Was referred here by my daughter and several good reviews online. Took my vehicle in for inspection and while it passed I was also informed of a minor problem that needs taken care of. I was happy about that because I never would've even known it existed. They were very informative and sent me a full report along with photos of my car inspection via text. I got to print it out to keep with my records. Taking my other vehicle in for inspection and an oil change today. Will definitely be a repeat customer

Everyone there was personable and friendly. Had to leave the car there for an extended time, and it wasn't a problem. The guys even came out to push the car onto the trailer for me. I highly recommend Town Hill's service team to anyone with car issues.

We rented a minivan from Town Hill Auto to take on our 36th Anniversary trip. The staff was amazing, fast, friendly and very helpful! We would highly recommend Town Hill for your rental needs. The vehicle was very well kept and ran perfectly.

Stranded on the PA turnpike on a trip, only shop around that was willing to work on a Mini Cooper. These guys went above and beyond expectations, called with updates as they diagnosed and worked on the car. Tyler was awesome car made the 4 hour trip back home no issues thanks to them!

Wonderful place with excellent customer service. Shane was great he promptly returned our calls and got us approved with in an hour of sending our paperwork. We picked up our car 2 hours later! Jeff was also great! This is the place to go to if you need a car and you don't have perfect credit like most people!! We will 100 percent be back! Thank you Town Hill Auto for a great car buying experience.

I rented a car from Town Hill Auto, and it was a first class experience. Jeff the rental manager made me feel so at ease during an emergency and needing a car quick. My dealings here have left a permanent impression of a place that instills excellent service in everything they do. I highly recommend Town Hill Auto.

Amazing service.. After breaking down on the Pa turnpike and towed here I was able to drop my key and they were on it the next day. Kept me informed on the status of my vehicle without delay. I would highly recommend.

I got 2 cars off them first one was a Chevy cobalt I had to put a fuel pump in 2 weeks after I got it not even 5,000 miles after I got it I had to put a new engine in and since then I ve had to put shocks and other parts after I got it paid off I sold it as for my 2nd vehicle it was a Chevy equinox I had it for 15,000 miles and I had to put a new motor in it not happy about it but this time I just junked it I am not here to give bad advice but this is my experience with them and I have to be honest because people looking at this can use it to get a car from them

I just cannot say enough good things about Scott, and his team, at Town Hill Auto. Like most folks, I was a little leery about buying a used car, but I wanted to purchase a second vehicle for work. I found great little Chevy Sonic at Town Hill. Not only was my purchasing experience seamless, but let me tell you about the "service" experience. To make a long story short, when I bought the car, I noticed a vibration when it was idling. Sometimes it was worse than others, but did not affect the performance of the vehicle. Scott contacted me a few days after I purchased the car to see how I liked it and to ask how it was running. I told him about this vibration. He got it in right away to look it over and make sure it was safe to drive. He couldn't figure out the cause of the vibration right away, but he assured me that he would get it back in there and get it figured out. Since I had another vehicle, there was no rush. Turns out, my vehicle needed a new flywheel. I had purchased a warranty, so I didn't get excited or worried about it. Fast forward to today - I got a message from Scott letting me know that my car was all fixed up and ready to go. I have a $100 deductible with my warranty and the customer is always responsible for fluids and shop supplies. However, Scott tells me that he is waiving the deductible and the fees since the problem was present from day one. I just can't believe it! How awesome is that?!?!? What EXCELLENT care and customer service!! I'm just blown away. I would 10/10 recommend Town Hill Auto to anyone looking for a used car or in need of vehicle repairs!! In today's world, things like this are almost unheard of. Everyone is out to make a buck and customer service falls to the way side, but not at Town Hill! Thanks again, Scott! I truly appreciate it!

Our van broke down while we were passing through Pennsylvania. Several people recommended we take it there. There were the reviews plus O Reilly s in the tow truck service.We were able to rent a vehicle from them so that we can get to our destination. It wasn t very clean, but it did the job and it wasn t super expensive.They did some tests on our van and determined that minimal attention was required. So we just had to pay for a diagnostic, which was totally fair. I definitely recommend them especially Tyler in Service.Thanks guys!

Hi there. From one unexpected situation of Broked belt on turnpike hundreds miles away from home, I end up having the best service for the situation. I was told from AAA driver to go 20 miles away from to Town Hill Auto. Car drop off as well keys on Dropbox. By the time next business day start. M y car was already taking care of it and done by 11am. Thanks to all at Town Hill auto for best customer services and support to get me back on the road on my journey.Best services I have ever had. .

We just moved here from out of state and needed the vehicle inspection for 2 cars. Town Hill fit us into their schedule and got it done quickly. Very professional. Very friendly and understanding. I also got the oil changed for a very reasonable price. Most importantly, they didn't nit pick and look for some repair that wasn't needed. So next time I need a repair guess where I'll go? Town Hill.

Needed to install brakes and rotors emergently as I was making my way back to NY, all other shops told me the earliest we can do is next week. The gentlemen at this shop were not only professional and accommodating, but also provided great and honest auto service at a very reasonable price. This would be my primary auto shop if I didn't live so far. Id still find a reason to come out west and get something done at their shop. Thank yall!

Shane and all the guys here are all so professional! They do great, speedy service when it's time to mantain your vehicle. Financing was also super easy they made sure I was able to drive home that day! They are also great with working around your schedule. I highly recommend checking them out!! Couldn't be happier with my purchase!
