This place is easy to deal with. I got what I wanted, a brand new set of Michelin tires. I ordered them late one day and had them installed on the car the next day .

Bensalem is a nice area. My mother lives up that way and I enjoy it every time I go there because it is very safe and nice compared to philadelphia. Philadelphia just has a bunch of hoodlums running around with ski mask over their head even indoors. This City is allowing these idiots to get away with everything. So if you need to do any shopping Bensalem I highly recommend

They the worse I took my car for regular inspection they charge me 590 to inspection and then I think they did something to my car I had to take my car to pepboys my car need actuall axell I have to be 700 dollars for that they lie that was the worst experience in my life I think they did something to my car

Not happy with the work at all... I feel like I got ripped off for $120. I went in for an alignment, they were very welcoming and seemed like decent guys but when they were finished with the alignment I see that the work order stated that the manufacturer didn't have the specs for the front and back camber and caster or something of that nature! That made me a little weary but I figured they seem like decent people maybe that's normal and I only said what's this mean and all he did was repeat what was written on the paper about the manufacturer! When I drove home I noticed the car was exactly the same! Still pulled to the left, no difference whatsoever! I think knowing that the manufacturer didn't have whatever it was I should have been notified right away and given the choice to not get the alignment and not be charged for something that couldn't be done properly! I will never go back to them again! They lost a customer for a lost $120 job... SAD

recently had a set of 33s mounted and balanced with an alignment on my lifted tahoe.. Keystone mechanics know their tires and did a great job with the alignment

I have a 14,500 lb box truck. It is extremely difficult to find good quality mechanics who can work with my vehicle. Keystone Tire has provided me with excellent service time and time again and keeps me informed throughout the entire process, What needs to be done and what has been done. it is very difficult to find mechanics that you can trust not only to do the work, but also provide detailed explanation to why, and how much it would cost. they can service all makes and models and do much more than just tires, I would highly recommend them to anybody. Shout out to cory and his team at Keystone Tire.

My donut was a little low on air and I couldn't put air it. Simply went to wawa down the road and back saw this tire shop. Went in and ask if I could get help putting air in the donut tire. Cory and two other gentlemen said yes we can help if you give us just 5 mins. Tech came out and did just that. Cory and those others guys behind the counter are some really nice guys. Would recommend this place after them helping me out and stuff. Its the little things that matter to me. Thank you cory!

Just switched over to these guys for 100% of my car repair and maintenance. They are awesome. Each time I ve been in they ve done something else to just take care of my car, sort of like it was their own. Great prices, fast work, accurate estimates and explanations. I can t recommend Keystone enough and I didn t know who they even were when I went in the 1st time for tires.

Stay away! Go in for an oil change come out with a check engine light. Emptied my coolant and denied they emptied it only for their tech to come in and admit he did. They didn t refill my coolant and I didn t know about it until next day and had to refill it myself. Caught them in a lie and he wants to say oh you re calling me a liar? Walks like a duck, talks like a duck - you re a liar!

I stopped in tonight (almost the end of their day) and they were great! I was greeted immediately, given options, and my new tire was on in no time! They guys were super friendly and very efficient. GREAT VALUE! I will definitely use them in the future.

I ve bought a few sets of tires here in the past and had good experiences. The prices are competitive and they offer the same perks as any other tire shop. Recently I recommended my girlfriend to this shop for a timing belt and the price was not only the best in the area, but the work appeared to be done very well. She was very happy with the service and experience. Would recommend them for all automotive needs, not just tires.

Friend recommend this place for tires. Went in- manager very friendly and knowledgeable. Was shown different types of tires for my Jeep. Gave me a great price. 4 tires ordered and have been installed & alignment ! Jeep drives awesome now. This is my go to place for service and future tires for now on. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS! These guys are solid. My mechanic (another honest service provider) recommended them and I have always found them to be first rate in price and honesty. I went there last year fully prepared to buy two new tires and was told I did NOT need them. They are clearly customer oriented and I highly recommend them.

Reasonable prices. Quality work had repairs done several times . Never had to go back because it wasn't fixed right. The staff is friendly and informative. They will explain or show you why the work needs to be done. Bottom line very HONEST shop

Got tires 4 new and wheel alignment. For under$450.0 other competitors wanted a hundred or more. The staff is friendly courteous, and fast and professional when it comes to tires. They are the pros check them out I always shop here for tires.

I have used Keystone Tire in the last few years and have had good pricing and experiences. two weeks ago i had them replace my struts and tires on a 2013 Ford Fusion. After i drove it for a few days I realized that something was not right...there was a knocking sound on every bump in the road and the car vibrated extensively at 60+MPH. So i called them and told them i had a problem with the work and they said bring the car back so they could look at it. I was apprehensive about getting a runaround story from them because it was a very costly repair. Their senior tech took the car for a test drive with me and then took it into the shop. They told me they replaced the struts and other steering parts as well as re-balanced the tires..... at no cost to me. The car drives great now and i am very happy that these guys stood up for their work and did the right thing... i will go back and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Staff is great. Knowledgeable and honest. Would recommend. Had front brakes done (rotors, pads, cslipers). No ovetselling. They even helped with fog light issue at no charge. I'll be back for sure.

Traveling from MN. Christmas Eve we had these gentlemen change a valve stem only to find out that we had a cracked wheel. Found a wheel Thur morning, brought it to them. They had us out of there in an hour.I highly recommend! Great service!

this might be the best little secret in Bensalem. Honest repair shop. Went in with an issue that another shop could not figure out. they figured it out in an hour. I recommend this place over any place in Philadelphia or bucks county. Tires are also reasonable compared to other places. Going forward I will be leaving the guy I've been dealing with since I've been driving and going with this place.

LOVE THEIR SERVICE! I have a brand new car that needed tires and my dealer never got back to me. I called up Keystone and talked with Corey and he took care of me. This isn't the first time that a dealer has NOT taken care of my needs for my car. I would refer Keystone to anyone. Very impressed! Thank you!

That neighborhood tire shop. Everyone has one, their go to for service price and quality for the dollar. These guys are it round here. Hesh Seafood and myself along with so many other valued customers in the area love ya! You need flat fix quality used tires or new tires. Some rims whatever, right here good spot Rock on

If I could I would give this place zero stars. I had to get an alignment done on my Jeep a few months back. My steering wheel was a little to the left. So I went their thinking it was going to get fixed I got my car back and it was still off alignment. I took it back and had them do it again. When I got my Jeep back my steering wheel was completely off and all the way to the right. So I took my Jeep to this place on Bristol pike called Millevoi s and they fixed it right away for me. I will be taking all of my car needs to their from now on. Also when I got my car back from keystone it smelled really bad like trash. The mechanics there really need to take a shower.

Great place to get tires! After two sets of tires and an alignment, I am happy with their service. Warned me about flat spare too. Friendly & efficient staff. Would recommend to friends and family.
