My wife and I purchased a 2023 Subaru forester with only 2k miles on it from Paris. Paris gave us an excellent price for the Subaru and was very helpful with the purchase of the vehicle. Also his employee's were very helpful and courteous with explaining everything about the vehicle. I Definitely would buy again and recommend Heed Auto Group to friends and family members

Last year we purchased a 2022 Impreza from Heed Auto Group for my daughter. As a salvage car, you couldn't even tell it was in an accident. They did a great job and my daughter got basically a brand new car for about what a used car was going for in worse condition. Best decision we made. I will definitely buy from Heed Auto Group again and recommend them for anyone looking for a car.

I have purchased 4 cars from Heed Auto and have had nothing but good experiences. Paris is running a family-owned business. I consider him to be an expert in his field and reliable. The last car I purchased from him I bought unseen, and he shipped it to me across the country. I will definitely buy any future vehicles for my family from Heed Auto. A++++++

My wife and I bought a 2022 Ridgeline from Paris back in October. We were so pleased with the transaction that we bought a Subaru Outback from him last week! Paris is great to work with and immediately handled the few small problems we had with the vehicles. Both cars are great! If you re in the market for a car or truck, I strongly recommend you consider purchasing it from Paris and his auto group. You won t be sorry!

I bought a 2019 Honda Fit with 1,500 miles from Parvis 3 years ago at about half the retail price sight unseen. Sure, I could complain about a couple of minor things--a few missing screws and floor mats, tires worn more than one would expect for the mileage. It's not a perfect world.But the big picture is that I have a car with 50,000 miles now that has performed perfectly with hardly any repairs. I could easily sell it now for what I paid. Environmentally this is an excellent example recycling metal and plastic and reducing the greenhouse gas emissions from manufacturing processes.

I spent 20K a 2022 Honda Civic earlier this year and I strongly feel I was cheated. I talked to Paris a few times before buying the car and after consulting the eBay and Google reviews, felt reasonably confident I'd get a good car. Paris told me he did not like when people wasted his time so he didnt want to waste my time. When the car arrived, the A/C did not work and one of the wheel locks was left on. I brought it to my usual shop and after they determined they'd need to replace the outside air temperature sensor they told me they would not do it because the way the front bumper was repaired (via plastic welding) they felt it was too risky to attempt a repair. I was already not happy at this point but I brought it to a second shop. They were willing to replace the sensor through the grill but noted that if that did not work they'd have to pull the bumper off, and like the first shop, expressed concern that if they pulled it off they weren't sure that things could go back on the same way due to a headlight being glued and if they didn't it would have to go to a body shop. At this point, I asked Paris what this was all about and he said "it's a brand new bumper" but Im like if that's true, why is there all this makeshift repairs to which he finally admitted "some parts were on back order for months". I asked if he would consider a return. I did not want a car that could not be repaired but he would not accept a return -- but would pay for the sensor to be replaced. The replacement worked and my car was fine... until the first time I drove it through the rain. At my first oil change, I asked the shop to look at a consistent front tire leak and turns out it was a bad plug and I had to buy a new tire. The axle was also leaking grease and bought a replacement. I'm at $1000 in repairs not driving it more than a few thousand miles. After this, I drove it through the rain and the next morning I was woken up by my car alarm going off inside my garage. I did not understand what was going on, but my left turn signal would NOT turn off, even though the car was not on. It was just constantly draining the battery. I had to d/c the battery and after a few days of not raining the car must of dried out and I did not have problems until I drove it through the rain/snow a few months later. Suddenly the proximity sensor was permanently going off and my turn signal problem came back. There is visible condensation in the headlight now which suggests something was not properly repaired. To top it all off, the paint on the roof has started visibly cracking, revealing the original paint underneath and the clear coat has started separating on various places on the car. At best, Paris took several shortcuts to sell this car, including not using proper parts to fix the damage and a rushed clear coat. At worst, I was deliberately scammed into buying a bad car with Paris' charm and I should have known better. Now I have to decide if I cut my losses or try to get the front end repaired properly. It does generally drive great otherwise, but I would not have bought this car knowing it would be so difficult to repair. I would consider a purchase elsewhere.

Recently purchased a Subaru Crosstrek and vehicle looks and drives fantastic! I had positive interaction with dealership and it was a smooth transaction. A couple of weeks later my son also purchased a subaru Ascent and he is very happy with the vehicle and how easily the transaction went. Highly recommend!

