All the employees at that store nice and very helpful and knowledgeable about everything that they sell I definitely would suggest to go to that store because they are very helpful and made my life so much easier

The young man Terrance working the fronts desk is the whole reason I m writing this review. He helped us find what we were looking for and had an AMAZING attitude and personality! I usually don t review places but I felt like I needed to give him a shout out.

The employees here are so clueless, and always messing around, theres no management at all, like someone already mentioned they should be working at GameStop instead. I don t even bother going here anymore since auto zone is right down the street, go there the employees are very smart and will definitely help you out.

GoodTo answer your question, I was in the store for about 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledge my presence. They were debating (very loud) about Android vs iPhone. Making jokes and all leaning at the counter. I even had to wait for about 1-2 minute before they will call me to pay, since they were still talking. I left 4 stars because I founded what I was looking for... otherwise it would be a 2... I hope this helps your leadership team !

Wouldn't let me return 2 wipers cause I paid cash and didn't get them from this store. Asked for district manager number and said they can't give it to me. Asked managers name and he replied back real rude (it's mike that's all you need to know) after calling old district manager (Jon young) and had him call store they said it's cause they don't have enough cash in the draw. $31.50 if they don't have that how could they operate a store? Jon even seemed like he knew they were full of it. And to top it off all the guys were laughing in the background and another employee walking in gave me a dirty look. Putting a call in to corporate and letting them know what kind of employees are working and representing the store at the bensalem street rd location. With being so close to the store I will gladly take my business to autozone or pepboys. Just so happened I was near a advanced auto in the next town over and got the wrong size blades and figured no big deal i have a advanced auto near the house. . When I go to a autozone or a pepboys you can see the difference in customer service and attitude it's all better. With that being said I will never step in the advanced auto on street rd and I will share my experience every chance I get so the locals know just drive a mile in either direction to get quality service.

pretty much on point .... only issue i dont care much for is the website directs me to jersey locations which is not the location's problem< more so coporate?> ... i even update to the bensalem <street rd> location everytime but it doesnt take

Bought the wrong product by mistake. Came back the next day with the receipt and was told they dont take back anything electrical. Worst return policy. Left my stuff on the counter I'm sure they will re sell it. Thankyou for nothing.

Had a fantastic visit there today. Order the battery to be picked up curbside. They installed the battery in my car. They were having trouble with a terminal that connected to the battery not coming loose. So they replaced the terminal also. I had to pay for the terminal, but they installed it on the spot which was perfect.

Let me start out by saying I am a mechanic with my own business. Now that being said, it's the commercial part of sales that this review applies to. I have been going here for years, and have seen a few people come and go but for the most part have always kept knowledgeable, loyal, and quality employees. I never have a problem with returns or honoring their warranties for free replacements on defective parts (it happens no matter the brand or store). The people are usually pleasant and happy to help and have gone out of their way to help their customers. Since I've been shopping there for so many years, I've gotten to know the upper level management (DM's & CM's) which are just as great.The parts are very reasonably priced, and offer high quality well known brands. The tools available (including the rental) are decent quality and I have little complaints... they do have cheaper tools too, but if in the industry, they can be easily distinguished. Hope the store with the people stick around for a while... rare for me to say with the chain store industry.

Purchase brake pads front &rear rode around with them for months finally needed to use them fronts were wrong the guy would take them back not even store credit said he could go back to july ? & look up offered my card i used nope ..i was a great cust work on alot of cars always go there. Not any. More

Not really happy at all with the service manager ..I paid with a debit, the product failed. I returned the item and asked for cash back as I'm entitled to per original tender..DEBIT=CASH back per their posted returning guidelines that he even pointed out to...He said item over $20 (store policy) had to be returned to the card....He rushed the transaction and left the register...I looked at the policy and it clearly stated my entitlement to a cash return....This guy lied his butt off and I promptly called customer service to which they verified my complaint. He didn't know what he was talking about.made a fool.out of himself. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days for my $ to post to my bank. Not cool... O'REILLY'S has a new customer now..

Your typical auto place. Great selection and helpful employees but only problem is the prices. Most of the items can be found cheaper elsewhere but it depends on what item you're looking for.Other than that this location is fine and will most likely get what your looking for.

My battery was bad and still under warranty so I asked for a replacement. The guy said the battery was fine but the alternator was bad. My on board diagnostics never flagged the alternator! I said again to just replace the battery. He argued again so I got loud. He replaced the battery and I drove home. My next door neighbor is a mechanic and he brought home his diagnosic equipment. He ran full diagnostics and said there was nothing wrong with the alternator! Advance Auto tried to sell me something I didn't need. BEWARE!!!

The guys that work in the Bensalem location have no clue about auto parts. Sold me the wrong part and tried to tell me it was correct when I clearly told them there was a difference... These guys should be working at Game Stop instead of here!!!!!

I bought my battery from advance because they give a 3 yr warranty BUT they put it in my car but didnt tighten the positive part of the battery down and few days later my alarm started going off ALL NIGHT. so had to take it to dealer and when i said just changed battery they ckecked and guess what? They found it was loose battery and charged me 30.00 to fix problem. I went to advance and was told to come back in 2 days and talk to mgr. I wont buy anything there again

Went in to get battery tested. Seemed like I was bothering the guy came out tested, and said he couldn't tell if I needed a battery.

Given a faulty part, then replaced with an open package that was missing items.I really don't care to return as long as Mike works there. He treats customers like idiots, is very unfriendly, has no interest in actually helping anyone.

No knowledge on something as simple as a battery. Tried to find every excuse to not change my battery. I already knew which one I wanted to purchase b/c I did the research. Go down the road to Autozone. They'll help you out!

Could be 4 or 5 stars if the counter associates were trained better and had higher IQs. Otherwise, they usually have what you need or can have it for you within a couple hours.

Ordered my parts online about 10:00 PM. Just had to show the confirmation email and sign the receipt. Total time in store was less than 5 minutes.
