I was in today and picked up a new 2024 Honda Ruckus. Juan was my salesman and he was awesome to work with! He made the entire experience easy and answered all my questions and helped me load it in my brother s truck! I would highly recommend asking for him if you stop in! I ll definitely be back in for parts and routine service.

Bought a Ruckus here. Everyone was nice. Max was the salesperson. He explained how things worked and what was required for the state of PA. After purchase and inspection of the bike, he took me outside and went over the controls and such. Really love this scoot. I feel like Sweet Chuck from the Police Academy movies. lol.

My experience with East Coast Cycle Center was beyond exceptional. I was trying to find a Honda Trail 125 for quite a while, but there was no availability in Massachusetts, where I live. I discovered one online at East Coast Cycle Center and contacted them in December.I was very fortunate that Juan was the one who got back to me. From the very first conversation, he was helpful, informative and did everything he could to help me get this motorcycle that I so desperately wanted. He worked closely with me, responding to my texts and walking me through what turned out to be an excellent experience.When I called, I was nervous that I would not be viewed as a serious buyer since I was so far away. However, Juan made me feel as valued as if I was at the showroom in person.He worked with me to arrange a pick up time and welcomed me warmly when I arrived when they opened at 10am.My Trail 125 was ready to go and this was critical because we had a 5 hour drive home and a snowstorm was forecasted start in a few hours.Juan was responsive to our concerns and the whole process was smooth and professional. The paperwork was processed efficiently and Juan also made sure he explained all the features and operational aspects of the Trail 125, answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had. As an older woman who is returning to riding, I was impressed with the sincere treatment and respect I received from Juan.Juan loaded the bike quickly and did a fabulous job securing it in the back of our pick up truck. It did not move an inch during our entire trip home. He even asked us to text him to let him know when we got home safely!This was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had making a large purchase, and I credit Juan for making it so. Thank you East Coast Cycle Center!

Juan Hernandez, help my husband and I from the beginning to the end. I came in , in a mood and he made the visit worth while! My husband left with a bike, I left in a better mood! He also helped with an old claim I previously had! He is also very knowledgeable! He knows his stuff!!!!!

I just purchased a 2023 Can Am Maverick XRS RR from East Coast Cycle Center and it was a fantastic experience. I also had several parts installed before picking up my SXS and everything went very smooth. Shout out to Juan my salesman, Mike the parts manager and the guys in service for making a fantastic experience. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I recently purchased a motorcycle from this dealership and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they went out of their way to ensure that I found the perfect bike for me. The entire process was seamless and stress-free, from the initial test ride to the final paperwork. The dealership even offered me a great deal on accessories and gear to go with my new bike. East coast cycles did not help me get a rykers upon being approved by bank they still wanted 3650 down is this place just trying to make money off customers with hidden fees I can t believe this the motorcycle is $7999 to buy straight up so if I put $3650 + $227.72 a month for 60 months you end paying $17,283.20 + insurance no way Jose that s a new car for a can am stay away from this place highway robbery not a place where customers are appreciated or welcome so left empty handed never going back will check New Jersey a friend recommended a rykers dealer there he said the take care of all so google it 38 minutes from Philadelphia and no high finance fees

Purchased a brand new Honda Crf 450 from East Coast Cycles. Purchased the bike from Juan. Took the bike out for my first ride and the bike broke down within the first hour of riding it. Contacted East Coast Cycles numerous times who failed to contact me back. I had to contact a separate dealership who honored the bikes 30 day warranty.

Got my first new motorcycle from East Coast in May. They were awesome when it came to purchasing my bike. Rob even help me load my gsxr into the trailer. The experience itself would make me come back and the bike is perfect.

Highly recommend east coast cycle center. Max was awesome and easy to deal with in the process of buying the machine and they weren't marking the vehicles up or real pushy like every dealer in NJ was with me. Other dealers tried selling me their leftovers that they couldn't sell. Everything went exactly how they said it would with no problems. I actually got my machine a month sooner then expected. Juan was very helpful answering questions when max was off. Mike in parts was very knowledgeable about what parts would fit with the other parts I was buying. Mike the sales manager was very nice and came out to give me pointers when I was loading up the machine. Overall it was a great company n I will be sending everyone I know there. I will definitely going back there for what ever parts and accessories I need.

One of the best buying experiences of my life. I worked with Mike Salvatico buying two Sea Doo GTX skis. They made it super straightforward and convenient even in a crazy ski market. I feel great about my purchase and know I didn t get taken advantage of. He stayed in contact with me while the skis were being built and walked me through all the updates and mechanics of them when they arrived. If you want an honest buying experience with some seriously knowledgeable people -> GO HERE!

