Doesn't even deserve a star! I just called for information, to make an appointment (which fyi, they only do walk ins) and the lady on the phone was the rudest customer service person I've ever encountered in my life, full of attitude plus she yelled at me. I shouldn't have to feel stupid for asking questions and it would've been nice to have been listened to.

Horrible customer service. They are short with you. Not friendly at all, and just down right unprofessional. I was there one time 15 min before close and had a lady run to the door to lock it, preventing me from entering. Never in my life have I seen a employee of any establishment do something like that. They put you on hold over the phone make you wait and then hang up on you after have wasting your time. The list goes on unfortunately. Have done business here about 6 times but not anymore everytime is just unpleasant. Would recommend just doing your business else where.

I scheduled an appointment online through the Joe Fidas website especially for the Belle Vernon office only to get there at the exact time, with all parties involved to be told. We do not take online appointments, I do not know what cite you were on, but we do not take online appointments, you have to sign your name and leave your number and we ll call you when it s your turn. Really, which site did I go on??? The cite I m leaving this review on, that s the one! Granted, I did not get a call back, but did show up regardless as to not miss the appointment. And the kicker is I received an update that said that my session had expired ! WOW!And my apologies to the pleasant girl waiting outside the door for my not so pleasant language on my way out!

Save yourself some money and from aggravation by going anywhere else, even if you have to go out of your way. Their prices are outrageous and they prefer to be paid in cash only. You can use a card for a 4% fee or use the conveniently placed atm (with surcharges) to get cash out. Their customer service skills are subpar.

I would give one star but I only interacted once. I called just to ask a simple question, literally one question and the woman on the phone spoke as if it was common knowledge, and just plain rude. Almost like it was a real inconvenience just to answer the phone.

I have had to go here twice. Once for a notary for out of state papers and then a second time to get my truck registered into Pennsylvania. They were very professional and friendly throughout the whole process and helped me every step of the way with the process of getting my truck registered and even how to go about getting a drivers license in the state of Pennsylvania before I could get my truck registered. I highly recommend!

I walked in with my roommate to transfer his car into my name and get it registered because his license was suspended for 3 months and we needed to get the thing legal with inspection asap so it was the only option. I explained the situation to the miserable old bat and she sat me with a real sweet young girl who just started as she watched over it. She asked the questions and all and I said I bought the car for a dollar, and the girl said we can just say it was gifted for an easier process. Who doesn't like simpler things? We went through the whole process and got it signed over, and it all seemed great. Getting ready to get up and go and the old bat says "you gifted it over while his license was suspended right? The suspension with the car is transferred over to you until the original duration of the suspension is over." No sympathy, nothing. It was as if she intentionally allowed this girl to make this mistake so she would see the results first hand at my expense. Loved the girl, but the old woman screwed me real bad.

WOW! Is all I can say! Never had the most horrible service I had than coming here!!! Some of the worst customer service is all they could offer. All employees get sidetracked from anyone and make the customers wait extremely long times because they can t even stay focused. Poor quality service and attention to customer. ZERO STAR RATING.

We had a great experience in Belle Vernon! We had a complicated situation being out of state. Pat was so good to us-explaining the problem and having patience. All the ladies in the office were helpful, funny and kind!

Misspelled the name Jacob and my address on my car registration and refuse to fix it. Not only that, they are incredibly rude when you try to call them.

Called ahead to make an appointment, told no appointments needed, just come in. Get there and told there are several people in front of us, that we had to wait. Didnt have time to wait. Would've gladly made the appointment instead of going through a run around...

Wouldnt take my proof of valid insurance to transfer truck and plate it said it had to be added on policy first no it does not u have 14 days

I was so pleased with the service I rceived here. The ladies were so pleasant and knowledgeable. I actually transferred/registered two cars in the same day. Excellent, friendly service.

Depends on who waits on you as to how it will go. A few are very rude and could not care less and a few are okay. Also sometimes they are wrong on what they tell you.
