This service department is a joke. My 2019 Ranger had transmission issues. They had the truck for a week and said nothing was wrong. I had to take it to another Ford dealer who ended up replacing the transmission. Total waste of time. Made another appointment for my Explorer and they ordered the wrong part which took another day to fix. Then they way overcharged for the replacement part and labor without even apologizing for error.

All of the folks that work here are super great and knowledgeable! They genuinely care about providing the best service they can for you. Every time I ve gone to them, they ve been nothing but kind and professional. I ve NEVER left this place unsatisfied. You guys are terrific!!Also major shout out to Alana at the front desk! She is so friendly and goes above and beyond for her customers! She kept me updated about any services my vehicle might need (but wasn t pushy about anything like you can sometimes find at other auto shops) and even made me aware of my FordPass points, which saved me SO much money on my service today. YOU ROCK ALANA!Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

The SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT is not worthy of 1 star. I was told it was a 2 day job but 3 weeks later it was not even started. This is not a place I would recommend for service. They lack organization and integrity.

Great place great people and they worked with me for about 2 days I recommend anyone to do business thanks guys I ll be back again
