Excellent polite and professional service from start to finish. Owen did a great job for me I got a free oil change and using my points a tire rotation and of course I have my free inspection I especially like the video showing inspection of my car with the brakes and the undercarriage. I also appreciated that my vehicle was washed. Buying my last two vehicles at C Harper has been a good experience!

I scheduled a routine inspection and oil change for my Class C motohome (E450 Ford chassis) recently. Awesome experience. Bob, in their Truck Center, was totally on the ball and provided the ideal customer experience. The service was professional. The price was reasonable, too. Use this service center. You'll be glad you did.

The entire team at C.Harper Ford is phenomenal. Mike in sales room was a pleasure to work with buying my truck. Carrie has always been top notch in the truck service center, I take my work truck and personal truck. Even the drivers they have to run customers home if the need arises, those guys are great as well!! Thank you C.Harper you make the dealership experience excellent!

Carrie in service was very knowledgeable. Very nice and always had a kind disposition. Didn t rush you off the phone made sure that you were satisfied. I like that ! I would recommend C Harper to anyone.

Service was easy to set up. My advisor was in constant contact. They went above and beyond to take care of me. This is one of the best service dept visits I have ever had. Great job

It was a mixed bag. My salesperson, Kyle, was amazing. The manager on duty when I bought my truck and mechanics when I brought it in for service were wanting. I needed 1 thing to be looked at and waited 2.5 hours for a 30 point inspection. It was the most expensive carwash I've ever paid for.

Paid roughly $1500 for a single controller arm and rear ONLY brake pad and rotor replacement. Subtracting out parts, oil change, inspection cost, the labor came out close to $250 an hour.I understand the technicians don't get that amount directly, but that is high even factoring in overhead. Won't be back to any CHarper dealer for service or new/used vehicle purchase in the future.

We took our truck over because of it not starting. They called and told us it was fixed on Wednesday the 12 and today the 15 it broke down again. Bruce called the garage and they told us to have it towed back. Bruce told them what the problem was when we took it the first time and we paid the $100 deductible and now he says we may have to pay it again. We will not be bringing it back to you to be fixed if we have to pay the deductible again we will take it to another Ford garage that will fix the problem. Also I will seriously think about bringing my car back there also. The reason we bought my car at your dealership was I really liked your service and we got the truck serviced there instead of where we bought it because you were close and we were pleased with the service but we will not be coming back.Service: Electrical

I received an extended warranty to replace the TCM for transmission in the mail. So I when I take it to the dealership to have it replaced they told me It does not need to be replaced. And then hit me with $177.00 diagnostic fee. Anyone who drives the car can plainly see that it shutters and hesitates as described in the warranty letter. Not only did they not fix anything and charge me, I was also forced to leave with the check engine light on. Which was not on when dropping the car off. So is this Fords way of recouping their money? Telling people to take their vehicle in and not fixing anything and then charge them. I find that very unsettling.

I brought my truck in for a water leak into the cab. It had leaked down into were the wiring harness was located presenting what could be a very serious issue. The customer service I received was just fine. I had to schedule an appointment with the leak specialist a few weeks out. Not a problem at all. I picked my truck back up and I was going to water test where the leak was to try to find it myself and when I pulled the door trim off the wiring harness was still submerged in water. I understand they couldn't fix it right away, but how could they leave it like that. It seems pretty critical. Would have taken them 5 minutes to dry that out for the time being. Very disappointed.Service: Auto water leak repair
