I have been thoroughly impressed and extremely satisfied with the exceptional work that Alpha Motorsports has carried out on my Polaris General XP1000. The technician, Steve, exhibited great skill and expertise in installing all of the accessories, the clutch, and handling the intricate wire work. His attention to detail and precision were evident in the flawless execution of the tasks.Furthermore, Nellie, the manager of Alpha Motorsports, provided a fantastic customer experience. She went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met and that I was completely satisfied with the service provided. Nellie's exceptional customer service skills and commitment to excellence truly made a difference in my overall experience.Overall, the combination of Steve's excellent workmanship and Nellie's outstanding customer service created a truly exceptional experience for me as a customer. I highly recommend Alpha Motorsports for their top-notch service and commendable team.

Just came in with my boyfriend to look at the 2 ninja 500s that they supposedly had, we both recently got our liscenses and were going to buy them both, so we drove 1hr and half from smith township and he goes in, i stayed in the car for a minute, and just as im getting out hes already coming back to the car. They dont have them... not only is it FALSE ADVERTISING but was a Huge waste of time. We wont be back. IF YOUR GOING FOR THE NEW NINJA 500S Dont bother, its shows them on their website, but i promise you they arent there.

This place is the worst. They want to wait a week before placing the ordering even if the order has met the price requirements for placing a order. Don't they know that you can order thing from RMatvMC and get it in a day to three days at your door. They just rather hang the phone up on a customer. Most be making alot of money hanging up on customers that want to buy from a local store and not the internet looks like the internet wins again. Don't waste your time with this store.

People please understand the difference between this business selling a trade in and selling via consignment (basically on behalf of someone). With a trade in I was told they will put the machine through an inspection. Through consignment they will sell it without looking at it. Not care for your safety. I have a quad with a cracked radiator. I asked if they sold it via consignment for me if I told them it was perfect, is that what they d tell a potential buyer. The answer I received is yes. I say this because my first time riding a machine purchased from there the muffler glowed red and it started a fire. Take my advice, go to a place more trustworthy, that would put their reputation or name on the line unless the machine is thoroughly inspected for your safety.

Won a machine through here. It's a two person operation. Couldn't get calls returned or even a quote for a new machine. Nice folks but they need to hire some help.

I took my bike to Triple A back in July 2020 to get a laundry list of work done. I knew it was a project before hand but I ran out of knowledge and space to repair it myself. I even typed up a letter explaining the situation and what services I wanted completed. When I dropped my bike off, I was told it would be a week until they would "diagnose" it since they claimed they were backed up. Fast forward SIX WEEKS and I finally received a phone call saying they looked at the bike and they gave me a quote for the work to be completed. I gave them approval to complete the work for the quoted price. Fast forward to the TWO MONTH point since drop off, I received another call stating they could not complete the work and the mechanic's "boss" wants the bike out of there and they wouldn't charge me if I came and grabbed it. I was upset to say the least.About a week and a half after receiving note about picking up the bike, I showed up bright and early to get the bike. I also had to make arrangements for storage in the meantime for a bike that does not run. When I showed up I was told that they did an oil change (which is a service I requested, but was never notified they completed) and I owed them triple figure money for oil an hour of labor (car dealerships don't even charge you an hour's labor to change oil). Mind you my bike is a naked sport bike, and requires no body panels to be removed to drain or fill the oil, and change the filter. I was fuming, but after being up most of the night, I was too tired to argue with them. I wanted nothing to do with this shop anymore at that point. The staff were friendly and did help me load the bike into the back of my truck. So I ended up with a bike that doesn't run, but it has fresh oil! That makes a huge difference right? *sarcasm*So after over two months I ended up with a bike that is no different than when I dropped it off. Still does not run, only moving with man power... but it has fresh oil!! That makes such a difference!!! *sarcasm*I was thinking about possibly buying a new bike in the spring time from them, but after this experience I will never step foot on that property again or think about doing business with them. Very sad that I was a willing, paying customer and they just turned me away after holding possession of my bike for two months. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!Note: Dee at the service counter was friendly and helpful, along with the rest of their staff I interacted with, but that's about the only decent thing I can say about my experience with Triple A.Update 11/2020: new ownership has taken over and I received my money back for the oil change.

Do not use this place! Very shady. Took my UTV in for some minor repairs. The service guy told me my UTV needed a new engine and wouldn't start. This was after two months of it sitting in their lot. Took it home and found out he flooded the air filter with ether. I dried out the air filter and engine started right up.

We were there one early afternoon in March. No customers in the store but us. Two women gabbing away in office - totally ignored us. Guy behind counter reluctantly came out and asked if we needed help. Told him we were looking to buy a UTV. He went and said something to the women in office then walked into backroom and left us standing there...?Waited several minutes, women kept gabbing, never even acknowledged us, guy never came back. Nobody could be bothered to wait on us!After a few more minutes we walked out - feeling ignored & terrible. Went directly to another dealer and spent over $12,000. Guess you guys don't need the money?!?!?

I took in my wife's Kawasaki Vulcan 650 for service. The new owners were kind, knowledgeable and very helpful getting my wife motorcycle serviced. The mechanic went over all the service items with me. I was very satisfied and happy with the service experience. THANK YOU!, Triple A Motorsports

stopped in to ask about repair of our atv. they were not very helpful or friendly. they would not give us any idea about the cost of repair only saying it was 75/hr to look at it. i just wanted a ballpark figure to see if it was worth fixing or even trading it in.

Sheisty crew. I wont be taking my bike or side by side here for anything! They give you zero interest unless your spending cash at the moment. If you wanna inquire about pricing for after market parts or even oem for that matter it's like they don't care unless your spending cash that day. I'll always choose mon valley cycle over these guys and JT's is just as bad. 1 star. Mon valley cycles in monongahela treats you right!

Went to buy an advertised 499.00 quad that I saw on line and when asked what the total would be it was around 900.00. I guess I didn't read the fine print on line. Don't waste your time.
