We have always used their truck repair center but in the last year they have went downhill quickly. We left our truck there and they had 2 weeks to look at it as we were going on vacation. They told us it needed spark plugs and a fuel filter.They charged us 886.00 which was ridiculous. After we returned we went to pick it up and they said the plugs didn't fix it and they hadn't had time to look at it again. After another week and numerous calls to them they looked at it and told me it needed a catalytic converter. I told them don't do any other work. When we went to look at it there were hoses thrown on the seat?? They had just replaced our exhaust hoses 4 months prior. They didn't even put the hoses back on. We were selling the truck and every person who looked at it said $900 is a ridiculous price for an fuel filter and spark plugs and they should have put the hoses back on and not throw them across the seat. They had a misc charge that was close to 700.00 and when we asked what it was we were told it was for them diagnosing it?? $ 900.00 and the truck was in worse shape then when we brought it in. It was starting and shutting off and now doesn't start at all.We will be finding another truck center to fix our trucks since we bought a new one. There was another customer there screaming that they charged him 20 thousand dollars without notifying him of anything and that his warranty covered none of it. I mean he was mad. It was a very bad day for those people. No one was happy.We're done with them after 20 years. There's new management and the communication is horrible

Cost us but I know the rv was repaired right. Drove a lot better than when it went in.
