I cannot offer enough praise for all the staff at the service center. Five hours into a cross-country trip, I noticed a grinding noise at low speed, worse when I tapped the brakes. Concerned about my brake pads, I found these guys an hour away, called and explained my situation. Vinny was remarkably helpful, telling me to bring it in and they would help as quickly as possible to get me on my way. I was about 20 minutes out (trying not to use my brakes) when Vinny called back to verify they had the parts for my break pads and rotors.When I arrived, they welcomed me and my dog (with whom I was traveling), and quickly took my car into the back. I was nervous the noise was potentially not the brakes and that the mechanics would need to look around, but Vinny assured me they would make sure the car was safe to drive the rest of my trip. He told me there was a small diagnostics fee (~$30) that would be waived if they found the issue which was fine by me.With an hour before close, they found that the caliper on my back brakes had seized, essentially destroying the back rotors and completely decimating the pads. They had the rotors but needed to get the calipers in. Originally, they expected it would take till the morning to get the part (and quickly got me set up with a loaner if I needed to get to a hotel) but they were able to call the parts center and get it delivered within 20 minutes. They finished the repair 10 minutes before they closed and it sounded perfect. I made it to the hotel I booked and my trip was saved!Everyone was so empathetic, kind, and helpful! Rotors are always a pricier repair but the cost was beyond reasonable (especially since I was in and out in 45 minutes) and the administrative staff made sure I knew all my payment options. Even though this Honda is states away from me, I may make a point to stop by for an oil change during my next road trip. You guys are the absolute best!!!
