I brought my car here after 7 failed attempts from Jim Shorkey to fix a rear window. Not only did they have a solution within a day, they were highly informed and had a plan for fixing my window. Easy job, but apparently too much for Shorkey. Great work, nice people, what more can be said.

I can honestly say that purchasing our new Kia was a pleasant experience. Our salesperson Mike took all the order information and a couple days later informed me that Kia wasn t currently taking orders for the Sportage hybrid but he had one coming in the trim and color we ordered. So within two weeks we had our vehicle. So far we couldn t be happier with the vehicle.

I ordered an SX-P Sportage in November and I lucked out that it came in fast! Just over a month. My whole car buying experience here was how I wish it would be everywhere. I originally set out to buy this vehicle in OH but EVERY OH dealership was ripping people off with very high markups. C Harper Kia quoted me a fair price, and I was willing to drive the 150 miles for it. My salesman Kevin was amazing to work with, very responsive and provided me any information I requested. He was on vacation the day I picked up the vehicle but Pete filled in and made the pickup very smooth. He gave me a solid rundown of the vehicle's features and made sure I was set up with all the car connectivity. The business office was great too! I walked in, signed my documents in about 15 minutes, and went back to checking out my new ride. When I drove off, I almost felt like I was missing something or needed to do more because of how fast and smooth they made this process. I want to thank all of the staff I worked with here, this car was my gift to myself for retiring from the military after 24 years and I couldn't be happier! I plan to visit the Pittsburgh area again in the upcoming months and will definitely bring my vehicle in for routine service while I'm in town! If I lived in the area you'd be my one stop shop for everything. Highly recommended this dealership!

This has been the best experience I've had at a dealership. Everyone thinks they're usually prepared going in ready to purchase a car, but Vince was ready for me and had a selection lined up for me based briefly on what I told him over the phone of what I was willing to pay.I highly recommend CHarper Ford/Kia. The service and communication couldn't have been better, and still is. I'm also willing to make another future purchase based off of the comfortable experience. Oh, and be sure to service your vehicle there after purchase! Everyone treats you like family.

First they tell me that I don t have a warranty & I leave!! Then my husband calls them & my non warranty mysteriously appears!! I was at 67,000 miles & warranty was for 100,000 mile!! So I take it back into them!! Mind you, my husband is a mechanic of 30 years & says it s my wheel bearing!! Their mechanic calls me after I drop it off & says that 2 of their men took it for a drive & all they heard was my tires rubbing & wanted me to get new tires and an alignment for over $1,000!! mind you, my tires are newer!! I told them absolutely not & went to pick up my car!! They did absolutely nothing for me!! I m sure they never even looked at my wheel bearing cause he said that once I rectified the tire rubbing noise then maybe they would be able to hear what the problem was!!

Pick up and dropped off as planned. It is a great service that C Harper provides especially for those of us with just one vehicle. It really helped not having to wait at the dealership for the recall and 50,000 maintenance to be completed. Thank you again C Harper

I wrecked my car in front of this Kia dealership back in February. Since I own a Kia, I thought it was convenient how it happened. But I really wish I would of considered other options because I will never return here again. They had my car for 1 month and called to say my car would be fixed soon. Then called again to tell me they forgot to order another part which was necessary to drive. I understand parts are on back order, but seeing it wasn t my fault, I was hoping to get a loaner car or some kind of help because my insurance only covered my rental for 30 days. But they had nothing so I paid out of pocket for 2 months for a rental, which was not cheap. Then they called me to ask if I wanted my brakes done while I was waiting for my car. So I agreed to give them that service as well. I asked for an oil change also, which never got done. Then when my car was finally done I went to pick it up after they closed because I couldn t afford another day of a rental car and 3 parts were still visibly damaged. I included the images of how I received my car back after they fixed it. I just bought this car in December 2021 (it s a 2021 Kia) so it should be in almost perfect condition but as you can see, it was not. These parts were included on my estimate and were not ordered or even touched but were paid for through insurance. When I called they told me they couldn t help me. So I called my adjuster who called them and handled the situation. I got my car back because it was drivable, but I had to wait another month to fix my car. But while waiting that month, I did not receive any updates. I had to make the phone call to ask if my parts were in (which they were) but they were going to call me the following week because they were busy. I know everyone is busy but I felt like I wasn t a priority at all even knowing I was upset. Then when I finally left this place, my check engine light came on. I called and they told me it would go off. It still never has so it will be serviced elsewhere. Poor poor customer service and communication throughout this shop. I should of never received my car back damaged after 3 months of having it. And I even gave them more business than I should of (with them fixing my brakes and forgetting my oil change). I will never recommend this place to anyone. It was more stressful than any other place I ve dealt with.

