My long time mechanic retired in 2021. I have been to 5 different mechanics since and not returned a second time. I read the reviews for Alexander's Automotive and made appointment. The owner and staff were knowledgeable , efficient and honest.I was kept informed the whole time .My questions were answered and there was no pressure to sell me things I didn't need.It was a good experience and I will be going back again !

I had a State Inspection, oil change, and a set of tires for my car. I found the service to be great with good communication and very fair prices. I would recommend Alexanders to anyone who needs their automobile serviced.

Very thorough. I drove away knowing that I got the best understanding of the condition of my car and the quality service that all car owners deserve. Highly recommend Alexander's Automotive. And it is a very nice environment to wait for your car as well. Pleasant all around.

This is the most honest and customer-friendly auto shop I've ever used! Super fast service, honest service recommendations, reminder emails, and friendly & helpful customer service make such a difference! From the moment Shane answers the phone until the completion of your service experience, it is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Keep up the great work!

About a month or so ago Alexanders installed four new tires on my vehicle. They also performed an alignment. Recently my vehicle started drifting to the right. I brought it in and Alexanders performed another alignment - at no cost! How great is that!? I am not a local, but needed a quick check for a tire issue. Called Alexander's and Shane told me to bring in my car and they would help me out. Shane was at the desk when I arrived and was very helpful and friendly. Technician made sure my car was safe to drive, which is exactly what I needed to know. Very kind staff and will be my go to garage when I am down in this area.Service: Tires

As always, Alexander's Automotive took great care of my car's repair in a very timely manner. I am particularly impressed with the patience shown to me when I ask questions as well as the way my car's issues are explained to me. I don't like to show up without an appointment, but my 'check engine' light was flashing and I thought it best to drive straight there. Knowing they were very busy, it was a pleasant surprise that my car's issue was handled as quickly as it was.

My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles to this location for about a year now mostly for oil changes/maintainance and are very satisifed with the level of service and professionalism! The quality of work done is top notch at fair prices. I recently had a misfiring issue with my 2016 Honda Civic and the issue was handled perfectly. My car with over 200,000 miles on it runs like new! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Great Service!What a great first impression of Alexander s. Butch was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. Love the scheduling app and access to service history. I do a lot of my own car maintenance and repair and can tell that Butch is an honest shop owner. Also, nice to be giving business to a fellow Archbishop Ryan grad! Thanks!

Alexander's was highly recommended by someone who has used the services of this clean, well-maintained automotive repair shop. I was greeted very politely on my first phone call as well as throughout my dealings with them. My concerns regarding my car were worrisome to me, but not by Alexander's personnel. They explained the findings to me but I was totally confused (of course!). The mechanic agreed to speak with my grandson who is in the automotive field. I was assured that the repairs were necessary and that the price was fair and reasonable. My car now runs great thanks to the work Alexander's did. I was also concerned whether my Lexus was worth the money for repairs and Alexander's response matched that of my grandson. A last-century car for a last-century driver seems appropriate! Was referred to Alex Auto and I found Clean shop, quality service, reasonable prices and great communication with Butch and Shane. Can keep track of service history online and also make appointments online. After first appointment, I never went to another shop. I went there for getting fixed of Touareg flex pipe crack which was diagnosed by VW dealership.They said that it is not repairable and needs to be replaced they have estimated $2000 to $3000.I said I cannot get it done for this price. they charged me diagnoses fee for the car which was diagnosed. They have looked with a flash light and charged $68.I already knew what needs to be fixed. I thought it could be cheaper than dealership.This is rip-off place(.)

Had my first appointment with this business to check on some squeaking brakes. Not only were they able to identify the real issue and fix it the same day, but they also got my vehicle caught up with multipoint inspections and an oil change. They arranged an Uber for me to get home when it became known that it was going to take longer than initially expected, and arranged a return trip to the shop when it was completed. I felt very informed about what was going on with my vehicle, and the estimate was very close to the final price. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

There's not a thing I would ever change about the way these guys do business. Their customer service and communication is ALWAYS top notch. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is always high quality. Butch the owner really went the extra mile finding me the perfect price/performance tires for my 2013 Avalon that far exceeded my handling and road noise expectations and weren't priced near the top end of the spectrum. Shane is also aces to deal with. He has always kept me informed about any service work and presented me with options when there are choices to be made. These guys deliver on quality and dependability - 2 factors at the top of my list when it comes to keeping my car running. The fact that they're honest and easy to work with also make this an A+ shop. If you live anywhere near Bensalem, and need any service work done on your vehicles, you really ought to let the guys at Alexander's give you top notch service for your car and you as a customer. Consider this a 6 star rating because they exceed in every expectation imaginable. Thank you guys & keep up the excellent work!

The BEST! Brought my Honda Odyssey mini van to Alexander s Auto after my previous mechanic could not properly fix the issue with my power steering. So happy I did!! Excellent communication and prompt service. My van is fixed!!! Thank you. I ll definitely be returning for my family s vehicles service needs.

I went here because of the great reviews but 2 weeks ago I came here at 8am and as soon as I walk in the door Shane at the service desk gave me a hard time when I said I had a extended warranty. He said did I bring the paper work I said I brought the phone# and the code. And he said well we might not be able to fix your air conditioner till next month. What October I won't need my air by then I thought but I didn't say anything and I left. Well it cost me $453 and it just got freon. I used it once and not working again. She I went back today and still not fixed. The owner Butch was really nice but the guy Shane was very rude and never apologized. So I won't be going back. And my air conditioner still not fixed for $453 I'm disabled so that is alot of money for me. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 0 is because I thought the owner was very nice. And I'm a nice person but I'm tired of people being rude and not apologizing for their rude behavior.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Setting up the appointment was easy, everyone was polite, they called when they said, had the car ready when they said, and even offered to pick me up when it was done. Alexander s provides great service and we will definitely continue giving them our business.

Alex and Shaun are great, they did good and honest work for a reasonable price. It is good to have a garage and mechanic you can trust. Shaun went above and beyond the brake work I asked for, finding a broken exhaust pipe bracket that I would hear rattle when I drove. He showed me the break and asked if I wanted him to spot weld it. Thank's Shaun.The shop impressed me too, latest technology, multiple lifts and bays, several mechanics. They are even set up on the internet so customers can track service history on their car. I like that.For those that remember, the shop at this location used to be D&Z and Denny and Ziggy were good and honest owners and the mechanics that I used for decades for anything I couldn't do myself. I trusted them completely with my car. Denny retired and sold the facility to Alexander's.Based on my experience today, I believe Alexander's will be offering me the service I expect from a shop for my car. That is people that are honest and feel I can trust and can do good reliable work.5 Stars, keep up the good work.

Was happy with the service writer and the work.Was happy with the service writer and the work done by the tech. The shop and waiting room are clean and have a professional appearance. Also liked being asked if I needed a ride anywhere. The bill / repair order was thoroughly itemized and easy to read. Will be back.
