I am from out of town and broke down and was lucky to have TJs close by and available to look at my vehicle. They got me back up and running and when I talked to my regular mechanic he told me they had a really great price on the repairs. They probably should have charged more.Thanks for all your help!Evan

I highly recommend this place, the service is awsome, the people working here have a really good experience and absolutely know what they are doing, they are really honest and you can trust them. They did an adjustment and some special work for my car before i travel for 3 days in a row. And my car did awsome. If you are reading this, this is the right place.

Took a vehicle in that was throwing a code for the torque converter slipping.Todd immediately diagnosed it, and gave detailed information about the problem.Because this was the only vehicle I owned that could pull a trailer, and that was the key to my self employment and ability to make money, he worked with me very well.The turnaround time and cost seemed very reasonable and fair.The first rebuilt transmission had a problem almost immediately, but TJs took care of the problem as quickly as possible, taking full accountability for a rebuild they didn't even do themselves. Swapped it out within a day or two and got me my truck back fast. He also worked with me on the charge.Yes, I had a problem. I fully understand it was not their fault, but they did their best to make it right.

Tod and the guys at TJ's are terrific! I rarely write a review, however the service that I received was above and beyond. Tod was very honest and did not try to sell me unnecessary work even though I was in a bind and communicating long distance. He kept me informed of the status of my car and completed the job at a very fair price and in a timely manner. Thanks Again for the excellent service!

Got a car towed here late at night. We called them first thing in the morning to see when they could fix it but they told us if wont be for a week so we went to pick it up. When we were there to pick it up a guy told us they could have fixed it that day probably but said that we told them we would take it somewhere else! Definitely take your stuff to the ford dealership if you can they were so nice and had us back on the road yet that day!!!

I will never return to this business again.I took my Chevy Equinox over on April 6, 2021 to have the transmission fluid flushed and replaced at the recommendation from someone saying they do great work. Right off the bat, they did not follow the directive of flushing and replacing the fluid. They merely emptied part of it and refilled it, saying it didn t need flushed because the color was still good. They did not touch base asking if it would be okay to just empty what was there instead of flushing it, they proceeded to do their own thing without seeking approval.I picked up the vehicle the following day and when I pulled out of their parking lot I noticed a rattling sound coming from the transmission and it was also shifting at higher RPM s than usual. The next morning, I started my Equinox and noticed the rattling again. As soon as I pulled out of my driveway, the Equinox did not want to shift out of first gear. When it finally did, the vehicle lurched hard with a loud clunk.At this point, I contacted my brother, who is a diesel mechanic. He took it out for a test drive and noticed the rattling and shifting issues as well. Today, he took a closer look at it by putting it up on the lift where he works. It turns out, the fluid that wasn t flushed was not a good color, as it was a dark red. Also, when they refilled it, it was OVER 2 quarts too low. Which is a significant amount of fluid to leave out.Upon contacting TJ s, they said that my Equinox was serviced by a Vo-Tech student who has been there around 6 months and that they failed/neglected to follow up on his work. That means a high school student currently undergoing training for this profession was left to work on a vehicle unsupervised and his work was not checked for quality/proficiency. I have a wife and an 11 year old daughter. We use this vehicle A LOT. So, at best, if I wouldn t have picked up on these issues, I would ve likely been out a transmission. At worst, we could ve been in an accident.For a local business to conduct their business in such a negligent way is just unfathomable. It s great that they take on Vo-Tech students to train them. However, to let them work unsupervised and not check their work is about as negligent as you can get. They gambled with my car and with the life of my family. Hopefully TJ s treats this as a learning experience and uses it to improve their standards/quality of work. Regardless, I will never be going back.Service: Transmission

Had what I thought was big troubles with the transmission on vacation trip. Ended up at TJ's by default of where the trouble started. Could not of been happier with the service received. Left my truck there (on a Wed) and rented another from a rental outfit and continued on my trip (till Sun). They diagnosed the problem as a dirty mass airflow sensor, cleaned it up and had it ready for me by Fri. Was willing to take info over the phone for payment and I picked it up on my way back home on Sun. Many thanks to DJ & Todd. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was stranded on my way from Canada to Virginia when my clutch gave out and the employees here went out of their way to get my car running again and safe for my trip home. They were fair and thorough. I'm so happy I found them !