We wanted to purchase a used Work Truck from C Harper Kia. We live about an hour away from the dealership so we were speaking with sales via the phone and emailing information back and forth. We expressed that we wanted this vehicle so we sent over our credit application and pictures of our trade. We did received a quote from the salesperson we have been working with. It included our trade in value and an estimate on what our monthly loan payments would be. Soon after the salesperson reached out stating the truck was just sold.

Definitely would not recommend having your vehicle serviced here. I brought my 2020 Kia Sportage (which I recently bought at C. Harper) for an oil change, 30k miles recommended service, and windshield wiper replacement. My vehicle was ready for pick up in under 2 hours, which was great, but that was probably because the service had been extremely low quality. My oil was still low, even though I paid for 5 quarts, my brake fluid cap was missing causing nearly half of the fluid to be wasted, and other fluids had not been topped off as promised. I paid $361 for my services ($170 was just for the labor), so I expected the highest quality of work. I was extremely disappointed with C. Harper, and I will not be returning.

This was my return visit to buyout my lease and like the first visit everything was beyond excellent. Both visits, Mike Hamwey was a pleasure to deal with, he goes over everything in detail, and had things organized and ready to go on my arrival so I was not losing a day at the dealer. If you are looking for a new vehicle I recommend C Harper. They also have a great set of apps for the phone that come in handy for service. Thank you Mike!!!

Finally found a dealership with the car we wanted and went through the process. Things seemed fine and we drove 4 hours each way to get the car, TWICE. During the purchasing process, we noticed a lack of communication. It was slow and he didn't seem knowledgeable when asked questions about the vehicle. Customer service after the purchase was the primary reason for the rating. We felt that the representative was argumentative the entire conversation. Just an overall bad experience in any communicative way with this dealership.

October 25th I had an appointment to have a broken dashboard air vent repaired. My car is still covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. The service advisor refused to honor their warranty, claiming that I broke the vent myself. I did not break the vent. One of the directional vanes came loose due to normal use. I bought my last two vehicles from C Harper Kia and spoke to a salesman that same day about buying my next one. That will not be happening. They saved some money by not honoring their warranty but they lost a loyal customer for ever.

When the dealer I bought my vehicle from said they couldn't (wouldn't is more like it) get my brand new car in for service for over six weeks, C. Harper Kia got me in in 4 days. They accommodated me when I've needed to change my appointment at the last minute and completed the work in a shorter time frame than estimated.I simply cannot speak highly enough of this dealer. I am more than pleased by their service department. The only negative, and it's small, is they didn't offer a vehicle while mine was being worked on. However, they have a very nice, comfortable waiting room. And, as I mentioned before, actually completed the work more quickly than expected.My biggest regret is that I didn't know about this dealership (I am new to Pennsylvania) when I bought my vehicle. I cannot recommend C. Harper Kia highly enough.

I was very upset with the customer service.. I purchased a car out of state and traveled 4 hours just to get there. From the moment of price negotiations to documentation, I was not too happy with their level of competency, but I kept it to myself. Today, I learned that they have misinformed me about a legal document, and I ended up having to pay an extra fee because of it. I reached out to them to complain because I'd rather communicate 1:1 than leave a bad review for the business. But they kept arguing back when I knew specifically what they said was not true, because I had consulted with an MVA agent on this matter.. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I wanted to support this business because it's family-owned, but I'm very disappointed.

RJ was my representative that I dealt with at the ford/Kia shop. We had an issue with my wife s Kia, the motor went. Anyways, we found out that with the issue we had, Kia might warranty the motor. RJ took care of everything from start to finish with follow ups in between. Fantastic to work with him, best and easiest person I ever dealt with there!

I had an amazing experience working with Ryan F. in sales. My situation has a lot of hurdles to overcome, and he was ready to help me with every step of the process. He responded to my inquiry/follow up questions very quickly and thoroughly. He went above and beyond to make sure my purchase went as smooth as possible (even when it was challenging for him). I d recommend this dealership, but more importantly I d recommend requesting Ryan F. as your guide for finding your new car.

I did purchase a new car from them it had 14 miles on it at time of purchase. Sales team was amazing and the car was exactly what I was looking for. My reason for the 3 stars is there was a visible scratch on the driver's side rear of the car someone obviously hit something with the new car. Also the alarm does not work and the car was half detailed. Pleased with the sales part but whoever hit something with it hold have owed up to it and the detail team needs to make sure they do everything...they didn't clean the back window there was still plastic on it. Other than that it was a good experience.