I purchased a 2023 Acura, sight-unseen, other than eBay pictures. Flew into PA, Paris had a ride from the airport for me. Got to the shop and SHAZAM!! What a car. It was wrecked (salvage) and repaired by Heed Auto group. Looked fantastic and came with a warranty too. Paris stood by his warranty as there was an alignment issue. I wondered (having driven it all the way back to Colorado) if the warranty would have to be local PA people only. Paris stood by and came through, paying for the alignment. I got a fantastic car that others are paying $10k more to get from an Acura dealership. I ll buy again from Paris as my wife is really jealous of my car and wants her own.

No one that works here are real mechanics. They fixed my car twice, for the same issue and then assured me it was fixed, which it was not. In the process of them fixing my car, they chipped the paint of the car and never mentioned it to me. When I told them that my car was still having the same issues, they told me they fixed the issue and would not do anymore further work and wouldn t look into it further. There are so many different auto groups/mechanics to go to in the area, so please look elsewhere. This place is nothing but headaches, and they always give you the runaround.

BUYER BEWARE After purchasing a Honda Civic, within a few months we noticed scratches all of the body. The paint they used was fading and the car looked terrible. Reached out to Heed many times with no response. Took the car to a loca lbody shop where we discovered things held together with Super Glue, Duct tape and Zip ties. Parts were "retro" fitted and the car was unsafe. After $3000 more in work, it is now fit to drive. Buyer beware, in the short term it may be a good deal, but long term there WILL BE issues and they do not stand by their work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great car buying experience!!I recently purchased a car from Heed Auto Group, and worked with Paris throughout the entire transaction. I put a bid in on a rebuilt title vehicle (2021 Honda Passport), but I was outbid by another. Paris contacted me and told me that he could find the exact same vehicle, but with even less miles on it for the same price. The next day, he sent me pics of the vehicle, and it was in very good condition. I am always skeptical, especially when buying a vehicle 'sight unseen' (This is how I buy most vehicles)j, and fully vetted Paris and Heed Auto Group. After being satisfied with the vetting process, I decided to purchase the vehicle. Paris had the vehicle shipped the next day, and Fed Ex'd the title the following day, separate from the vehicle. I am very pleased at the quality of work that was done to repair and rebuild the vehicle, and it is like a brand new vehicle for half the price of a new one. It runs and drives perfectly, and the body work is flawless. There was also a warranty included, which I never received from buying a rebuilt title from another dealer. I will definitely buy again from Paris. HE was completely forthcoming in the information he gave to me, and was very fair with the price. I recommend him for your next vehicle.Thanks Paris!

I recently bought a new car from heed auto group and I am so happy with my purchase. The price was right for me thanks to Paris, the owner. They were willing to answer all of my questions regarding the car even after I had already driven it off the lot. I really appreciated them fixing minor things for me. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and attention to detail makes them better than other car shops out there. Also the employees are respectful, kind and know what they are doing. The selection of new cars with rebuilt titles is impressive and their prices are fair. If you re looking for a some new reliable wheels at a more than fair price I d definitely recommend checking them out.

I bought a 2019 Hyundai sonata from Paris about a little while ago. It was my 1st time buying a rebuilt title car. I was slightly concerned about doing it. Beware I had purchased several vehicles from Paris. I paid in full for a car for my wife he said he would make it perfect gave me price. A few months later the car was still not finished I ended up driving several hours just to get a part for the car and shipped it to him. He said he would pay me back for the part like 600 dollars he never sent it to me. He finally finished the car I had it shipped to Florida and it was far from perfect so many things still missing and not repaired. He use to do pretty good work and I thought he was a honest person but I found out what kind of person he truly is. Don't waste your time and money .Service: Body & Trim

My wife and I wanted new cars. I started to price the cars we wanted and I was in sticker shock. I stumbled upon this company and I am so thankful. I met Paris. He helped us with everything. I bought a new Acura MDX and a new Acura TLX. Both cars had been in accidents. I was able to see photos of the cars before the reapairs. The repairs were fabulous. Both cars look showroom new and he saved me a fortune. My wife started crying when she got her new Acura TLX...she was so happy. Paris is honest and trustworthy.
