I can t help but give a huge shout out to Reggie! He went above and beyond to get me in my first car with not very good credit. He made what was a stressful situation into a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend these guys and ask for Reggie!

They worked a couple good deals out for me, as I was a repeat customer. But they tell you they'll give 100 dollars if you refer someone and they buy a vehicle but when the time comes an you do send somebody out to buy a car they don't give you the money because that employee is not with them anymore. Will not be recommending them anymore.

Horrible experience with sales and finance. Everything was completely unprofessional and they clearly only care about getting a sale and not the customer. If this was the case for someone with excellent credit I can only imagine what they do to people who don't have good credit. To top it off they stole the navigation sim card out of the car while we waited 3 hours after being preapproved for financing. I used the navigation during the test drive and couldn't when I left. I had to buy one on Amazon to use the navigation system. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was for the previous owners personal info but once I put my new one in I had all of their locations including their home address. I found them to be incompetent and unethical

Have your vehicle checked by a professional before you buy from here and take time to read the fine print. Don t let the salesperson rush you to sign.They like to sell vehicles that have issues but they will clear the codes before your test drive only for the real mechanical issues to resurface after your purchase.Frauds and scams

They Lost a customer today, feb-26-2024 at 12:56pm the long hair guy at the lower lot, where the Pre owned vehicles. Was rude, Not intelligent, I had to go find him Because I stood by a car Watched him walk past me twice, Went to an order guy because he thought he was easy picking. (Old guy didn't buy anything). He messed up because I really wanted this vehicle. Lol Now only way I'd consider going back If They gave me a hell of a deal. But it would have to be a really good one. . To bad My daughter would have came home from school to see her 16th birthday Present today. Now I'll take her car shopping somewhere else. Good job C harper! Next time You see a guy In work close in a chevy pickup truck . Don't think the old 80 year old man will be a better participant . needed a car fast, i was going to buy right then.

I was working on buying a 2020 ram big-horn here. The deal was sealed and was there today to finish the process. Over 5 hours into this process over two days and I found a long dent along the rocker panel on the driver side. I could have sworn it was not there when we sealed the deal days earlier but it was pretty bad. They would not do anything for me other than $500 off. The fix would be thousands no doubt. I decided to walk.C. Harper claims its identity to be loyalty, integrity, quality and customer service, but there was no apology or way to make right after hours lost on a vehicle. Not even a comparable vehicle in one of the lots was looked into. I called Troy, the manager after thinking about the customer service treatment and he told me they talked to another sales person, and that it was known the truck had a wrecked part and that it sold the week before and the same thing happened. Definitely not good business or integrity on behalf of C. Harper.Overall that call ended up, " go look on our website and find something then. We already know your trade in value and credit score".I expected more from a company that claims to be the best price, everytime, all the time.

Purchase the colorado. And it's making a popping noise turning. Took it back to C Harper. They said they couldn't find anything. Took it to Harper in New Alexandria. They charged me 50 bucks to look at itits under warranty. couldn't find anything. Give me some b s line saying it was the hood? it's not. So it's my problem.

Absolutely horrible. Had my car towed there the week before Christmas. Was told it was gonna be done the first week of January. Then they pushed it back to the second week of January and then I never heard anything until 1/25. And told me on the phone that it was gonna be done on that day. Then never heard anything later that day. Had to call on 1/26 in the afternoon to figure out was going on. Told me that it still needed work done. Then an hour before they closed that same day, they called back and said the car was done. Also online it says that sales is open from 8am-5pm and service 8-2pm. Not only did I drive an hour and 15 minutes there, the body shop is a separate division and was closed. Could not be accessed by anyone and was told I couldn t get my car today on 1/27. Had me run around to 4 different people to speak with about the situation. Not sure how sales are but 0/10 on the service and communication side of things.

Nothing like buying a truck and waiting for it to get out of service. And then a few 1000 miles later. You have to put plugs in it. The only service they did was put tires on it . I'm never by from a dealership Again. Especially this one

It should be higher, but C Harper made a couple of mistakes that seem small, but their errors in the eyes of the customer (me) seem a lot larger. First, somehow, I was overcharged and told I would get a refund in which haven't been received as of yet. Second, I was supposed to receive 3 months of SiriusXM for free well thats not working. C Harper has been in touch with me, but the problem still exists. Maybe I'm impatient. it's only been a week, but to me, that's 7 days to many for customers' satisfaction. That's my perspective on it. UPDATE: THREE WEEKS NOW , STILL NO REFUND AND NO SIRIUSXM... A MONTH LATER IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT THE ISSUE IS THE RADIO. THEY SAID IT WOULD COST$1100 TO FIX PROBLEM AND THEY WILL NOT BE FIXING THE PROBLEM . I REACHED OUT TWICE ASKING FOR THEM TO MAKE THIS RIGHT BUT HAVE BEEN IGNORED. MY NEW RATING FOR THEM IS 1.

