I very much appreciated Derek Lasch and his attention to detail. I give him a high five and a thumbs up for quality service, and a great personality through it all. I purchased a 2020 Honda HRV the first week of January. Derek was very helpful and happily answered all my questions. Thomas Chevrolet, you have a great team member there!

seriously this is a great company to work with. I have bought many many cars in my lifetime non as easy as this. My sales person Cole Stickel was prompt, professional, courteous, great awesome and I can go on and on. this whole deal was smooth even after I got the car. I will buy again for sure but make sure you deal with Cole. he made this great experience possible.

We bought a vehicle from Nathan W. 12/2023. He was very nice, explained everything up front to us how their dealership works. He was very patient with us as we test drove 4 vehicles and were trading in our 2017 GMC Sierra. We ended up buying a 2019 Hyundai with low mileage. We feel we got a good trade in price for the GMC, and the Hyundai was also a good price. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Nathan(Thomas Bedford Chevrolet) and recommend them to anyone else!Sincerely;Teri S.

Trenton Whitfield was our sales associate. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism and care he treated us with. We never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. Once we decided on the vehicles we were interested in, Trenton gave us options to consider so we could choose the right vehicles for us. Eric was most helpful in explaining all details of our 2024 Subaru Outback purchase from Thomas Bedford Chevrolet Subaru. He answered all our questions concerning the vehicles operation & maintenance, he even brought the vehicle to our residence for a test drive. In addition, he made a YouTube video demonstrating the many features that we were not familiar with, which was very helpful. His patience & expertise is to be recognized as going the extra mile for the customer. We couldn't have asked for a better salesperson, we are most happy with our experience & our new Subaru.

I recently bought my Subaru Impreza from Thomas Bedford Chevy/Subaru! Sean Daugherty greeted us while we looked around. Sean was awesome. He is friendly, real, and cares about getting you in the car that fits your wants/needs. While dealing with insurance and banking, Sean answered every phone call and question we threw at him. After learning that Thomas Bedford does not work for commission, I knew I could trust all the helpful employees at Thomas. Overall, Thomas Bedford made my car buying experience the best!! Highly recommend!

$106 for an oil change. A $25 labor charge on top of the charge for the oil change. Why? I hope that $25 was worth it because you lost a potential repeat customer. What a way to entice new customers to give you business.

So I first met Chris in the beginning of my car search, probably around Aug or Sept. I had a much beloved 365K mile Pontiac Vibe. It was perfect for my needs, but I was beginning to realize I would need to trade up eventually. My work situation changed, and I didn t want to take on a payment. I originally was dead set on a pecific car, color etc and Chris listened to my needs and wants. Offered some choices that were 75% or more of what I wanted and was very kind about my insistence. After a deer incident my whole situation. Changed. Through that time I shopped around. Car fax etc. and EVERY dealer gave me the BS runaround. Prices were higher and their ears were closed.When went back to Chris with new, relaxed parameter and gave him a list of the cars I was willing to test drive, he was right on board with things. He even picked me up for the test drives. That same I day I drove home with my car. The test drive sealed it. It was perfect for me. I can highly recommend Chris for his attention to details, thoroughness and just general patience through out my buying process. I honestly didn t want to buy from anyone else, and I did meet some really nice sales people along the way. His demeanor and knowledge, as well as his helpfulness, patience and honesty truly inspired my loyalty. I willAlso say that I had gone to the two other Thomas locations for info, and while Chris was very willing to get any car I wanted to Bedford, I wanted to spare him the hassle. That said, pretty much anyone on the Thomas team seemed to be offering the same level of service. So besides my praise for Chris personally, and recommendation to see HIM, I think Thomas is the wise choice, no matter who you wind up with there. I love my new to me CRV and there is also Very happy Beagle in Bedford.

Morgan Fink was pleasant to work with while my 2023 Malibu was in for warranty work . She kept me updated while technician was diagnosing issues, set reasonable timeframe as to when parts would be delivered and followed up with appointment confirmation when they arrived.
