I would like to say that every employee you have is a perfect gentleman. They greeted me with a smile, helped me out of the car and walked me to the waiting room. Eric and his team consistently provide exceptional service. Whenever I bring in my 13-year-old car with minor issues, they address them at no cost, such as oil top-ups, coolant refills, or adjusting tire pressure. Additionally, even without an appointment, they generously offer discounts on oil top-ups. I left and with in 5 minutes every light on my dash was on my car was shaking. When I came back they acted like it was just a coincidence and it was an electrical problem, no one seemed concerned. I have three babies to drive around so I was extremely concerned. They said they could try and re do the oil change, this time using synthetic and my car was fine. They suggested the wrong oil I believe and I hope there isn t damage done now that they did this.

When I went to have my oil changed they recommended changing my air filter. I agreed and when they tried changing it they claimed they couldn t get the new one in the air filter holding container. They went to place my air filter back in and ended up breaking pieces off the filter container. I saw them pushing on the car (I was sitting right in it as this happened) trying to shove the air filter in to place. They claimed that this stuff happens over time and that it s normal wear and tear . I called an auto shop and they said it may be up to $300 to fix. I felt taken advantage of at the location and will never return or recommend anyone to come there.

Went to get an oil change and only after 10 mins (15 mins max) they told me that they couldn t get the oil filter off. It was weird to me because it didn t take them long to just tell me they couldn t do it due to the difficulty of taking off the oil filter as opposed to it being something like a diagnosis problem. Plus their card machine was down the day before as I came back the day after and it was still down so I went to the bank to get cash only to be referred out to another jiffy lube and have to wait in line over 40 mins at the other jiffy lube they recommended I go to all because they gave up on trying taking off an oil filter. I won t be coming here again and I honestly felt that that was very lazy of them.

The owner or manager on duty was polite, informative and straight to the point. No sales pressure he just told me what I needed and he was very professional. For what I needed done I was in and out within 45 minutes. I definitely would recommend this place

Had an issue with my battery and had to come back a second time (due to an issue with the age and condition of my battery). Both times, the staff was so courteous and professional and helpful. When I came back today for the battery to be changed, Travell and Maleek were amazing! Very friendly and professional. I get my oil changed here as well and every time I have been here, I have encountered nothing but friendly staff and professional service.

I needed my oil changed so I decide to go to Jiffy Lube. Didn t know what I was getting myself into but I have to say I had the BEST experience. Everyone was friendly, kind, the wait wasn t long at all I will definitely get my oil changed again by these guys. Thank you!!

Needed an oil change and service is fast and easy. For a quick oil change, please drive in to the back of the building and line up. Oil change was expensive but their online coupon made it somewhat cheaper. Be ready for an upsell of services and filters and fluid top offs at an extra cost.

After working a 12 hour day and just being exhausted, the guys were super nice and helpful. I didn't bring my coupon with me and I was promptly supplied one. Thank you guys for working so quickly to get me out the door.

I paid for the signature service $123.25. They wanted $6.00 to top each fluid off when I was understanding they top of all fluids if needed. Never reset my oil gauge I did it. 123.25 is expensive for a oil change.

My wife took her car there yesterday for an oil change. She called me a couple mins after she left, and said her brake light came on. When I got home I checked to make sure she didn t have the emergency brake on.Today she said her car had no brakes and she almost killed a pedestrian, and that she had to let her car roll to a complete stop. This is totally unacceptable.

I went to Jiffy Lube for the first time and was welcomed right away by Jay. They changed my oil right away and I was only there for about 15 minutes and they also let me know other things I needed done and would do it right away. I highly recommend

I really enjoyed my time being helped with the maintenance on my car by Terrell! He gave outstanding customer service and explained to me all the options and went into detail what he was going to replace for my oil change, fluid replacement and air filters. I would definitely go back. Everyone working had a very pleasant, easy going attitude and I was happy to be able to get my car service comfortably. Will go back for other car needs when I have to. Thanks!

I would like to say my experience at this location on street RD has always been a great experience. However, my last visit I had some issues with my car and brought it back. Mind you this was no fault of Jiffy Lube but because I had my oil changed recently I thought the oil filter possibly detached. I came in shared my concerns. I was frustrated because of the unknown and I never had an issue until I got my oil changed. JORDAN and ALWIN showed me nothing but professional service. They went above and beyond to see how they could assist me. They assessed what was done at my last visit and told me what it could possibly be. Although they did advise they were not mechanics they had patience with me and checked to see where the link was coming from. Turns out I needed a radiator guys after I sent it to my mechanic. I just wanted to say thank you for helping me even though it had nothing to do with your service. You both exemplified servicing your customers. That s what customer service is all about. Was first car in line when they opened for business. Oil change took less than 15 min. They had me stay in car, which I liked. Crew was professional. They seemed to communicate well and payed attention to detail. And with no pressure add on sales like other locations.

Bad service. Charging double. 2 years ago I did an inspection and they found an issue with right front brake. They charged me for inspection. I fixed issue and within 14 days had the re inspection that supposed to be free. They checked my car, said that I passed re-inspection and told me that I have to pay for a sticker, same amount that I paid for inspection. I argued with guy for a few minutes, but paid. This Is nonsense, 2 years passed, I had same situation in other services and this newer happened, they just charge double and say it's for stickers. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Took my car here a few months back. Recently I was in a development with speed bumps and noticed a scratching sound. Looked under the car and saw that my splash shield was not put back on properly and several screws were missing. I will not be taking my car back there.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