They reset a code just before an 80 year old man bought this car. He got 3 miles after leaving the lot and code came back on. Told him tough luck. Bad bad people

Really happy how they got us in quickly and taken care of. No one would touch our Maverick and they got it set up. It was a bit more than we wanted to spend but they worked with us in other areas. So all in all they are a great dealership and went above and beyond.

TAKEN FOR A RIDE!!!Old timer customer. Regardless of hearing complaints about the work ethics of the service department I had my out of warranty vehicle serviced anyway and had problems with the repair. I contacted the service manager and the general manager and was treated in an unprofessional manner. I eventually took my vehicle to a reliable garage and had the repair corrected.

I was looking into a 40,000$ car and requesting for around 500$ payments. I was quoted 733$payments and informed that it would be difficult to get what I wanted with that price of a car and intrest rate increase and what I was offering as a down payment and was sent a way older car with way more miles and told it was more in my price range. I said no thank you and I'm happy to say I went else where and received my request extremely easy and wasn't the slightest bit hard and got the same car

Kyle Slavic and Eric Woodmancy were amazing! Super nice, genuine, funny, and gave me the best experience and made my dreams come true when buying my vehicle! I even referred to them as Santa at one point! They took care of everything, were very patient with me and helped me figure out every hiccup along the way. Couldn t have asked for better people to help me navigate my way into a car I love! Highly recommend these guys!

Not sure why I was charged labor to put on wiper blades with my oil change. I could of just gotten wipers from an auto parts store cheaper and with free installation. I am going to bet C Harper slips in labor charges whenever possible because most people just pay the bill and leave. Very disappointing that the closest Kia dealer ship has questionably business practices but soon I get the email survey from Kia and I can point out on other bills I was never charged for installation wiper blades before yesterday.

Very bad, incompetent service department. We took our car in to have some work done. We got a run around about a loaner car. This person had to get in contact with that person and this person would call us back and it never happened. when we called the next day, they said there were none available, but the manager was supposedly seeing what they could do. That never happened. 3 days later, we were told the car was all good and we could come pick it up. We left with the same exact problem not being fixed and extra parts left in the back seat. A Complete waste of time and money! When we call to express our dissatisfaction, we were told we could bring it back in and they would fix it. Lol! If they could not fix it the first time why would I waste my time and money bringing it back to try again? We were actually going to buy a car from here since we found one we were interested in when we were dropping the car off. That will not be happening!

CUSTOMER BEWARE!I am a 20 plus year customer of C Harper Chevy and recently experienced awful service. Here is my story.I took my car to C Harper for a steering service repair and was told the steering linkage was leaking fluid and needed to be replaced. After the replacement part was installed, a week later, I noticed drip spots on my garage floor, underneath the car. When I returned the car to C Harper Service and explained the situation, I was told the replacement part that C Harper purchased from NAPA Auto parts store had a manufacture defect. They then relayed to me that NAPA nor C Harper wasn t responsible for this issue, and that I would be responsible for the manufacture defect and the total cost of repairs. I contacted the service department with my concern and was informed that someone would contact me soon. It s now been a week and no one has reached out to me. I am concerned about my safety driving this car and want this issue to be resolved.Mr Wayne Weismantle

A+++. I dealt with a gentleman, Trevor Savage, who was attentive, communicative, professional, and honest each and every step of the way. The rest of the team greeted us when we arrived (they also picked us up from the airport) and we went about the purchase of my vehicle like a group of friends hanging catching up. Highly recommend C. I went to the c. Harper in bell. I had Jimmy he was absolutely amazing he was so kind on trying to help me out . I really appreciated how nice he was when I had to come back with my daughter he made sure she was so comfortable while waiting for our process. He had my best interest at heart even though he probably thought I was a little crazy lol. He speaks with such kind words and he is not just a salesman his heart is pure. Thanks Jimmy

Avoid at all costs. I don t think I ve ever had so much stress in my life stem from a vehicle and dealership. Ontop of the 4-5 previous times my vehicle has been there for transmission issues that they continued to over look, now it s been there for 30 days and allegedly my car has only been in the shop for 2, waiting on parts. My rental is up and now I m stuck with no vehicle having a 5-6 day a week work schedule. No matter how many times I call or leave voicemails, no one can return my calls or try to resolve this issue. Absolutely by far the most ridiculous business I have ever encountered in my life. I can t wait to trade in and get far far away from C.Harper and GM.

C harper ford treated me with great respect and fairness. Ryan was an exceptional salesman and I strongly recommend him. I posted an earlier review and called him Frank. Didn't sleep last night because of excitement. I dealt with Frank 6 months ago. Both Frank and Ryan are awesome people and I was made to feel at home with both of these exceptional people!

Went to look at a used car at their Belle Vernon location. The salesman, Vince, was very nice and accommodating. The car wasn't what I was looking for, but he was extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend him.
