Took my car here to get a routine oil change and tire rotation. They proceeded to break off one of my lug nuts then said they couldn t fix it. They then told me I would have to get my vehicle towed to a shop. I had to talk them into immediately paying for the Tow and then they claimed they were sorry and don t know what they were doing . I then said what do I do about repair costs? They claimed I could just call them and they would cover the costs however I ve been on the phone a day with them now arguing about when they re going to pay for the repairs to the damages that THEY caused to my vehicle. Nightmare scenario I will never shop here again.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

They are awesome. Scott squeezed me right in and was super nice. Walked me out and showed me everything that was wrong and told me what I needed to do. Definitely recommend!

They destroyed 1 ATV wheel and scratched another but they got my tires installed in a pinch and I was able to get out and enjoy. I had to buy beadlocks anyway I guess..

First off don t pay attention to some of these negative reviews. 1.). They are probably shills from other shops. 2.). Many people are very ignorant when it comes to tires. 3.). People don t understand that vehicles today NEED THE CORRECT SIZED TIRES. You can t just put on a bigger size you have to mod the vehicle so you can put on a bigger size and not every shop wants to deal with all of that.They don t get the fact that when a tire has new tread on one side and cords showing on the other that it is not because of the tire wearing badly it s because they have a car that has poor mechanics. Also tires are basically you get what you pay for. A cheap tire isn t always the best way to go because many cheap tires have poor tread, poor traction, and poor tread wear. Tires like that you ll be lucky to get even 10,000 miles on them.These guys are very good at what they do. Just cut people some slack as we are at the tail end of a pandemic and staffing is still light. It s recommend this shop to anyone. 1st trip 1.5 hours only to find out 2 of the 4 tires came in wrong. Refunded me for the 2 and told me that I have to reorder 2. Then the new order showed delayed. Called them and they did come in. Schedule another appointment and ask for a oil change as well. Get there tires got installed but not oil change done. Just paid the and LeftService: TiresService: Tires

Let me start by saying I went on a Tuesday morning around 11am (I was told the weekends are jammed packed): The service here was wonderful. In all it took about a hour to have both an oil change and my tires rotated. The staff was very nice and I felt good knowing that I could trust the staff with my car. As a woman I find it hard to go into places to get my car serviced on because I feel like some companies are trying to scam me into unnecessary purchases. Today I didn't feel that at all--Again, thank you walmart for such a great discount and service! I'll see you all again in another 5,000 miles!!

Got new tires and an oil change today. It took a little longer than they said, but they were always keeping me up to date. Its winter time in Pennsyvania. This is to be expected.The staff was very friendly. The price was good. Would definitely go back again. Highly recommend to anyone who wants decent customer service with a little wait.

I showed up at 6:30. It says they close at 8. They told me they don t take orders past 6. I only needed one tire balanced that wasn t even attached to a car. Plus on top of it I had to wait 15 minutes just for the cashier to acknowledge I was even standing there.

I bought tires from Wal-Mart Pirelli cost almost 700.00 only lasted 4,000 miles and they wouldn't give me new tires, Pirelli said they never honor warentees, don't buy them there. They also scratched my rim up very badly, said it wasn't there fault, it would review tape from camera said they would call me in 2 days, still waiting for call a month or more later...

The service was horriable..they break things and refuse to repair it. After causing a big seen they finally said they would cover the cost. These people should get paid commission and not hourly because the take the time. They said it would be 1 to 1 and half hours and it turned to be 2 and half hours..I will never come to Walmart for any of my vehicles again. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!

Had issue with tire, they accommodated me immediately. Cheapest service around, only $10 for a flat repair. Will be back for sure.

Wouldn't put tires on that I brought after being quoted over the phone for tie install with my own tires. Had me wait an hour before telling me they wouldn't put my tires on.
