly recommend this business. After losing my car s AC in the middle of a heatwave and being thoroughly frustrated after 3 visits to PepBoys in Willow Grove with no AC and they were still not able to find the problem. This past Friday PepBoys could only give me another appointment on Monday, even knowing I had a long 5 hour round trip commute to work on Saturday with the heatwave ongoing. I called Meineke Friday evening was able to get an appointment the very next morning and by 3:30 pm Saturday afternoon my car was diagnosed and repaired! I drove to work in cool comfort! Endless thanks to the masterful repairman there and the gentleman at the front desk who was very skilled in customer service! A breath of fresh air in more ways than one! I would give them 10 stars if I could!Service: A/C installation & repair

My partner and I patronized this shop for a few years, bringing in two large SUV/Trucks for service, which obviously is not cheap. However, we will no longer bring any service to this specific location due to how the manager treated us today. There was an obvious oil leak that needed to be repaired, and this shop was the last location the truck was worked on. The owner was being very condescending and expected for us to pay for the damages. When we told him we were not paying he handed us the key and told us we can go. So after talking to corporate I took the truck to the Meineke in Bristol, who fixed it for free. This was no way for a manager to act, especially to long standing customers.Services: Wiper blade installation, Oil change

Tom was great at taking matters into his own hands short for time and much to do ,nevertheless, it got done the same day! On behalf of Best Home Restoration and myself we're very satisfied with the car repairs!