Hola! I just had to share how AMAZING my experience was with Juan (Papi) and the whole team at ECC. I started at another dealer first thing in the morning, was treated rudely and traveled almost an hour to ECC. Juan greeted me so wonderfully, listened to what I wanted and didn't try to steer me to anything else, but rather made what I wanted happen!I purchased a 2021 Can AM Spyder RT Limited and I am in LOVE! Mike in service helped me pick out the most perfect helmet and communications system - he even set it up perfect for me!All in all, I highly recommend this dealership, it's staff, killer inventory and top notch treatment for all around amazing service.100% Diva Approved!

East Coast Cycle Center has a wide variety of motor sports for your liking and add ons. The customer service is on point and I cannot stress enough the fact that they take serious COVID safety regulations. I had one of a kind experience and Max Shuster did everything and all to make me feel welcomed and satisfied with my shopping experience. Plus his excellent service helped me to take the bike I wanted. Wujuuuuuuu!!! I give it a 100/100.Maxxxxxx I m sorry I didn t get to post this review earlier cause of all that I had going on but, YOU ROCK!!!

Whatever you do, dont buy anything here. I bought one and they cant produce title or registration for the vehicle. And the Ms Leann Young will call explaining how its your fault she lost the paperwork you provided at delivery. Customer service is horrendous. Shame sales guy was great. Bike was better. But I cant ride it because they cant process registration. One star because you cant leave zero

We have had multiple issues with this place. All of them were a result of the dealer prep installed accessories (key programming, reserve battery not hooked up to main battery, audio system wiring not weather protected, master switch, etc. They will not support you after the sale of their products. On top of that they price gouge their customers. Avoid!!!

We were very disappointed in their customer service. We purchased several motorcycles from them since the 1990's and we purchased 2 brand new 2016 SeaDoos from them. We have since decided to sell the SeaDoos and called East Coast to possibly sell them for us. We were told to bring the titles in and we will buy them from us. We took the titles in and then were told we had to bring the seaDoos in for their inspection to give us a accurate price. We got them out of the water, on the trailer, cleaned them up and trailered them in, as requested. When I arrived I took the titles in and they gave me a quote without even looking at them! It was a ridiculously low quote. We paid $32,000 for everything - the complete package, double trailer, etc - they only have 65 hours on them and we hardly ever used them. They are always cleaned, serviced, and maintained, in no accidents or damaged in any way. They are garage kept during the winter months. They offered us $8,000, without even going out to look at them - after telling us we had to bring them in!I know they are going to turn around and resell them but why did they have to try and price gouge us?

Had my 2017 Can am spyder Daytona F3s serviced here great place as a auto mechanic myself I would say there service was excellent this is where I definitely will come for now on if you have a spyder or Ryker I definitely recommend

Mike C was extremely friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. My husband and I were purchasing full face helmets. I have never wore a full face helmet and was extremely nervous and scared. He eased all my fears, was very patience, and gave me so much information regarding each type of helmet I felt safe and confident. We purchased Bell helmets. l am very happy with our experience at East Coast Cycle Center and it is all because of Mike C!!!

Will was great to work with. East Coast Cycle was the only dealer in the area that had the exact model I wanted in stock. Since I was 82 miles away, Will and I we were able to work out the deal using email then some phone calls to work out the final details. He was straight forward and very helpful. I certainly appreciated not having to travel that far without knowing it would happen. When I got there, everything was ready to go. Great buying experience!

We had a very positive experience at East Coast Cycle, from the initial phone call for information about in-stock units to finalizing our purchase. Our salesperson Juan was outstanding. He was personable and knowledgeable, and went the extra step multiple times to exceed our expectations. For example, to help us get the feel for the true color of one of the bikes, he cleaned several areas of one that was outside. He also took us to the new arrivals storage area and opened one of the crates to let us see the color of another unit we were interested in. Juan told us the pros and cons of different models we were considering which was very helpful. He has tremendous follow-through and attention to detail, and kept us updated through texts, phone calls and emails. He even sent us multiple pictures of the bike when the assembly was complete. He was everything we could have hoped for in a salesperson and then some.We were also very pleased with our experience with the employees working at the parts and accessories counter as well as the person handling the special financing. Every person we came in contact with was very friendly and accommodating. The product we purchased was uncrated, assembled and in showroom-quality in less than 24 hours. Kudos to Juan and the assembly crew in making that happen.

Friendly and professional customer service. Put a deposit down on an in stock, Pioneer 1000-5 with Vineland, NJ based dealer and when I was driving back there to pick it up, I was informed that they sold it to someone else?? Called East Coast and the experience was night and day. East Coast Cycle staff was very friendly and professional from start to finish!! Very much worth the small commute. In addition, they seem to have a solid inventory of equipment and gear!

Wish I could put 0 stars! I went to see a ryker or spyder and was never acknowledged! I was there for 30 minutes and sat on a few different bikes and not once was I asked if I needed help. No one even said hello! Salesmen were gathered talking and service people walked by several times. I was very offended and will take my business elsewhere
